By Poet..... "Sometime life is unseen. What remains then shows up."
Over the many years,
pillows have been filled with tears.
Unseen dreams of attacking bears,
representing my many fears.
Now unseen what remains?
It is all locked away in my brains,
tied tight with heavy chains.
Sometimes red busting veins,
filling me with overwhelming pains.
candles
wax standing tall
a bright light glows shining warmth
dark rooms are filled with a bright light
what a beautiful sight
The years have been kind
and through the window of her memory
she sees all those long-lost days
when life was carefree
then times were not the same
it was a fun-filled game
nearly long-forgotten
as if tucked away in an old armoire
remembering herself light on her feet
as in a painting by Degas
Blessings from God* flow with His care
granted by compassionate deed
midst redemption for soul's welfare.
Supplies abound as heaven's gift
answering every prayer need
toward triumphant love-shared lift.
Provisions heap up against dearth
vanquishing selfishness and greed
highlighting love's eternal worth.
Mercy multiplies love-propped zest
yon mere talk, expressing good creed
as faith works with performance-best.
Virtuous wealth of love-filled grace
keeps on sowing stewardship seed
as strength runs victorious race.
With sincere love driving glad heart
commitment for help takes the lead
always ready to fulfill part.
Spiritual health bestows glow
nourishing devotion's breed
nurtured for reaching-out to grow.
Thanksgiving to the Lord prevails...
praising Him for love's joy indeed
with kindness-peace that never fails.
*2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.

Grateful am I as triumph reigns over distress
since my heart has overcome bouts of depression-duress
conquering frustration angsts that oppress
midst prevailing hope, serving as steadfast fortress!
With support system anchoring me with cheer
blissful serenity has defied attacking fear
driving my commitment with kindness-filled gear
toward bouncing up and moving on, indeed very clear!
Though skeptical to vanquish lurking gloom
my faith has chosen victory over mockery of doom
not willing to face early death along inviting tomb
believing that eternity offers peace ever since I was in my Mom's womb!
Now that I am in the ministry of reaching-out
my spirit thanks the Divine Source of life, without any doubt
as thanksgiving prevails for miracles against unbelief-clout
joyfully keeping on, encouraging others with "We can do it" shout!
My soul, stay Spirit*-filled
redeemed by God of grace
divinely illumined
midst faith for freedom-bliss
grateful to share blest love.

"Together, we will be~~~ until life's end
Since our loving hearts indeed match and blend."
I cherished that text
Time had never flexed...
Yes, to all God-blest friends,* such he did send!
1 John 4:21And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.

Evil, like a snake, crept into Eve's mind.
Adam shared the apple of Eve's conceit.
Had they, in their unconsciousness, gone blind?
Did they think that they'd, with Yahweh, compete?
Cain's conscience convinced him. He killed Abel.
Crimes mingled with mortals, like blood with flesh.
What else, except sin, seemed to be stable?
Shouldn't, like babes, humans start their lives fresh?
Could Moses and Aaron thrive in their goals?
Could saints and prophets end every evil?
Could mundane fortunes save the human souls?
Could whims of physique charm the psychic will?
Earthly creatures seemed as though they'd gone mad.
Jesus, the Christ, saw these, and he felt sad.
Our thoughts are but the stone the quarry yields,
Which, rough and cold, do wait the hand of art;
Like ancient rock from untamed, barren fields,
They hold no form, nor yet a conscious heart.
The mind, a mason, takes these common bits,
And with a plan no mortal eye hath seen,
By hammer-stroke and measured toil, permits
A structure rising, glorious and keen.
Each arching line, a metered verse aligns,
A buttress strong where logic’s weight is laid,
And through the glass, where coloured light now shines,
The soul’s intent in artistry, displayed.
So in this verse, a fleeting, built design,
The artificial and the human join.
(While Pondering The Pavement)
Pondering, we walk on pavements of summer days
Opening ourselves to the sun and its guiding rays
Neanderthals at heart we take the same path each day
Driven by our past we troddle on with sobering mainstay.
Every step propels us forward, ... take time to pray
Regardless of the outcome "belief will show the way"
Immigrant of earth keep walking even on a rainy day
No matter how old you are always remember to play !
Grass is never greener on the other side, so they say.
THE
Pavement can be slick or smooth depending on your view
Abandon not your dreams, don't ask others what to do
Victory is hard work but don't take more than you can chew
Eliminate doubt and fear be brave but know your cue
Meander slowly round the curves, whistle when your blue
East West South North, where you go is really up to you !
Nod to the crowd but share your thoughts only with a few
Take a path that will lead you to the roses filled with dew.
Happiness is to bury my shame-filled soul within you,
Our springs to return, darkened, from clear skies above,
From the future, with leaves worn by nerves, in silence,
Your tears, a desert horror, like an eternal pain.
Words of reproach, like subtle drumbeats,
Latin rhythms, in our green, full hearts,
Youth, linger a while in apocalyptic time, unyielding,
To your spirit, I will build an elevated Olympus.
Mirrors of our past, gleaming memories,
Bring back the face of love in our days, ceaselessly,
My youth, wretched mammoth, learning with the muses,
Until the day you will bury my soul in poetry.
The mask of verses remains indecipherable dust,
Grotesque, of my stellar genius, square brain, stable,
May your spirit find rest in unknown words,
In the rhythms of our hearts, full of chlorophyll, pure.
In this dance of eternity, our souls entwine,
In an embrace of love that will endure through time,
May our spirit remain, in poetry, alive and immortal,
In a universe of words, like a melancholic setting.
Come to me like a wild horse unbridled longing for the river
like a morning prayer on the heart wanting nothing more
Come to me with pining like a widow waiting for her love
like a soldier in the trenches, begging for cease fire ...
Come to me like a dove gliding over peaceful waters
like the otter and the kelp in a symbiotic drift
Come to me like stars of night shining with accord
like the morning sun at dawn, rising still on you
Come to me like a morning cup of coffee freshly brewed
like a sleeping soul awakened by dreams of yesterday
Come to me like the diner bell exhaling all your waits
like a soft caress on the skin filled with enchanting sin
come to me lover with your loving touch,
for I love you, so much !
My heart is a vessel filled with the ocean of endless love for you,
but when your screams shatter the silence like relentless storms,
when your hand rises like a cold shadow on my skin,
and your words strike like lightning across my furrowed brow,
I sink into the scorching memories of past traumas,
red nightmares like blood, nails of abuse digging deep,
the gray ghosts of anxiety dance around me,
pale and cold hands threatening my fragile neck with a deadly grip.
I wished to stay, to hope you would be the miracle of change,
but my nerves cannot bear to relive the terror again,
my bones are broken, I can no longer carry the burden of disdain,
no more drops of abuse and raw blood can be sipped.
So I leave now, leaving behind a silent goodbye,
whispering my peace like a prayer in the quiet of the night.
It's a retreat into a long-desired sanctuary of tranquility,
where words are no longer arrows and shadows no longer lurk,
where each day is a dawn of calm and every breath,
a new beginning, freed from the chains of past suffering,
like a butterfly lifting its wings to the clear sky,
seeking the peace promised by the silence of the eternal.
Bliss
resounds
triumph’s peace*
of wondrous hope
that reverberates
divine victory midst
grievous pangs caused by sin angst
since forgiveness reigns, smiting guilt
delighting souls with the Lord’s blest grace
for vibrant gratefulness, propelled to share.
Exuding sublime joyfulness with praise
serene worship prevails over doubt
as hearts freed by the Prince of peace
glow well for reaching-out deeds
leading those in need to
find restful haven
in safe fortress
so secured
by God’s
bliss.

A vision spun, from starlight's gentle gleam,
A whispered wish, a sweet and waking dream.
You were my fantasy, a perfect
A masterpiece, held closely in my heart.
Each gentle word, a soft and sweet refrain,
A soothing balm, to ease away the pain.
You were the answer to my soul's desire,
A burning, incandescent, tender fire.
The image formed, within my hopeful mind,
A treasure found, a love that's truly kind.
