Its my time to Soar
On eagles wings and fly
Above the sapphire sky
This Midwinter time of year
My crown is full of coloured dazzling~ sparkles
Glowing for all to see
Such joy I feel inside of me
I carry the love for my soup friends
Deep in this Scottish heart of mine
Not just at Midwinters time
Every day of every month ,year
I just love being here to share
My time for destiny is now
For such a time as this
I write from depth of heart ~ soul
Showing love, joy, kindness to all

There once was a man
His job was to count nuts for the squirrels
Every day, he'd count nuts
Every month, he'd get his paycheck
Every year, he'd question his true purpose
He'd ask himself the purpose of counting nuts
Still pondering, he went to the bakery
The same bakery he always went to
The same kind old lady
The same delicious bread
Until one day, the old lady got sick
With no one to make bread, the man no longer could enjoy bread
That made him realize that only some jobs have true purpose
His job wouldn't change anything of value in the world if he stopped
Her job would change something of value in the world if she stopped
This awakening led him to quit his job
To find a job where he could make a difference
A job with purpose
A job with True Purpose
Halloween gnome named Cheesy collected black bats
They swarmed around him as if he were tuna fish cats
We could not figure it out, but it happened like crazy
Cheesy was a baker, up early, never a teensy bit lazy
Maybe it was his scones, his muffins and such
But bats adored Cheesy, they liked him ever so much
They glommed onto him every month, not just Halloween
They landed on his knees, his neck, forever with him seen.
I remained like that date
on which no special work could happen.
I remained the middle date of that month,
whose number only kept matching every month.
I remained alone—
like a snare,
like a fading flower,
like a living corpse,
slowly deceiving itself,
day by day.
I don’t know
in what useless race I am.
I never win;
I only keep losing
little pieces of myself.
Yet the days kept passing,
like pages
no one cared to read.
Perhaps one day
this forgotten date on the calendar
will learn
how to bloom.
Until then,
I keep breathing, marking, treading
through each day and night,
as the clock continues—
time moving quietly
toward an unmarked date.
Always prepare for the unexpected, as more often than not the unexpected will happen.
Always have a plan B, even better a plan C.
Quote by Poet.
I was heading into Death Valley to
deliver drums of oil to the research
station, a trip that I took every month,
our haulage firm called it the 'Hades run'.
The forecast was 129°f for that day,
all was going well when disaster struck,
a front tyre had blown and I swerved off
the road, Blast it I thought It’s all I need.
I reached for the cab radio that crackled
and then went dead and I cursed my luck.
An hour went by then two, I was beginning
to panic, no other soul on that lonely road.
Then the air-conditioning packed up and
the temperature rose in the cab and I got
out quick and into the shade under the truck,
and drank the two bottles of water that I had.
Six hours had now passed and I was struggling,
the heat was unbearable and I realised I’d
probably die.I thought I was dreaming when I
heard a voice shout, "Hey Buddy you okay there".
They came at dawn, no proof in hand,
Just whispers dressed as fact and brand.
A name, a nod, a hunch, a lie—
Enough to cage the passerby.
The cell was cold, the hours slow,
They said, confess, and you may go.
But truth’s no friend to those in chains,
It starves where silence still remains.
No witness stands, no weapon gleams,
Just shattered hope and broken dreams.
The judge—he sees, his eyes are gray,
He knows the truth but looks away.
Without allocution, guilt’s not sealed,
Yet justice bends, the verdict’s wheeled.
You sign the plea—your soul’s receipt,
A deal struck down where law retreats.
Freedom traded for a lie’s deceit.
To turn away from something loved ;
can damage ones own heart,
many prayers to heaven above,
Is where I had to start....
Defeated by ones own choice ,
to want a loving life;
has met its match for me,
with that first Bride ; my wife....
I have reached deep down inside ,
and tried so many things;
to overcome my sadness ,
Is where my poetry rings ....
Two sons I was parted from ,
because a Mothers true intention;
was to chew up men she encountered,
later with no mention....
A heartless ,
led by her Mother;
who was evil inside out,
should have killed them both,
and did the 20 years no doubt....
My concern was my boys did need ,
a loving family member ,
every month and all year long,
so a good life they'd rememebr ....
shot to the wayside ,
she only cared for only one;
if not for the Grandmother ,
these boys lives would have been done....
So run away you ,
your evil side has shown,
from dancing at Pandoras ;
to know being all alone ...
May we be blessed
every hour of every day
every day of every month
and every moth of every year
to choose compassion over judgement
and curiosity over fear.
There’s a demon on my shoulder,
clipping toenails into my ear
An angel on the other,
nibbles wax so I can hear
He makes balm for my lips,
lights candles once a year
Both play devil’s advocate;
God knows they’re insincere?
Their words are quite pointed,
but sharper when being blunt?
My ears burn like hell
as rumours exchange every month
This tug-of-war’s relentless,
pulling strings to win my soul
If i’m nothing special;
why fight tooth and nail for control?
Lately they’ve switched shoulders,
maybe it’s to explore
Candles burn less often,
not on birthdays like before
Toenails fall unchecked,
my balm-less lips crack and swell
One day I’m living in heaven;
the next feels like bloody hell
This war is wearing me down
I can’t do wrong for right
My hair feels thinner,
no surprise from this endless fight
Searching for bald spots in the mirror
sheds light on their attack:
Those grifters do Brazilians
and pedicures behind my back.

No one knows when I am like this.
Alone. In my room with my phone, I
See everyone out without me. Pity me.
Oh, pity me. Every month like clockwork,
I sit alone in my room with my phone,
Scrolling. Making me so much worse with every video.
People are having real loss. Real people with real issues.
Who am I to compare my sadness with theirs when
everyone around me is so nice and comforting?
I know I'll get over this feeling. I need to be Alone.
Today is 24/7/2024.
Just like a pattern.
Every month it repeatedly happens.
This is the sixth time already.
Will it stop at your favorite number?
Please, no more of this.
Also just realized something weir.
I played and sang the songs which loved by A, B & C (me).
A loved and sang the songs only in his language.
B loves one Asian song which was sung by the person he had crush on.
I loved the song which was sung by E.P. who was not my favorite.
What a discovery of people's personalities.
Quite different but all the same.
It revolves love and music.
Now, I understand what he meant "marriage is a transaction".
No. To me it should be full of affections.
How can I be comfortable if I have to constantly,
Reminding myself what to say and/or not to do.
That was too exhausting and too controlling.
It was a dark and dreary day
Thor was outside hammering clouds
causing all sorts of thunder and lightning
I was up late
I haven’t slept in six years
ever since the Illuminati poisoned my brain
I was sad and I could hear the sirens
calling for me…
“Robert, Robert, come to the bay”
But as I put on my shoes to head for the water
I decided to put Glenn Hughes on the vinyl record player
and to this end he saved me
His lyrics were gifted and crafted as if they
were designed just to hold me tight
his voice lifted and elevated me…
took me out of my shoes
I’ll never forget this day and other days
where he saved me
saved me from the sirens
saved me from the bay
I love you Glenn
I respect you Glenn
And out of appreciation, I will hold Glenn Hughes inspiration poetry contests every month from now until the end of eternity
Asked him for the good health I’d missed all year
This week my aches and pains disappear
Stress bombarded me every month, becoming quite severe
But now in December, it’s vamoosed right out of here
Feared to utter the words ‘Ice and Snow’ aloud
Yet this December in Chicago, not one street plowed
Now, dare I ask for peace on earth, good will toward men?
Not exactly Santa’s domain ~
Please G-d he comes through again
When you throw things into a storage shed
You are spending money on rent every month
Sometimes for years
Finally, you decide to look the stuff over
None of this was anything you should have kept or paid rent on
At one time we had three storage lockers in three states
It took me three weeks to clean them out
What I decided to keep fit into a small purse
