and it comes as no crime ~ AI frees up man giving him some spare time
not for leisure or help keep fit ~ but more screen time to do endless sh!t

Life can be a bore at times
feel the need for a change
away in the country with fresh air
maybe near a village with no stairs
There's a little place in the English Lakes
down in South Lakes, Grange-over-Sands
so quiet and peaceful, a real delight
love it there, it makes me a real fan
Sitting on the coast with lovely views
such stirring walks to keep fit
such quietness brings such peace
watch the ducks there as I sit
My cottage suits me fine
love its divine location
relax on the front veranda
read poetry for particular occasions
How punches seep;
Make talk so cheap-
In doubt to ,
Tongue can't keep fit.
What knock out, art-
Open Jaws apart...
Of Francis dream,
Joshua made scream.
In just two rounds,
Three knock downs' sounds...
Put up fear's thrill,
Fans silence still.
In awe; how big...
Long fight ought dig.
Being strong yet comic,
Won't help you keep fit...
Being economic;
Won't help cope with .
Being ebony black,
Won't capture her eyes...
Been so spark to knack;
Won't nail her disguise.
Being at bed's might, whole!
Won't touch the flesh's lust...
Been connected soul,
Won't have her adjust.
Either rich or poor—
Women cheat amour...
Keep fit, eat well
Then exercise your mind.
Within your heart, love should dwell
Enjoy your life
Excel.
Addressing me, Dear Dear, My Dear !
How could I wonder, what you are?
Simple an advice , can you hear ?
Take care of yourself : Am I clear ?
Lesson in preparatory :
Serve others , it's mandatory
to place in top category
and throughout life to carry.
Have courage to act righteous
with selflessness ! Oblivious.
Keep fit yourself to help others.
Lend helping hand to sufferers.
Self confidence is your pivot
Dynamism is your pilot.
Honesty is sail of your boat
Take bricks of truth to build your fort.
Already you have reached last phase
Now to leave all whims and craze,
as death is stepping to erase
your involvements and golden days.
When you throw things into a storage shed
You are spending money on rent every month
Sometimes for years
Finally, you decide to look the stuff over
None of this was anything you should have kept or paid rent on
At one time we had three storage lockers in three states
It took me three weeks to clean them out
What I decided to keep fit into a small purse
Copy cats prowl around
Real worth never found
work hard, move ahead
Keep fit, sloth shed.
Big or small tree matters
Tiny or large shade spreads
Cool breeze calms heads
Not result, effort matters.
Wings help soar high
Touch stars in the sky
Birds fly without a sprint
With resolve firm as flint.
Reach goals acting right
Fruits offer real delight!
work out,
no doubt.
commit;
keep fit!
count sheep
good sleep
eat well
stay swell
red wine,
divine!
your health
great wealth
There's a pretty little filly, had my eyes on for a while.
She walks like a true lady, with eyes that beguile.
I saw her first one morning, running to keep fit
I was interested straight away, my heart fluttered a bit.
Now to formulate a plan, how I could make her mine.
I couldn't get her out of my head, she was mighty fine
So I hurried home to see how much I could afford
Bid on her at the horse auction, and thank the Lord,
My bid won, and that lil filly is going home with me.
Had my eye on her for a while, now she's mine luckily.
Think thrice before any action
To avoid the happening of friction
When you do the final selection
You must get perfect satisfaction
Decide not in the last minute
Do not ponderously just sit
Try to practice to keep fit
Success is sweet, get it
Dreaming will not get great glory
Inaction makes you feel sorry
Carry on work without any hurry
Never worry as it is unnecessary
Plan and execute with great skill
Extract out of duty maximum thrill
Always perform the task with will
Your coffers, efforts will surely fill
When circumstances are adverse
Then do not despise the Universe
God and prayer are there to nurse
You can rectify if things are worse
Just believe in your full capacity
This belief will act like electricity
Increase via work your capacity
Keep intact your great creativity
Exploit your potential sagaciously
Ignore comments made atrociously
Taste this life viewing it preciously
Let holy time be viewed auspiciously!
You look not your age, due time knocks...
Beauty is key to the prompt guise locks,
Off eyes gauge that seek thy real face
Value, be known to mind's pencil trace.
Aging stories are not cook up
To scare the young, but to check them up:
For young people to live the best,
Before old age takes account for rest;
Cum benefits on what to feast,
And be careful of the youthful beast.
From my bottomless mind, I toast!
To grace and peace of heavenly HOST:
In its warmest kind, to keep gay-
Your body, soul and spirit all day...
That joy, love and money keep fit
Thy weaken loopholes warming to quit...
The existing trial and error,
Everyone chase on earth with terror...
In struggle and strive for oneself;
Keep fit as you shine stars for yourself.
First love's treats and delight are young:
Ever apt and excellently strong.
Distance may set us far off sight,
But intact memory lane, ease plight.
Ojo Oladayo, be glad!
Birthdays are never been to be sad.
Happy birthday dear, age off hell..
And grow to fulfill destiny well.
With each passing day, living becomes so classing;
For the less, is a delightful day of mess
And the field of play, sought on us turbulent weather to be healed.
That gladly under the sun; for daily bread, we morn.
Heavenly father's day is for us and our mother.
Wailing in her heart to keep fit while inhaling
The scent of our clothing with a wish for supplement,
To make up of our beautiful rag for keepsake.
Tattered yet nice outfit she do say to us,
Worried inside but cheerful we look always.
Community concerns may be little, in between we do discuss...
What more is to life when you are happy to make others amaze!
And keep wondering on earth how strong you are.
With the challenges bestowed upon you,
Yet all isn't lost to fate afar...
For CHANGE is constant to make life anew
What better than to enjoy life more. ...
While trying to negotiate my financial situation better.
To keep fit and exercise more. ...
To eat well but healthily
And lastly to give up alcohol!. …

FIVE NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS Poetry Contest

Here we are to start another year
so much of the future is so unknown
as the pandemic hits crisis point
makes one feel for those all alone
But one must look ahead in hope
being positive about what's ahead
believing this will eventually end
despite others being negatively red
So difficult to have a plan
not knowing when Covid will end
but it's just a case of the same
keep safe and vaccine is right blend
Be sure to keep fit and well
staying healthy is my no 1 goal
what else can anyone ask for?
but be sure I feel life in my soul
Never forget how to dream
for after this it'll be my need
as normal could be in the past
then dream on your chains be cut free
(I have written this poem about my hopes for the coming new year, unaware what it will bring for good or bad.)
