I want a lived-in face—
a body that curves and stretches,
each line a crease carved by laughter,
grief, survival.

I love life etched into skin.
We are the narrators of our days,
our bodies the pages,
our faces the margins,
annotated by time.

We are art—
life’s sculptures—
one arm or two,
too thin, too wide.
What old lies we’ve swallowed
about beauty’s mould. 

Perfection?
That polished cage—
stitched with

Spiders kept weaving their webs,
Dust knocking on closed windows,
Within closed books and cupboards,
Coolness settled in.

and Integrity
and Compassion

Harmonizing Hope: a Choral Verse For Empowering the Hopeless

Verse 1:
Amidst the darkness that surrounds,
And hopelessness that abounds,
Our hearts yearn for a light to guide,
To show a way we can abide.

Chorus:
Inspire us with a glimmer of hope,
A shining ray in our despair,
Help us rise above the darkness,
And find a path that leads somewhere.

are scientifically
and inter-religiously sure
we have all the information
and physical resources needed
for optimizing global healthy wealth,

resilient.

A problem with breath-focused sitting
eyes hooded
closed down sensory receptor meditation,
in my peak omnipotent mindful experience

This inside passive form of seeking resilience
presumes we consistently care
about furthering our
health care vocations,
organically sacred to some,
merely biological to more chronically traumatized
emotionally challenged
by histories 
of neglect
and/or multigenerational mysteries
of emotional/verbal
physical/nonverbal abuse
disregard
bullying

The opposite of nonviolent communication
to restore egojustice
and repair trauma damage
to panentheistic 
yintegral

Empowering Dusk

This darker side
of dusk's sacred
empowering mystery

Unlike enlightened ecospheres
more urgent dawn emergent
pink yellow anticipations
of matriarchal
cooperative history

Not consciously felt
yet pre-traumatically imagined
and hallucinated
back through preverbal mammalian time
emerging AnthroRidiculous
moralistic elitism

This darker side
of dusk's sacred mystery
co-empowering
not unlike enlightened bio/ecospheres
returning from dark embrace
more climatically urgent
history

Climate health/wealthy dawn
green anticipations
polytheistic sacred imaginations
also secular polypathic
win/win investigations
