Which came first.?
The Deppression

Sonnet 1

Just as life moves along,
We empty our selves as a bucket with a hole.
Moving forever onward,
Until me reach an emptiness,
One that cannot be known by those who are full.
The love of another,
Just as the fluid in a bucket,
Fills us with purpose.
Without ones purpose what does one have,
But an empty shell moving every onward to a grim end.
Let oneself find themselves a friend who like a patch will cover you,
Allowing you to fill once more and continue ever onwards.
A friend can help you persevere,
	A trustworthy companion wouldn't forsake a friend.

Depression

Deppression.
Some people will never understand how hard it is to get out of bed
Some people will never understand what goes on inside your head
Some people will never know what your are going through
But people will be so quick to judge you
Day after day you try to walk a strait line
But day after day you catch yourself tripping a couple times
Fallen down just to keep trying to get up again
These days it seems like you can never win
People will never know what's really going on
Because they will just keep seeing the show you keep putting on
Time after time hiding behind a fake smile
Just hoping that It'll be ok in a little while
But the days come and then they go
 What's wrong with you
You just dont know
So night after night searching for answers inside your head,
Which makes day after day harder to get out of bed...

Deppression

"Initial connection before my deep depression
The time we shared affections then the sad objection
Never questioned the first impression I got when you told me you liked me
I had to ask because the feelings
I had for you were authentic
Everything I said I meant it
I envisioned our life with happiness
All I could see was the true identity that was alive in me
I'm sorry I had to leave but wished
I could of told you how I felt
I need help
I'm dying inside because I kept my feelings inside of me
Feeding the depression that has affected me"

Deppression Again

It's been a bad day

I'm getting used to it now

another sad day

I'd cry but I dunno how

I'm drowning in thoughts

of how things used to be

my chest was shut tight

complete w/ purity

It's out in the open

should've kept to myself

I'll learn from mistakes

take my heart off the shelf

my soul has now fled

it's my body alone

and it's far too much hurt

for my heart to come home

I give it up now

there's no way to win

w/o you here

my world still spins

It's been a bad day

I'll try to let it not show

another sad day

and I'm just not letting go....

What I Am Feeling Now

A few days of Sunshine a few days of pain
A few days of Joy a few days of rain
A few words of kindness a few words of stress
A few words of peace a few words of meaness
A few tears of happiness a few tears of lamentation
A few tears of celebration a few tears of deppression
A few smiles of mercy a few smiles of condemnation
A few smiles of forgiveness a few smiles oppression

Real World

The issues of deppression the love and feelings of aggression to be happy is that to much
for me to request and to wish upon a star that you and I both know is way to far to far to
hope on to big to grow on what is happiness what is aggression what is pain and what is
deppression to me its just feelings its just rumors its just a quick word you try to put on us
its just lies its just pain well im sick of suffering and rolling in this controlling provoking thing
you call fame fame to the doctors fame to the mothers and to those without fathers fame to
the outsiders so many people abuse the real word pain some use this term for money some
use this term for apology some use this term for sympathy but what is the correct way ta take
pain to take ma feelings in vain how dare you tell me im not allowed to make it not trynna
fake it Ima take it under my wings run with out im chasing my dreams

Premium Member Upfront Honesty Regarding Yours Truly

I may post questionable poetry occassionally,
leaving many with the impression that I'm going crazy.
Some may think that I'm contemplating suicide
but I assure you all, that's an option never entertained by I.
I just struggle with constant bouts of deppression,
but I always manage to pull myself out of them.
So don't be concerned when you see this happen to me.
I'm just acting out and being a very depressed big baby.

Free Me

Free Me
Sitting here in a
dark room
filled with lies,
and battered famly ties.
That bring so much
hatred throuh these
broken down eyes.
Filling the pain wash over me.
Like the nile river
a sheet of grief placed over me.
Trying to look
beyond the window.
Placed inside of me .
Portraying the truth of
what they really see.
Wearing name brands and fake tans.
begging,
trying,
pleading,
to be anyone of the things they
see in me.
Trying hard swiming fast,
breaking down every glass.
Hoping to shatter past,
of broken homes always alone.
Staying in a grave of deppression
beyond belief,
but as I step on to my
thrown and the worl hears my song.
I finally feel free
maybe one day free enough
to be me.

What Is Deppression

What is Deppression

Sadness after losing a loved one
Blaming yourself for what happened
Anger at yourself
Giving yourself pressure
Madness at everything
Hating what you once loved
Wearing black everyday
Sad all the time
Storing your thoughts and feelings
Wanting to be alone.

That Is Depression

Shadows

I GLANCE INTO MY PAST LIFE OF PAIN,
THE FRAGILE TINKLE BRITTLE SPRINKLE LIFE
               OF CLOUDED RAIN.

MAINTAIN A CONSTANT FLOW BELOW MY LOWER
                LIFES DEPPRESSION,
THE NESSESARY VOMIT BY THE SIGHT OF MY
                 REFLECTION.

                 PROTECTION FROM MY SHADOW
FOR IT REMINDS ME OF MY HATE,
INTICIPATE MY DEATH BY THE SIGHT
                 OF SUDDEN FATE.

TO LATE TO BRING UP HOPE CAUSE HOPE
                  HAS DROWNDED IN MY PAST,
TO LIE AND COPE WITH THE PAIN OF FEAR I FELT
                   I'VE LOST AT LAST.

Trapped

I look inside
And I try to pull myself out
I want so desperately, just to release
What is hurting me

But I don't know what's wrong
And i'm not sure I can stay strong
Behind a wall, i'm locked away
Trapped, stumbling through a maze
Of unexplainable pain

I'm a prisoner to myself
A slave to these powerful feelings
Not even I have the key

I bleed, but you can't see
I cry, but I can't let you tell
I'm entangled in my own secret hell

Everyone has answers
But none a cure
I wonder what's worth living for

Confused and lost
Cast into a deep darkness, I can't let go
So many tearful thoughts, from who knows where
Like Hade's river of despair

I look in the mirror and nothing seems real
What do I think, what don't I feel
Emptiness behind my eyes
Puffy from all the tears I cried
I can barely remember the girl I was
And I can't find a way to help myself
So I pray to God, maybe he can help me to see her again, smiling back at me

Trapped inside deppression, with so many questions
Like how do you even begin to mend a broken heart
If there is no place to start.....
