Parents, the keepers of the door
to this amazing universe..

To them I am a fragile sapling,
staked for its own good.

Protected from sweet kisses,
funny and salty,
somber and delicious.

Parents, those figures of authority,
those from whom our true lives are kept.

Protect me from scars no deeper than a blush,
from rustles on a soft battlefield, caressed curves,
tousled hair and appetitive breaths of each other's air.

Parents, who guard against loves bombardment,
the persistent courtship.

Giving ground in slow but immense movement,
like that of a continental plate.

Parents, whose power will fade
with no more cause than time,
gentle as mist,
as powerful as a waterfall.

Guardians of the Shrouded Palace pt1

Guardians of the Shrouded Palace pt1

Royal secrets loom throughout the palace when whispers echo the shadows of the past.
Where once illusions were constructed on the altar, veiled truth, their rituals and elegies in lament stain the Kapala (skull cup) and Kangling (thighbone trumpet).
Those who once invoked the silent deity summon the solar Goddess to return.
Demanding that supernatural entities serve as forbidden guardians.

Ode to the Guardians from Above

O agents of the twilight sky, you glide,
With wings woven from the dream of night,
Sentinels of secrets, soft as whispered sighs,
In your watchful gaze, the world finds light.

You paint the horizon with threads of gold,
Where shadows linger, you break the chill,
Your laughter, a melody, bold yet untold,
Carries the promise of solace and will.

Beneath your vigil, the weary find rest,
In the cradle of your cosmic embrace,
Each star a beacon, a luminous quest,
Guiding lost souls through the infinite space.

O agents from above, in your grace we trust,
Mending our hearts, as the heavens combust.

The Guardians

Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath,
Let it go slowly,
Refresh your mind...

Can you hear something?
Listen to it,
They are telling you,
A wonderful story together…

Can you see their bond?
They connect the earth and the sky,
They are embracing one another,
Protecting us with endless love…

Can you feel it?
The gentle breeze and the birds’ chirping,
add more colours,
to their immortal relationship…

Can you ignore their mission?
Think for a moment,
They are the real heroes,
Of this beautiful planet…

Premium Member The Guardians Of Flat Earth

The champions of flatness,
stand alongside the rotating lunacy,
assert to protect the earth’s edges
from the domination of roundness.

They congregate paradoxically in rings,
proclaim that the curvature is a delusion,
gravity is a hearsay in critical conspiracy
of circular minds caged within a sphere.

The horizon stretches along horizontal line,
marks the perimeter of the planar world,
beyond which the clouds disappear into abyss,
the basin holding the contained oceans.

At the frozen fringes of the flat atlas
lies the great ring of the ice walls,
the boundary keeping the world from falling
into the celestial silent nothingness.

Premium Member Guardians of the Bricks

we are known in the neighborhood
as guardians of the bricks
we take our position seriously

deciding who enters
and who leaves
or if they do

we are all the things you think we are
magical, mystical,
ethereal, protective,
staunch and opinionated

if you treat us well, we will let you treat us again
if you do not, the wrath of the cat queen will be along shortly.

Guardians of tomorrow

When darkness rises to swallow the dawn,
And hope seems fragile, uncertain, and gone,
A thunder of heroes breaks through the night,
Defenders of justice, protectors of light.

Steel wings are blazing across crimson skies,
The hammer of thunder in fury replies.
A shield like a star stands firm through the flame,
While emerald fury strikes fear into shame.

When chaos declares that the world must fall,
The Avengers assemble — answering the call.

Guardians of the digital night

In the shadowed wires where secrets hide,
Silent thieves in code abide.
A click, a breach, a stolen key,
Invisible chains that none can see.

Digits dance in darkened halls,
Firewalls crack, the system falls.
Identity lost in a web of lies,
Echoes of trust in silent goodbyes.

Beware the hackers, sly and keen,
Masters of the cyber scene.
Guard your data, shield your name,
In this digital world, nothing’s tame.

For every byte and every trace,
Leaves behind a shadowed face.
In the fight to keep secure and right,
We stand as guardians of the night.

In networks vast where signals flow,
Lurks the dark where dangers grow.
Phishing hooks and malware's snare,
Threats unseen are everywhere.

Yet united, wise and strong,
We fight to right what’s gone wrong.
Cyber justice lights the way,
To keep our world safe every day.

Guardians In White

With healing hands and hearts so bright,
They stand for us in darkest night.
Through trials fierce and battles long,
Their courage sings a steadfast song.

In sterile halls where pain resides,
They fight for life on shifting tides.
Through weary eyes and sleepless calls,
They answer when the helpless falls.

A stethoscope, their mighty sword,
A voice of hope, their true reward.
They mend the wounds, they ease the pain,
Yet seldom do they once complain.

On this day, we bow in grace,
To those who heal, to those who chase
The specter dark of death away,
And gift us yet another day.

So let us cheer, let us proclaim,
The ones who serve in love’s pure name.
For doctors stand, through thick and thin—
A world of hope, because of them.

Happy World Doctors' Day!

Premium Member May Listens to her Guardians Advice as she Sleeps

May loved her bedspread, vintage, fifty’s, yellow chenille
Worn in many places, but it still had a magical feel
She felt the presence of the former owner of the spread too
An elderly lady who had lived to the ripe age of one hundred and two

A guardian who advised May while she dreamed and slept
Wish my own children had listened to me, the old lady wept
Bedspread and advice were so sacred to the empath, May
She had it buried with her in her coffin on her burial day.

Illusionary Dictators

They live in a world of illusions
Gripping onto their beliefs
Weaving a web of lies
Steering their journey through the tide
Are guardians of their pride
Masses who follow their rules
Followers of the deceitful fib
Enjoy a life of ease
The ones who supply them
With their fabricated visions
Shape their lives with lead
Are masters of this creed
But those who dare to speak the truth
Are victims of their dreaded cruelty
As a testimony of the act of defiance
Ruthlessly slaughtered in public
Hanged on the gallows of death
So, with their minds full of illusions
They dream of world domination
Or are pawns of a larger game
Leading to this devastating end.

Whispers Of Dawn

In the quiet murmur of light,
before the world shakes the sleep from its eyes,
a symphony of shadows awakens,
dancing among the faded echoes of night.
Silent roads stretch their weary backs,
bearing the weight of dreams and forgotten footsteps,
while trees, ancient guardians of stillness,
weave their fingers through the soft breath of a rising sun.
Birdsong splashes in the crisp morning air,
a gentle reminder of time's unending march,
as clouds drift lazily,
drawing stories in the vastness of blue.

Here, in this quilt of beginnings,
every blade of grass is a secret waiting to unfold,
each dewdrop a universe of endless possibilities,
cradled in the palm of this tender, fleeting moment.

A world stands poised,
on the cusp of its own opening,
as I watch in reverent silence,
another day unfurls from the whispering dawn.
