The Theory of Positivism

"The Theory of Positivism"

It’s criminal
all theories tie that life
in neat tight black bows

the presents under
that tree of life
wide spread

arms once wide open
now closed
are presence of mind

essence embedded
in a heart shut tight
pumping blood cold steel

silver bullets
tutorial delivers the student
an exercise exorcised

in a class room
all glass barriers
broken

revealed in sharp shards
by observer
with scientific mind

articulated
strings
unravel irrationally

Love is the Key
that opens
and locks all doors

Irrevocably

no tears shed at weddings
future turns it back
on past tensed

were there
weddings
question mark

in time

sealed
official
red wax

stopped

Survival
reflex
temporal

hushed
yet
revealed

Pull the Trigger

Assessment, 2.
How can we “cure” deviance when psychological positivism has many
distinct and conflicting theories?

Theory of Devolution

I am a pacifist I despise war.
It’s the only thing I actually hate.
I’m never able to brace myself for
Diplomacy that deteriorates:
Recriminating dialogue amuck
That results in irrationality.
Adults become intellectual schmucks
Whose mentality in reality
Is equivalent to a chimpanzee
In spite of our advances in science.
Our mentality still swings from the trees
Where once apish self’s had claimed provenance.
We haven’t evolved from our ancient source
Thus war is likely a matter of course.

Premium Member Schrodinger's Cat Tale

(to Mittens)

Schrödinger’s Cat is where it’s at,
nor live, nor dead, nor purring.
With half a chance she’ll live to prance
the worst may be occurring.

But if I’d look I’d lock her fate.
Dare I disturb her quantum state
when spooky action at-a-distance
could conclude poor cat’s existence?

Somehow unseen I need to see
behind that curious curtain,
where “God plays dice” with cats and mice,
where Heisenberg was uncertain.

Where large meets small, and cause effect,
where fact finds science fiction.
It boggles my small intellect …
Each way I think of to protect
her has some contradiction.

Where simple seeming Maxwell’s Demon,
if programmed to assist …
To no avail, he’s doomed to fail,
he clearly can’t exist.

Where mighty minds have failed before,
what chance have I to best Niels Bohr?
Poor Einstein nearly fried his noggin
when he tried at Copenhagen.
Then at the Solvay Congress, rambling,
suffered cerebellum scrambling.

Where the world’s four known forces and all its best minds,
couldn’t save kitty lest they Unified.
So he tried and he tried, and he tried and he tried,
still we weren’t Unified on the day Einstein died.

Then followed footsteps, Steven Hawking.
Though he didn’t do much walking,
wowed us with his brilliant squawking.

Black holes have “hair?!” Could information,
spared by quantum sublimation,
paired in Grand Unification,
spare this long-hair’s ruination?

Could yet unwritten cosmic laws
apply behind those blurry walls
to spare her furry feline paws?

I can’t remember if I cried
when I read that Steven Hawking died.
Such sadness touched me deep inside,
still, we were not Unified.

So confidence I can’t exude.
The only thing I can conclude:
Alas, I lack ability
to tinker probability.

But I will give you even odds that all our odds are even.
This odd result results because we’ve mixed our rhymes with reason.
So be it odd to play at God … by God there’s a solution!
I have free will and will by God will out her execution.
So, by stroke of this pen I do decree:
This story ends here -- happily!

Premium Member Big Bang Theory of Merope's Nebula

Shimmering over a glassy sea, a moonlight carpet beams.
My walkway high to a starlit sky of memories from my dreams.

There mighty Taurus, rip-snortin’ bull, lowers his horns for battle.
Naked on his shoulders Seven Sisters ride side-saddle.

Dazzling diamonds, blue-white ice,
blazing through nebulosity.
Merope mocked and mooned me twice,
twerking with faux ferocity.

“Begone now, mortal, from my sight,
who dares defile the very night.
Look down upon the moonlit glade,
bear witness to the mayhem made.”

Agape, the Pleiad sisters wailed while yonder Cetus spouted.
“The culprit must be caught and jailed,” the rueful Virgo shouted.

The heavens heaved, so much offended,
torn fabric of time could not be mended.
Then darkness fell like a clap of thunder,
were it not for Einstein’s Biggest Blunder,
the Universe was blown asunder.

Who once wrote “God plays not with dice,”
had not known anything of such vice,
said: “Reading erotic poetry can’t compete with cosmic knowitry.”

Theory of Greenness

"What do we have for breakfast?"
"Lettuce and cabbage juice!" she
replies excitedly.
She had forced him to change
his blue pajamas to green
pajamas, then he returns
to bed -
the bed had to have green sheets,
green bed cover, and a green
pillow.
"Why do you do this to me?!" he asks.
"I was born in St. Patrick's Day!!!"
she replies.
He can't wait for a green light
to escape a world where
everything he hates is green.
He's afraid he's lost her love in the greenness....

Premium Member Big Bang Theory

Science gives us theories of evolution
As they try to explain away creation
Bang!, and the universe was born
Night brings the stars then fades into dawn

But there is order in planets and stars
Was that accidental?, or a theory too far
Just one look around, just one glance
To wonder if all this came about by chance?

A theory of chance is one that seems doomed
The seasons have spoken, spring brings the bloom
If one questions creation proof must be shown
Those who believe know God sits on the throne.

Theory of Everything

There is relativity theory
String theory
Quantum mechanics theory
Sub quantum kinetics theory

Energy rods pulsate in their states
Kaleidoscope of thousand such states
Caries the power to control very fates
There is great power behind those gates

There are many theories that try to verse
One true path of universe
The one that with God would allow us to converse
Which if any is right is a question in that many their souls would immerse

But all we truly know
Is there are many things we don’t know
Our knowledge does grow
But we don’t realize what we do know

It is just a droplet in a sea
But if theory of everything we could see
What would be?
Its majesty

But would the world be boring after we know
Because there be nothing else to know
And importance of things would be last year’s snow
Or would everything be more beautiful because we know

But this would not just be feast fit for a king
This would be higher than angel in heaven would sing
This would be something that dream to life would bring
If we knew theory of everything

Frankensteins Theory?!

Suspending ornaments within an abstracts reasonings....

Paramountic marvels of a phenomenas majestical wonders; these

Perceptions perceived along the paragons trails towards, the swallowing castles

Reflections amid the paradoxes silverish views; hues, of an artificial flavourings

Beliefs upon the impratical balconies foresight of, utopians dreams....

Recipe For a Spreadable Conspiracy Theory

To make this one easy to spread,
You will need.

At least one high profile celebrity,
Or Politician.
You could substitute any person who is in a high position of trust.
An event organiser,
And a Spin Doctor.

Method,
Remove the high profile brain and wash it thoroughly,
Making sure to remove any family ties,
And burning them,
So they can not grow back.

Once the brain is back in place,
You are ready to introduce the spin Doctor to the mix,
No skimping on Quality here,
If you want some grains of truth still left on the newly washed brain.

When you are satisfied the spin Doctor,
Has got the theory to a spreadable consistency,
Then it is time to entrust it to your event organiser.

The beauty of this recipe apart from the fact,
That no one wants to claim copyright on it,
Is that it can be made to fit any theory,
With little change of ingredients.

Good luck and remember I didn't give you the recipe.

Believing the Universe was built
from an explosion, and without plan,
 a thousand times more foolish
 than believing you could build
 a library of fine literature

Call me a conspiracy theorist, call me a liar
Cast stones to set my soul on fire
It will not change what I choose to see
I don't consider my brain to be less than thee
I've investigated, researched and done my part
To sort through information from the start
Hoping to make decisions that are best
Fight through corruption and let go of the rest
I do not judge those who differ with what they decide
But, false accusations will not make me run and hide

Proletarians To the Fore

Arm to arm, sinews clutch
One another, makes friend and crutch;
One crimson call, which guidance brought
The feeble, stern: the working lot
To stand much greater, taller, strong
Filled with hope, in lines long,
That stretch from pain, from glum, from slum
To the halls of white where nations clump
In the deadest form of gathered hoards
Of finance and shares, secluded boards
Who array the work, who shackle in loans
Whose empty plots tempt the sleeping droves
In tent and rag, in cough and drag,
From hand to mouth, to work and back.
Yet in contempt that line is struck,
Still the routine is mute, no more this work
That builds the villa, never the mason’s,
Unthanked which blooms the fields all season,
The folks split off by plastic partition
Giving wealth immense, yet maimed cognition
Had kept whom bound to desk and ground
Their eyes have met and their fists now pound
Against steel ribbed doors, but why such fear
Thee lords of land in prim kept highest tiers?
Arisen so, on the claim of wealth,
At the cost of Earth, of hearth and health;
How much more flight, behind guarded holds,
Behind sentries and dictates so cold
Even in scorch of war, where poor kills poor;
So the wealth of nations in tons can pour
Onto odd few hands, to hold all us chained
To the will of profit, for profit’s sake.
But in queues, we’ve come, tools shucked
Your batons brooked, your shots shrugged
By the calloused bossom, by tried spine,
That props all of it up, runs it all in time.
And without us many, your wealth is rust,
Without our trust it’s all a fleeting gust
Of paper slips and accords of force
And we see dawn, from these dues divorced.
And the sun to snatch, the sickle drives,
And the barricades the hammer tries,
While the quill writes, not fearing death,
A push for renewal, for a gasp of breath.

God made human beings into man and woman
And adorned them - gems into a gorgeous garden;
Never coloring them into white, black, or brown
His image, he poured into them, in-mold golden...

Humans created all casts, colors, creeds, and sects,
Filled the earth with injurious impurities;
Each looking another as suspicious objects,
Thus marring the beauty of God's priorities...

Realizing - sin against each one - ugliest
Human beings need to remove the filth in them;
Outlooks on persons and events must be honest,
Each human as precious as the Kohinoor gem...

When the law and the legal system is racist,
Who would citizens ever approach for justice?
Having not condemned the legal system fascist,
Could the system not ever care for the rustics?

People who oppressed are uniquely qualified,
Speak on behalf of other oppressed of the group;
Victims of racism and cruelties that abide,
Need exclusive interference of legal troupe...

And thus, may inequalities be wiped away,
May everywhere human cause and humanism thrive!
Everything that hinders human growth may give way,
To love, fraternity, and liberty to live...

The Theory of Everything

The theory of everything
Which even an Einstein could not divine
Remains the goal
Four fundamental forces making the universe what it is
Electromagnetism, weak interaction, strong interaction, gravity
Each with its own mediator particle that makes the force a force
Photons, W and Z Bosons, Gluons and Gravitons are their given names
All for the Graviton proven to exist
Completing their journey from postulation to theory to discovery
Only the Graviton awaits a Columbus
But herein is postulated the existence of a fifth force
More powerful, more complex than the other four
Failing, to date. to command attention in the field of physics
The powerful universal force named ....LOVE
Its mediator particle, here in, called CUPID
Difficult to discover as is the Graviton and like the Graviton it has no mass
Because it too must act instantaneously and at long distances
And has, as should be expected, a spin value of 2
Once the CUPID is discovered the theoty of everything will be complete
