Premium Member Diet Delight

              less food
                 feels good

               you move
                  real smooth

Dependance

Infancy leads to decline
Teeth twixt extremes
Independence grows
Ends in dependence

Hair sparse and grey
Nails curved and ridged
Skin wrinkled, loose
Muscles wasted

Bathing, a project
Diet, soft, pureed
Normal sight, hardly
Wits about, barely

Taste no more
Hear less
Tiring easily
Wanting less

Premium Member My diet

Diet
starving to death
eating like a rabbit
all vegetables and no fun food
losing!

Premium Member A diet

A New Year's diet
formation of body
old clothes renewed

Premium Member Diet Of Weightiness

Ounces
pounces

Quite trim
so slim

Sore limb
at gym

Fight flab
with jab

Weight gain
insane

Weight lost
embossed

Shed pounds
in mounds

Too thin
won’t win

Body
shoddy

 Real stout
 no doubt

So lean
my scene

Perspire
don’t tire

Diet
riot

Food fad
sounds mad

Sweet treat
defeat

Whole grain
sustain

Eat clean
routine

Green veg
has edge

Pure health
best wealth

Digest
what’s best

Fruit shoot
deep root

Salad
valid

Porridge
forage

Junk nosh
tosh tosh

Cow’s milk
lip silk

soya
oh yeah

Light meals
appeals

Relapse
perhaps

Need luck
have pluck

Stay fit
that’s it

Premium Member My knees go weak

Oh, how can I resist?
Luscious chocolaty creaminess presented with such allure.
My diet starts... tomorrow morning !

Premium Member Diet is Not Working

I had a nibble of this
a teensy taste of that
beef like a dog
fish like a cat

dessert like the Dutch
diet pills from a hutch
a candy bar too
shake with berries blue

diet is not working
gums can’t stop twerking
a cookie might help
I am a hungry whelp

Premium Member my diet

I brush my teeth with thrilling marmalade
like it in the brightest tangerine shade
rinse my gums with apple juice so sweet
then make pancakes, healthy wheat
my coffee is full of whipping cream
my diet is my own best dream

Put more iron in your diet
Why not? I think you should try it.
Well, it's just a caring thought -

Premium Member Poverty Diet

Need all of the needed vitamin supplements and more,
Because my own diet can nowadays be oh so poor.
But inflation in these days may lead to a civil kind of war.

Restricted Diet

Why must you toast that slice?
You sure don't knead the carbs.
Please put the bread away.
Stick to your diet dear.

       I like rye!
       Dry fresh toast!
       Please don't sigh.
       Pie instead?
       Don't be sly!

Premium Member The Tin Pan of Woe

The eating of pie before dinner,
It isn’t on point to get thinner.
It’s best to let go
That tin pan of woe,
And be a calorical winner.

Premium Member Diet

on diet again
no more macho muscle men
chewing a slim jim

Fat is Back

What should I do today
Doing everything the same way
Watching too much TV
It’s putting weight on me

Lack of movement causing pain
Knees hurt due to weight gain
My back hurts if I stand to long
Clothes to tight especially my bra

Sweets make my day
Trouble putting them away
No will power to keep at bay
When I walk my body sways

Going to start my diet today
Walk the pounds away
Exercise brings pain
Hope I don’t go insane

Sweat pouring down my face
Trying to run the race
A new life I need to embrace
So I don’t feel disgrace
