sorely ludacris
optimistic rage
as her purse open in the rain
distain
uncovered head
hair composed of lots and dreads
Purposeful

Open your “own” eyes and see
Do not condemn without knowing
Another's true heart and sincerity

“ BLINDLY “
I CAN TELL IT’S YOU I SENSE YOUR VIBE
YOU MAKE ME SMILE AND FEEL ALIVE
IT’S IN YOUR VOICE YOUR TENDER TOUCH
THINGS YOU SAY THAT MEAN SO MUCH
THERE WAS A TIME NOT SO LONG AGO
WHEN I COULD SEE YOU KNOW
THEN TRAGEDY TOOK MY VISION AWAY
AND LIFE HAS CHANGED IN MANY WAYS
BLINDLY GOES MY LOVE
AND FOR ALL THAT I CAN’T SEE
I KNOW YOU’RE THE ONE FOR ME
HOW DO I THANK YOU WHAT CAN I SAY
THERE’S NO WORDS I CAN FIND TODAY
WHO KNEW LOVE COULD RUN SO DEEP
AND HELP ME CLIMB A HILL SO STEEP

Question if the blind leads the blind
where do the sighted lead each other
the eyes of God shall guide thee!

There is no god in England
(I learned of that this day)
For when a man is stricken
He has no more to say.
He lies in expectation,
The end to shortly be,
Torment is blindly gazing out
Through eyes that barely see.
The blaze within his body
Radiates, and yet,
The chilling of his very soul
Allows him to forget.
With sonance all around him,
The sobbing and the tears,
He listens to so many words
Whereas he hardly hears.
And so, within his restless mind
His hopes are all he'll keep;
All he'll find to warm his heart
As those about him weep.
And in the darkness of the hour,
When all is done and said,
He sleeps the sleep that comes to pass
And rapes his weary head.

old men plan a casual shrug to war
inflatable egos
the fault lines of "manageable engagement "
whims to sip glory
adventurous folly, pomp and fame
young men pay the toll
on a route that chokes their end
hapless fate
to burn through youth's prime
to cut that sweet apple in two
wide eyed faith that softens the will to question
to follow a nation's calling
to battle "barbarians"
till fighters labor to know what for
if freedom's not a bread that's shared
realities of war
a roaming slaughter, its drifting body count decay
a misery and waste that burn the sky
above battlefields of leafless trees
soldiers' lives on the clockhands of death
we gather up their shields and weep
till the peace comes midst desolation
till in wisdom and carnage a life affirming flame
is lit

That's not the way I see things
But yet it seems your eyes are closed
Please come up out of the rabbit hole
On groundhogs day
March in this line and help pave a way
To see people cross the street to get away from skin tone alone
Don't rate my skin cause it has a tint
Mix me with the rest of them
If all lives matters why we always on the negative end
Side by side let's do this together
Stop saying all lives
When we both know things could be better!

BLINDLY BLIND SEES LIGHT-AN

... by light to my eyelids it’s dark, it’s light”

How the heck can we trust these jokers.
When given our fortunes they poke us,
with the promise to invest,
and return high interest.
So why are investors called brokers?

Blindly I Look and Scream Musingly as I Listen
As you can see
I am blind
Open up your eyes
I'll be find
Blindly I Look and Scream Musingly as I Listen
As you scream
I can't talk
Stick me in the side
Hear me cry
Blindly I Look and Scream Musingly as I Listen
As you know got to ears
But alas I can't hear
Blindly you ask
was looking like why are you screaming
Blindly I look and scream musingly as I listen

order it to bite enemy, it obeys
ask it to eat master, it acts

Missing You Blindly...
If I could hold you in my arms again I would,
I would squeeze you as hard as I could,
Never letting you go again,
I don't wanna just be your friend,
Baby you've got me chasing memories,
Just so I can see,
You again with me,
I knew it wouldn't be the same without you,
I didn't know It would be so hard for me to do,
Catching myself crying sometimes,
Because you are always on my mind,
I don't walk with my head held high anymore,
Ever since you walked out that door,
There happens to be only one thing left here for me,
To hope one day that my dreams will become my reality

I'm walking blindly
In a two way street
Feeling my way
Stumbling on my feet
Most of the time
I don't know my path
What the hell I'm doing
How to get it straight
I'm crawling still
Trying to learn
Committing mistakes
Feeling the burn
Of being out of place
But I’m doing my best
I just need a direction
A north…
A compass…

So many in today's society just think
truthfulness is whatever they want it to be
making it all suitable to their taste
just like the squirrel climbing its tree
Truth has a real mind of it's own
having a way to catch it's followers out
followers did I say? well think they are!
as they don't really know what truths about
They give no time to listen with ears open
missing the gems that sparkle and shine
real nuggets of wisdom and reality
that they could easily say its mine
This they can't say for blind rejection
such is their foolishness of closed minds
there's no end to man's depth of madness
suppressing truth so not able to find
(Quote: "Men occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of them pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing ever happened. " ~ Winston Churchill)
