I took a visit inside my brain today
To check what was happening
It has been a little sluggish of late
Like a cloudy day not a clear day in spring!

It was dim on entering
So l turned on my lamp
It was really quite foggy
Felt a little damp

The memory section caught my eye
As there were countless empty spots
A bundle of wires nearby
All tied up in knots

The vision section was labelled
Though extremely hard to see
From a distance
I think it read:

h E L p M e

The emotional section was out of control
Eratic movements up and down
Huge highs , deep lows
Overstressed and unwound

My brain it seems is in great need
Of an overhaul and mending
Overwhelmed , l swiftly exited my brain
Service and repairs left pending

I flipped the script: Does it make it better?

,,someone messaged you",
said the classmate I asked my mom before to go to birthday to watch a film through.
The hall was much more tight in the brain I drew,
he was facing me with the phone in my hand and my mom standing beneath the door didn't sense true.

                          W h e r e d o e s h e c o m e f r o m ?

showed big on the bright screen.

,,regardless" and faced my mom.
Never saw a confronting scene.

,,this much? You really care Hahahha"
He sent with a laugh emoji.
Responded to a message where I something like: ,,I love you 70.000," blah blah blah.
But I deleted

a l l p a s t m e s s a g e s

lowkey, I also blocked,

Emojis I always use are here keyboard prompet.
,,no sry"
I deleted it quick, my thumb.
,,as I would"

I left my phone somewhere put.
I know I left him on read because I still stood.
Blue two hooks.

Another day I dreamed about his.

Premium Member Sister brother mother dad

This is a point of view of a family member whose mental health was ignored and his voices made him do these unthinkable atrocities to his own family. Real or fictional it can be both

The poem in free verse…….

Sister, brother, mother, dad
I’m standing over here
Something’s a m a t t e r with me
Keep on doing your things
Leave me - be in the s t i n g
I’ll self m e d i c a t e before I fall

Secretly hiding
Killing you all
One by one
Don’t you want some help

Let me know
If the knots are too tight
H e l p me now
Don’t make this hard
Don’t run away
Stay and play

Please me
Take a hit - at me
M i s s y o u so much
Please scream, if you must

I’ll take you away but only when I’m done
Need a shower -
Hide you away
Clean your mess
Before I go away

Speak to my head
All night long
Did that please you

When you hollow HELP to the LORD
In sincerity He hears your called
Before you fall to the soil
Riches or wealth accompanied with pride
Nor shall it bloom transplanted to that call.
Help, help you may called
In sincerity you much stand tall.

H is for Heaven which is above
E is for Eternity for the called
L is for Love He has for all
P is for the present
He hears your call
After all He is God Almighty
Sovereign, Supreme He is there
Even when you fall
Now stand tall
Unlimited even when you fall.

(A New Zealand Poem)

In thought as I sit here, 747 flying by, in contrast to the isles of white clouds cruising eastwards across the Manukau sky yet another 747 passes by.
Tourists keep on coming, knowing nothing of the struggle within, local tribe just trying to stop those damned metal tanks from being dug in.

new motorway forms
wiri losing shades of green
falcon stress in flight

L P G plant being created far away (of course) from politician and speculators dreams. To appease the youth ‘Diesel’ are playing, ‘Watts in a tank’ featured, defies the misery, civilization; are like that, the source of the purpose soon forgotten.

yesterday’s showers
glittered like diamond dew drops
beginning to fade

Today they enter the world of different race, one’s sentiment for the environment is taken, deep within the abyss of total despair, darkness descending upon the alleys of a lifetime tradition centuries old, with minds searching vigorously for reasons while veils of happiness entombed within a memory.

The Title Is :L-----------P T---------------T O- T------W All Forbidden Words

TODAY IS HEADED EAST AND TOMORROW IS HEADED WEST

Yesterday they said you headed east
Today they say it’s the west
Well baby, I’m sure going to miss you
Because you were sweet it must be confessed

Today they said you were leaving tomorrow
Until tomorrow turned into today
One sun, one moon and a billion gallant stars
But that won’t make up for the cute little things you’d say

Well today has turned into tomorrow and still no word from you
It simply intrigues me why a girl like you could walk away from it all
I’m incredibly good looking with more money than you could ever conceive of
And I heard you said something to someone like, “Oh how the mighty will fall”

Well here I am still standing in the middle of the ring
Waiting to let you take your best shot
Oh, and by the way babe, compared to my roster of chicks like you
Baby, you ain’t even a tepid type hot
