turning gray

As I Turn Gray

As I turn gray, the music fades,
Melodies lost in the echo of days.
Consciousness swarms me, a ceaseless tide,
Drowning in thoughts I cannot hide.

The colors blur, once vivid, now pale,
Chained by shame—too weak to prevail.
Neither to move, nor to flee,
Trapped in time, a ghost of me.

Yesterday lingers, tomorrow looms,
Regret and doubt fill hollowed rooms.
The weight of years, heavy and deep,
A restless mind that never sleeps.

Today, I am older than yesterday,
Alone with years that waste away.
Too young to be wise, too old to dream,
Turning eighteen, yet unseen.

Limited

Limited moments remaining,
Under a thousand stars,
Work yet to be done for living,
The best I can do as fars.
No one is free here,
Bound by the giant chain,
Some though don't care,
Others born for pain.
There is no equality,
There is no compassion,
In this ruthless city,
You may end in depression.
Accepting your nothingness,
Know you are alone,
In this vast wilderness,
You're meant to be gone.
What's it that worries you?
What makes you afraid?
Aren't you aware too?
You may be soon dead!!
Your anxieties will be burned,
Along with thy bones,
Your fears will get churned,
In loud death's tones.
In that intense moment,
Your insecurities will vanish,
To come alive just once,
Would be your only wish.
You will shout out loud,
"Suffering was self-made!!
How ignorant I was about,
Precious-life so great.
I could have made it better,
In my own way,
Begged the world rather,
Getting hurt every day."
But then there won't be time,
To get into past,
Realize now your prime,
Before comes the pain Last.

Limited

I saw him today,
I recognise him with his particular wings,
And his sarcastic smile,
This time he holds...
A parchment in his hand,
Giggling so hard,
As he opened his parchment,
That became a sort of tablet...
I can't believe my eyes!
It's between ancient and high-tech...
A kind that I never saw...
Even those I robot movies!
I asked him why he laughed so hard,
That raven freaks out!
He shows me a guy,
Told me: Do see this man? Not wandering to hear my reply,
Saying: you may already cross it in your life,
He is the kind that wants immortality ...
Change his cells to young ones.
Thinking he could get his young back!
But! He is on my list now,
I got the charge to take his soul... In 3,2,1,0
Now!
He disappeared after that,
Leaving me in shock,
Then appeared after that.
Saying: You people are always in a hurry to live forever,
Thinking you are in control,
Probably! Become one day immortal!
And we are the servants of God...
Break it every time,
Because everyone... Has a limited time,
And when your leather fell out of the tree of life,
I get your parchment...
In seconds your soul is out... There... As he raised his finger to the sky.

Arsonists almost eighty, are
under arrest.' What to expect?
Zealots for climate cause?
Causing death; life attests!
Devestating action to cause
Draconian reactions? How
Much is reported? And what
Treatment(have they courted?)
Who will defend them? What
Will authoritys hand them?
A soft time of counceling? A
Time at Davos? Maybe a
A cancelling? I think that is
Far better, i'm not much on it
Per se' yet here it could have
A way' coupled with exposure
A way if healing, also closure?
Could 2023 hold some hope?

Our God Is Not Limited

Our God is not limited
By time, space or means
And when we know our God
Then, we shall do great exploits!
For God is bigger than any problem
Bigger than any disease
Bigger than any crisis
Bigger than any network
Bigger than any giant
Occupying our promised land
God has intercessors positioned
All around the globe
For our help comes from the Lord
The maker of heaven and earth!

Limited

Speak, speak yes nobody
will listen to a sound
of yours and too your foot steps
if it means to be here
or there
because there is
something fake concerning
a card that is blinking how
  and still oh!
for there is a blinking
red light on, indicating
that there is a colouration
in electricity
could it be that is a way
noned, since
time immemorial
oh! you may dust
but not this daughter
for a straight
line
boldly uncorruptible
and serve in truth and love.

My Limited Perfection

In rhyme, I’m a perfectionist;
In other things, I’m not.
You’d think I’d treat all things the same
But rhyme is what I’ve got.

For patience is a virtue which
I really don’t possess.
I’ll rush though projects though results
Will surely not impress.

My sewing comes out crooked
And my seams don’t seem to match.
My baking skill are mediocre,
Though I bake from scratch.

You’d never want me as your chef;
I clean, but things don’t shine
And wrapping gifts has never been
A special skill of mine.

My ironing leaves creases
And technology’s a bane.
My plants all droop and getting rid
Of clutter is a pain.

But when I write, I’ll work each line
Until the rhyme’s in sync.
My pencil and eraser let me
Change things as I think.

Some people are obsessive
‘Bout so much, and all the time
While as for me, that just applies
To writing poems in rhyme.

Premium MemberYour Time Is Limited

Your life is the full world, the stars, sun, and moon.
On your own, you can fight the tough times real soon.
Unsteady moves can't let you up the ladder; never tone down.
Rarely will we meet; we set the lousy goal to impugn.

Tacked and seated, man has doubts around his destiny.
In the universe, all is set by its needs, not by inerrancy.
Memories of agony and misery are not murky.
Emotions disguise behind words, extort repay.

Important to be happy, do what you love, and you will succeed.
Share your calmness, work for success, and greater reward.

Love the holiest stars; you will get a reverse welt.
In the trials of life, sync up to the ethical dealt.
Muttering stops; the sun has faded to that extent.
If your core tilts to life, brave vitality, faith will last.
Time is short; live the life of no one or precept.
Enduring one's own goal, expect to aim too tight.
During your life, believe yet not fall into the urge to defect.

Premium MemberTime Is Limited

In our own time we find ourselves
Sure we try to push it toward the sun
Or down a driveway, into the street,
But it is not ours to push.

Someone else is in charge of how much time we have
We sometimes have a weird illusion it is us.
Snicker. Snicker.
But come on now. Think about it.

We do have a teensy bit of control of what we do with it.
Especially when we are young and carefree.
Less when we are parents, and children need to be fed.
Choose wisely how you spend it.

It is limited, so seek adventures that uplift you.
Find your tribe, those who nurture you and revere you.
Choose enthusiasm, passion, laughter, and love.
You never know how little time you have left
Until it is gone.

Limited Automobile

You cannot change the past, as time is linear
Time is but a limited automobile.
It cannot move backwards.
It’s rear windows, a definite ebony.
It’s windshield wipers invisible to the eye.
You can drive
Awake, for the car does not drive itself or you
You drive it while it guides you
You are not your fate, but your fate is what you become
Whatever you mean
Fate takes you where it takes you
Fate is in control of your life
But so are you
Put your hands on the wheel
Foot on the gas
Drive, but don’t stop
You cannot change the past, but you can live in the present
Time is but a concept, fate is but a friend.
This friend has no end
For its end ended before a new you had begun
This car is Right, always moving Right.

Premium MemberLimited Immortality

the older we are
the more invisible by far
we seem to the younger mind
but soon they will see
what’s known by you and me
we’re only immortal for a limited time

Sonnet 3 'How Limited the Page By Set of Sail'

How limited the page by set of sail…
I cannot come to you except, I tack,
I sail into the wind, the ropes all wail…
You’ve crossed the sea, now, and cannot come back.
Thus, Time blows in my face, bids me return,
And, there behind, a Fisherman hooks me…
The Sun, too bright, is sure my face to burn,
And all my grief is not enough to free
Me from the Veils that roundabout me swirl,
That hide you from my searching, test my mind,
To THINK! I’m rapt, and wrecked, over a girl…
The One I Married, who left me behind
To fly into the Sun with wings of wax,
And Orioles greet… I greet the ocean’s wracks…

Premium MemberLimited Time

A golden sunrise lifted in song
Those early birds singing
And roosters crowing loud and long
Blend in harmony ringing

A new bird I've never heard here
Out on the porch at morn
Off in the distant woodlands
A new song suddenly born

God their conductor prepared this
A melody for me
My eyes have been opened to blessings
I never knew you see

Open up your window and heart
See the sun rises for you
God has always been there~waiting
His love is always true

Premium MemberLimited Choices

I'm sorry, but I'm confident I didn't choose my folks,
And if I did, comic relief! Just fodder for bad jokes!
Not that I'd do much better if I'd had a daughter, son,
Mistakes repeated seems the rule, till human song gets spun!

I will agree it's best if I can own how I respond!
'Old souls' to me are fiction and 'new souls' exhaust earth's pond.
I doubt I'd do much better on another time around,
Feel lucky just to walk, to fly? The sun can burn I've found.

The choice I have, to love or not, I do concur with that,
A dog, a cat to share my home, for doors, a welcome mat!
Though judgment still must exercise and my heart keep in shape,
While man may scheme, cry, lie, or die, can't consequence escape.

So laugh, don't cry, or rail at sky, bliss' blossoms will unfold,
For God's provision's always there like rainbow's pot of gold,
Just take each kiss as one deserved. each lump, a lesson learned
And you may find, the life you have is one for which you've yearned.

Time, Our Limited Perspectives

When I think of time, I feel my limits of perspective. How can I understand ‘time’ before the universe was formed? Time must have existed before the material universe. If not, no change would have occurred. For us, time can be recognized only through changes. Of course, time exists even if we can’t recognise it. I believe that time doesn’t have a beginning, otherwise, time wouldn’t exist.

Even if we can’t figure out the beginning of time, we don’t deny this concept, our life is largely influenced by it.

Is there something else which we don’t understand the start of that exists? I believe God’s existence is also similar to the existence of time. God is the alpha and omega, no beginning and no end, but he has a huge influence on our life.

I know some want to say, humans made gods. I don’t want to talk about that now. I would just like to say that our perspectives do have limits.
