Child Play
‘Where is your Daddy, Daddy?’
‘On the moon, how do he get there?’
‘You say with the ladder, he good, sleep, dream, he play?’
Long pause,……………..serious face,……………decisive silence!!!
‘Sleep good, play is better and ladder,…I want more bricks’.
‘Red Lego please, red no sleep, red play with moon, Daddy’.

Meant to be couplet. Well, many 3 year old may not be able to initiate rhyme that well. And can they always count to 2? So this is a couplet and it rhymes, to the best of a 3 year old child's ability...
give them a chance
let them dance
see what they do
they promise too
talking for all of you
this is there day
hear what they say
THIS IS NOT
CHILD PLAY
i have all my marbles and some time
they make a racket in my head
to distract you of the ordeal to be sane
as where will be the fun to on earth
rain comes down quickly, children would play on side walks, they would make guns out of toys
instead of planes, forgive them because of there youth,a lesson learned at there
residence,i question there caretakers,to find there minds not fill with knowledge, come to
me lost souls,i will build you a little house, you can hide from the pain,i wont see your
names engraved on stones, you will be in my arms watching the rain,no guns will be
made,just little toy planes
