Doscendo Discimus

An old Latin aphorism It means, we learn by teaching. I was very nervous on the first day to teach in college; facing students for first time; Professor advised the best way involve them in their learning more and more. Though prepared well but it's not a child play; how to present the subject crystal clear! How to engage them to become active? How to ensure subject concept forming? How to make my teaching more productive? How to connect them in their own learning? How to teach firmly what needs to practice? Answers to these questions, I was working. Remembered always one learns by teaching. Ask students to explain what's understood; They are glad to address classmates speaking what they comprehended in a mature manner; to know their talents - great feeling Learnt from this experiment -it does good.
