clouded

Today,
the sadness slid in like fog—
not sudden,
just there.
Heavy without being invited.

I sit with it,
ashamed,
like I’ve broken something sacred
by feeling low in the presence
of someone so bright.

She laughs like clear water,
touches my hand like forgiveness—
how can I ache
when she exists?

But the ache doesn't check who I love,
only who I am.
It loops.
A guilt for feeling,
a guilt for hiding,
a guilt for being too full
or too empty.

And she—
she deserves someone who doesn't cloud over
on quiet afternoons.
Doesn’t fold into themselves
for no good reason.

the winter blues

the winter blues has a grip on me, all so tight
Its icy tentacles wrap around me and squeezes
freezing my fingers and toes with its nasty frostbite

staving off the cold is a battle, an endless fight
it brings forth an assortment of nasty diseases
The winter blues has a grip on me, all so tight

these grey days cloud over the sun, having no light
as the icy chill roam wherever it does pleases
freezing my fingers and toes with its nasty frostbite

my blood flows like a frozen berg of ice
and into my bones the air seeps, then freezes
the winter blues has a grip on me, all so tight

frozen raindrops form like dripping stalagmite
and the wind blows hard, never letting up or eases
freezing my fingers and toes with its nasty frostbite

thunder roars. then the dark sky ignites
distant are the summer days of warm breezes
The winter blues has a grip on me, all so tight
freezing my fingers and toes with its nasty frostbite

~Running~ death steps behind ~ don't stop to tell how close.
Swallowing a clump of cacti. Throat skewers.
Aubergine blood clots. Cough, life's wick smaller.
Struggle effective so long ago, like swinging axes,
which kerf felled the tall tree and brought the timberwolves sorrows?
Can't celebrate on broken lips ~nihilistic providence~
the cancer of Hope eating body as it canonizes soul.
Roasting in this blue basilisk without a cloud over Hell,
lassoed by titian sands, shall our desert enshrine martyrs' bones?

Premium MemberBe true to you

“If you put a really small value upon yourself, rest assured that the world will not raise your price." --Anonymous

Hi heels equals low feels
They can be uncomfortable
So what’s the deal

Bad in the long run
For your hazel health
Do you wear for them or for yourself

Painted face masking you
Dare I ask
What you trying to prove

Do you feel better
Hiding your truth
Will you ever
Know that beauty is the real you

Wigs and weave
The new standard today
Hopefully
You know you are great

Not saying
It’s ok to hate
Just saying authenticity celebrate

For you dudes
Maybe you feel it too
Judgement cloud over you

Maybe you are short
Or you feel behooved
When you court as the real you

If she is a lot lizard
Or she sins as gold digger

You too must know your worth
Saying no to her doesn’t make you a jerk

To yourself
Please be true
Grow in health
To love authentic you

Lies And Rumors

Never underestimate
How the way you instigate
Trouble every single day
It is making blue skies grey
For everybody that you meet
There's a cloud over the street
That you're always walking down
It's affecting this whole town
Every word you say is truthless
You are rotten really ruthless
Telling hurtful painful lies
Your ready to criticize
Anyone crossing your path
Leaving a whole aftermath
Of destruction hard to fix
You keep playing these mind tricks
That are so very unkind
Leaving a big mess behind
What's making you act this way
You need to stop before the day
Your taught a valuable lesson
By someone who isn't messin'
Around with your kind of crap
You will push them, they will snap
Maybe then you'll realize
Spreading vicious rumor lies
Will finally get you in trouble
Busting open your safety bubble

Mama Just a Little Girl

Every now and then
The cold blooded floor cements her dream.

Every now and then
She wakes up to the livid voice of her baby sinking into cupid rain.

The mercury of things on her chest is open as the cloud
Every now and then
She thinks of the diary of a teenage mother with baby sitter.

All these rotten times
She found no triangle in love.

All these rotten times
She saw no handwriting of her soldier on military wall.
Only the rose on his grave had kissed her thousand times in hazy vision.

Sometimes it seems as if the cloud over her head is drinking beer.
How will she find love in these rotten times.

Every now and then
She smiles at vegetative hands in the house of commerce.

I see a little love dripping out of her baby's feeding bottle.
I see a church of diapers becoming rare.

She's just 15 and mama is just a little girl.

Premium MemberFaith Or Doubt

It is surprising what you can achieve with little imagination
Never count yourself out with Doubt
Doubt creates a dark cloud over your imagination
It is Death Over Useful Belief Taught
However Faith open your mind to creativity
Favor As I Trust Him (God)
He never condemns
Whereas Doubt Disapprove Of Useful Belief Transpired
Faith is like fire shut up in your bones
Doubt is darkness feeling your walk without light
Let Faith brighten your path
When Doubt comes let it not last
Because you are in a Super Class

Saying Goodbye

I close my eyes
In my mind I see our memories
I love you forever and always you said
The tears fall down my face
My heart breaks just a little more

I never even got a reason
Blaming myself for you leaving
Saying Goodbye
To a ghost is so hard to say
Living our memories like reel in my mind

I will always be here
But now your not
Each day I feel this once so full loving heart
Now so cold and empty
I feel alone
Loneliness eating at me

You were here one minute and gone the next
Living each day with a gray cloud over me
You left no closure no explanation
Saying Goodbye
To a person you never got to see
An emptiness in me that was left when you took off
No call, No goodbye

You left me with a pain i will never heal from
I'm stronger now
I love you forever and always
A lie you once told me
Now haunts me
I'm never leaving you
The words that replay over and over
until I cant breathe

Saying Goodbye
To the one I love
As tears fall down my cheeks
And my heart becomes cold

The Horse

Why does the brown mare stand
just so,
her head over the wire fence
but gazing at nothing?

Her tail flicks, ears prick.
Beyond the wire
a group of laughing children
run past, ignoring the horse.
Wet eyes momentarily clear
then cloud over again.

Why does the brown mare
stand just so
gazing at nothing?

Moonhowl

The sun sets so quietly,
it’s warmth slowly disappears.
Loud howling awakens the moon,
As it’s glow reveals all your fears.
Thoughts cloud over you,
Smothering happiness of the day.
Night revealing all the creatures,
Who upon you begin to prey.
The darkness begins to swallow,
All that which you thought home.
Loneliness soon takes over,
your heart will endlessly roam.
Nature, one of the greatest cures,
can replenish your weary soul.
Or just a relentless curse,
Reminders of life’s endless toll.
Yet I raise my eyes toward you,
And howl your endless song.
For out here in the wild,
I simply cannot do any wrong.

Lonely Cloud

Lonely cloud

An enchanting journey thru sky allowed me to witness an eternal spy , A lonely cloud .

Passing thru the sunshine, casting its right upon the stretch of mountains and valley , it wanted to speak so many things.

Wandering alone and witnessing by none , it had some mist wanting to be someone.

Thirsty soil was craving for some water ,lonely cloud over the soil was helpless like one deserted daughter.

Aim of amalgamation makes the lonely cloud wander...

Embraced by mother cloud gives her some mystic thunder!

Someone Please Help Me

It's just a mini breakdown, nothing that a shot of whisky won't fix
a scratch
a nick
a heavy pail
and nothing helped

it's just a cry for help now
nothing that a pill or rest can't mend
so tired
so low
get back on the horse again

Oh Lord i'm such a failure
I've let my loved ones down
this cloud over my heart bursts
how do I get up out of bed today

There's nothing left to lift
I feel numb, can't even feel your kiss
I really need someway out of this
someone please help me

That Friday Feeling

Driving to work I can't believe its true
its no wonder I'm no longer feeling so blue
the dark cloud over my head finally disappears
knowing that the weekend is so very near

The smiles I see are quite genuine
casual Friday, everyone chewing gum
coworkers all having a certain warm glow
no work for the next two days we all know

Counting down the hours, minutes and seconds
till I can clock out which will be a blessing
even though I'm work weary I feel elated
looking forward to some rest and relaxation

Standing before the facial recognition clock
the work day crept by like a slow tick tock
finally its time to show my face and clock out
with the clock not recognizing me I pout

Third time is a charm they always say
as the clock finally recognizes me without anymore delay
walking fast to my car I slide behind the wheel
driving home ready for a leisurely meal.
