Until I ended up in the colosseum with lions, three.
Help Archangel Michael! Help Raphael! Please save me.
They came in a unit, angels in a loving group of three.
Not to worry, they said. We are here to do what we can.
To show you the way to the promised land….

'O' raging,'O' waging,'O' untamed free spirits,
Depressed,courageous,tamed free spirits,
Breathing,breathless,prideful free spirits,
Come three,come four,come all free spirits,
Locked hearts,Locked minds,come forward free spirits,
Come singing,come laughing,come cheerful free spirits,
'O' wailing,'O' broken,'O' grey-cheer free spirits,
Tell a story,write a verse,leave a mark free spirits,
Read a tale,Read a poem,Read a mark free spirits,
Come on,come all,come free marching spirits,
'O' graceful,'O' delicate,'O' soulful free spirits,
'O' wingless,'O' beautiful,'O' needy free spirits,
Call on,call all free marching spirits.
Over leprosy was I but I cried out to you Lord God
High blood pressure have a but I cried out to you
Diabetic was I but I rebuke the ills
Oh Lord my God I cried to you for help and you healed me
Before I call on HIM He heals me
Caresses with sin dissension

Lost among shadows of solitude’s flow
Stained glass illusions destroying her heart
Sadness competes for a seat on the row
Little it knows long ago brought it’s start
Sorrow now lingers the depth to believe
Longing some guidance, the proof to be shone
Sitting alone in the silence this eve
Feeling this night is now all she has known
Gone every hope of her desperate fears
Dreamed inspiration of moments unable
Drowned in the waves of her unending tears
Life plays it’s hand as it folds on the table
Merely a light in the darkness to shine
Silent her prayer sent aloft, up above
Doubtful at best of now crossing the line
Never again to know eternal love
When like an echo, a voice it does call
An answer perhaps to her last whispered prayer
I will be near if ever you fall

that I'm needy
When I don't look like it

I will listen hard, and do what He says.
I will call on my pure self to do the right thing.
I will ask the do-badders to please stop

Or I will protect the little ones
Or I will role model

Or I will beg for mercy
Or I will take photos
Or I will do something else
Based on what He tells me to do
In my heart
I was caught up in my sins;
Spirit and my mind clog, couldn't win;
Until I heard a sweet soft voice;
I gave in, and I let Him in;

I was troubled and trotted, down and out;
Blogged down confused anxious ready to shout;
These burdens are too strong;
Got me on the fence can't run;

So when

You alone know the way

Call on me when your boat is sinking,
you’re blown off course, or you’ve run aground,
call on me when you’re lost in the wilderness,
call on me when you want to be found.
Call on me when the tough decisions
you have to make are too hard to bear,
when you have doubts, when the price seems too high to pay,
call on me, and I will be there.
Call on me when the future’s daunting,
when you’ve lost hope, when the darkness won’t end,
when you’re in pain, when you grieve, when you’re scared and alone,
call on me when you need a friend.
