Best Outbound Poems
What, Where, Who
If I where asked the what, where, who
That drives me to write poetry
I’d say that if I only knew
I’d leave right now this misery
But I’m afraid I’m not the sort
To answer in straight fashion
I have to offer my retort
With words of heartfelt passion
For just the other day I found
Encounter gave me food for thought
Soon the words they were outbound
Jumbled as they rushed and fought
Though ne’er the less inspired me
To battle on my way
Look toward the end and see
Which words I could display
Confess do I quite openly
That I am ignorant
Of poetry’s technology
Coz grasp it I just can’t
I wouldn’t know a what’s it called
From a what’s its name
In my mind won’t stay installed
Confusion is its game
But I somehow, find I can
Muddle through at best
Organise a crafty plan
And set my brain the test
For out there I see loneliness
Suffering and pain
A world in turmoil and distress
That cannot stake its claim
I look for every trait in man
Into the soul I stare
At his betrayal and flim-flam
Also the ladies fair
Dear love will always be there
And so will Demon war
And my thoughts on these I’ll share
Of that you can be sure
Laughter I would hope to bring
Sadness sometimes to the fore
Of natures forces I will sing
The list goes on galore
Yes I will write throughout the night
With hope to de-confuse
I’ll try to offer some insight
By giving up my muse
So now you know the what and where
But what about the who
Inspiring people are out there
Who knows - it could - be you
And what about that misery
I spoke of up above
Well, I gave that up for music
Of the poetrysoupers love x
A Kite by Weston Gregory
Gamed and played, swift to flight
a kite outbound disengaged from
gravity's might
A laughter of sort at least a smile
that by and by we can untangle
humanity's plight
By swish and swirl and crazy hoops
a kite lighten burden inspires hope on
journey not new
yet, ever changing when life's wind blew
until all's but distant sight, held by cords
and glue
Above horizon daunting for me and you
but, a cinch for a kite with faith inbrued
a chime to dance the rhythm which
nature taught true....
w. gregory
Opalescent leaves fall
outside summer's green door.
Outbound, a year sparkles
once age has come with grace.
Orange sun, red roses
of a starry evening.
Old age looks back, dreaming.
Clouds playing around
In the sky tramping above the ground
Dangling in merry-go-round
Smiling at you year-round
One cloud zoomed outbound
Glittering ice flakes fall in mound
Flowers and trees have all found
Heart-shaped clouds in pieces on the mound
Crystals in diamonds plodded on the ground
Stayed and freezed like a heart spellbound
Prayers in hearts everywhere that astound
Heart-shaped clouds in you, dwell pound for pound

Advice from ecosystemic pantheists
PENGUIN:
Dive into life;
Avoid undiving into dying, stagnating in reverse-time ruminations.
Appreciate regenerative daydreams;
Depreciate decomposing nightmares.
Take long intuitive wilderness walks
away from short deductive domesticated pathways.
Stand together;
Avoid falling apart.
Go extra cooperative miles
rather than staying stuck
in competing monocultural piles
of divestment away from
polycultural health.
Keep your cool;
Sweep your warm incarnation stretch
into excarnational meanings,
hot co-arising vocations.
GLACIER:
Carve your own path
opening to bipartisan polypaths.
Go eco-slow
by stopping ego-too-fast.
Channel your strengths
with ecosystemic decomposition
of dissonant weaknesses.
Smooth the way for others
by struggling with your own anthro-supremacist addictions.
Keep moving rationally forward
which is not irrationally backward.
Avoid meltdowns,
Embrace freeze up frames
of dipolar co-arising balance.
Be cool, trusting,
by becoming empathically warmer.
SEA TURTLE:
Swim with the current;
Fly with bilateral enlightenment.
Be a good navigator;
Become a self-as-other optimizing listener,
follower of Earth's nutrition.
Stay calm under pressure,
Grow resonance with wu wei midway
slower resilient revolutions.
Be well traveled, outbound,
to become less homebound,
paranoic inbred.
Think long term;
Feel short-term compassion.
Age gracefully;
re-ligiously childlike.
Spend time at the beach,
invest space in one surfing ocean
of nurturing dreams.
POLAR BEAR:
Live large;
anthro-die down toward (0) Earthcentric.
Be thick-skinned;
Become transparently inter-religious.
Sniff out opportunities;
taste internal crisis, risk.
Learn some good icebreakers;
Unlearn some mad meltdowns.
Be fearless;
Become peace co-empathic messiahs.
Keep it cool,
not so much climatic warming
of melting EarthTribe landscapes.
Outbound calling is a given task.
Log in only in one website,he asked.
But this addiction don't know when would last.
this affecting my job,Oh no!
Am I losing my mind?
Dialling,communicating onshore.
Dealling and mocking by American people.
Do I have an option?
Chill ..I still need to go on.
Winter season, I met this one.
Thought it was love at first sight,
Feelings ponder,desires intensified.
I've been cheating when Boss's not around.
just to satisfy what my flesh demands.
I'm not a certified poet,
Not as good as anyone,
I just want to express my thoughts.
Make everything plain and fun.
More dramas,series of love.
This isn't about my life....
Afraid so much that this might end.
I could no longer use my hands.
No access at all ,eight hours a day.
Poetry soup,is this going to end?
Poems I used to made during work time,
I'll be missed,'cos at home its not welcome.
Signing off,Is it really an answer.
No way!..Break my bones,I'm gonna stand still.
Make this life a li'l more exciting,
Log in when the cat is not watching.
I OPENED A DOOR IN THE UNIVERSE
AND FOUND MYSELF IN A WORLD
SURROUNDED BY WHAT APPEARS TO BE
ENERGY OR SHALL WE SAY ENERGIES.
WAVE AFTER WAVE OF ENERGIES.
I HAD TO QUESTION MYSELF...
ARE THE WAVES INBOUND OR
OUTBOUND , ASCENDING OR
DESCENDING.?
WHEN I NOTICED THAT MY THOUGHTS
SEEMED TO PROJECT A FREQUENCY
THAT MINGLED WITH THE WAVES
OF ENERGY.
IT WAS THEN I REALIZED
I , WAS A FREQUENCY WAVE OF ENERGY.
IN A UNIVERSE FILLED WITH A
SYMPHONY OF MESMERIZING VIBRATING COLORS
OF ENERGIES RADIATING THE
DISPERSEMENT OF HARMONIZING FREQUENCIES.
AT THAT VERY MOMENT A THOUGHT
MATERIALIZED.
THE THOUGHT OF A PEBBLE FALLING
FREELY AND EFFORTLESSLY
INTO A MOTIONLESS , GLOSSY ,
MIRROR LIKE , BODY OF WATER.
LIKE A METEOR THROUGH
TIME AND SPACE.
THE INITIAL CONTACT CREATED A SPLASH
THAT SENT RIPPLES ACROSS
THE SURFACE, UPWARD , DOWNWARD
OUTWARD AND THROUGHOUT.
AS THE BODY OF WATER CAME TO LIFE,
I FOCUSED ON THE RIPPLES OF WATER
FOR WHAT SEEMED LIKE A LIFE TIME
OF ETERNITY.
I COULD SEE , HEAR AND FEEL
THE VIBRATION IN , AROUND AND
THROUGHOUT THE SURROUNDING ATMOSPHERE.
IT WAS AN OVERWHELMING AND
PROFOUND EXPLOSION OF SOUND.
A SYMPHONY OF ENERGIES.
IT WAS AS IF I ABSORBED THE ENERGY
TRANSLATED AND PROJECTED THE THOUGHT
" LIFE IS GREAT ".
I COULD SEE THE RIPPLES COLLIDE
WITH THE ENERGY OF THOUGHT ,
CAUSING THE SURFACE ,
OF THE BODY OF WATER ,
TO BEGIN DANCING , SPARKLING AND
CELEBRATING.
AS IF THE BODY OF WATER WERE IN
AGREEMENT.
IT BECAME ABUNDANTLY CLEAR.
I , WE , MANKIND , CAN AND DO ,
COMMUNICATE , WITH THE UNIVERSE.
OBVIOUSLY , THE UNIVERSE RESPONDS
TO OUR QUESTIONS AND THOUGHTS.
HOW WE INTERPRET THOSE
FREQUENCIES AS THOUGHTS
ARE TOTALLY UP TO US.
UNDERSTANDING THE VOCABULARY
OF LISTENING , SPEAKING , READING
AND WRITING , THE MESSAGE CAN ,
AND FOR MANY , IS A CHALLENGE.
HOWEVER , ONCE WE BEGIN TO
UNDERSTAND , WE HAVE A BETTER
CHANCE OF UNDERSTANDING
WHO AND WHAT WE ARE AS FAR AS
A LIFE FORM IN THE UNIVERSE.
WE TOO ARE A BODY OF WATER ,
ABSORBING FREQUENCIES OF
OUR UNIVERSE AND OUR
SURROUNDINGS.
UNDERSTANDING THE VOCABULARY ,
WE MAY THEN INTERPRET , AND
TRANSLATE THE UNIVERSAL
MESSAGE.
LIFE IS GREAT ...FANTASTIC...
INCREDIBLE... AND AT TIMES...
SIMPLY AND TRULY UNBELIEVABLE.

Within the fog
there is nothing to see but sea
nothing but wind and wave
nothing but dawn which gave
vision to melody
Within the fog
there is nothing to hear but sea
nothing but ocean sound
nothing but gulls outbound
illusion of harmony
Within the fog
there is nothing to touch but sea
nothing but salt and sand
nothing but waves wet hand
collision with divinity
Within the fog.
Brave men brought together
To fly the bombers
To hamper the power
Enlistment their will
To serve the free
All humble men
As history will see
Hearts shaking
On this white knuckle ride
Hero's them all
Side by side
Outbound flights
Planes lost
Their families and friends
Count the cost
Target reached
Heavy flak
How many of them
Will make it back
They turn for home
Chased by the Hun
Machine guns ripping
Flesh so young
Wounded they slump
Bullet ridden
Bloodied bodies
Sodden
The coast of England up ahead
Welcomes the live
And will remember the dead
Distant engines
The airfield hears
Crippled planes
Grow near and near
Families gather as they fly over
Did their loved ones
Pass the cliffs of Dover
Ambulance, tenders
Race to the scene
Pieces of man
Their life no longer a dream
Carried in care
Blanketed shroud
Dads and sons
Did their country proud
The airmen who walked out
Turned and looked to the sky
This mission by men
As they wonder why
Pain and suffering
For the right to be free
As the future has thanked
As we look back and see.
Dedicated to all who served, to allow us to write and read.
We can fire our words, but they will never make us bleed.

By the chalk-white cliffs of Dover
Where the English country ends
There we watch the ferries going over
Some in some out, the usual wend
In our youthful common blithe
There we sat on cliff-grass wasting
Wasting time and never hasting
On the meadows reaped by scythe
So meet us here one day my friend
When your meadows also end
With a scythe to reap your spoils
So you can board the ferry outbound to the peaceful, foreign soils
By the glossy calming ocean
That reflects your face, your past
Stuck in pondering past emotion
As the waves come in to cast
A new reflection of the sea
Where your long-lost memories squander
To a worldly town a yonder
In a book of your debris
So meet us here one day my friend
When your meadows also end
With a scythe to reap your spoils
So you can board the ferry outbound to the peaceful, foreign soils
Every morning, I work from home
I turn on the radio, if I'm unhappy and alone
You hear so much misery when the car jams are told
Make you feel happier, if you're mean and cold
The outbound George has a disabled tractor trailer
Some drivers now are cursing like a sailor.
On the inbound Holland there is police activity
Imagine all those slowed drivers, it's like captivity.
(chorus)
There are people who like pulling tails of cats
Others freakout Grandma by attaching bells to bats
But me, I enjoy the misfortune of those who drive
Comparing our fates makes me feel more alive.
On the Pulaski skyway it's a waiting game
I bet Mr. Pulaski would have not delegated his name.
Its bumper to bumper after Passaic Avenue
I bet those drivers are steaming too.
At the exit ramp an accident partly blocks
That teen driver just learned life has hard knocks.
Heavy delays, so many drivers annoyed
But the traffic jams give me Schadenfreude.
The Lincoln backs into Weehawken tight,
They’ve been stuck in that tunnel since about midnight
Makes you wonder, and contemplate
Or if you're like me, you feel really great.
Add up all the lost hours of lives
No need for bombs, no need for knives
Time that could have been used for better things
All the waste, we should have wings.
The delicate of words that fallow
That gives no sorrow
Claiming many of the feelings
It is gone without dealings
Shock in many occasions
With outbound decisions
Leaving without explanation
That life has a destination
Lost in the clouds
Into the outstanding crowds
Lesson to be learned
But found that you have been burned
Shocked to be afraid
And no one to give you aid
Deep in many thoughts
Comes words that shocks
Leveled out beliefs
And just one word deceives
She's got cat eyes but she sees with her mind
A feline vision of a curious kind
A calico beauty with a purpose to ascend
She seeks to encounter our alien friends
Bewitched or enchanted? I really can't say
The universe knows she has her own way
When the sun dims bleak and the moon shines bright
Her astral body will soon take flight
To the outbound regions, netherworld's sublime
A feline beauty of a curious kind
The sum and the total is no more or no less
It all adds up to a girl named Jess
She whispered in my ear of neon lights,
my mother,celebrated actress,
waning star in sick bay,
zany bird nest hairstyle on display,
lock and tress erect,
skin-fold ripple eggshell pallor,
mothball end play flutter from the wings.
I, devoted sibling, reluctant hospital visitor,
now bearing doleful witness,
to the voice that once enthralled a thousand hearts,
with oral feats and seismic tone-shifts,
like someone trying to catch a friend’s attention on an outbound train,
now tragic downturn ache.
Apple walnut salad only deli window fodder in her eyes,
Dijon mustard sachet cast aside as if unwanted email spam,
get well cards cut paper dragon trails.
Nightingales of tender years and warmth who nurse in rosters,
slowly spread those deathly forms right underneath an icon’s split chin rash.
Whiff of starchy clerk and file procedure hovers over gridlock wards,
private health insurance an albatross of waiver in that very human passing out parade.
Yet here I am, son and heir, entr’acte curator of maternal legend’s skyward exit,
tummy rumble moment where impromptu has the edge on solemn plot,
as one walks on stage hoping not to freeze.
The one true screen test all
must face dear mum would say,
before our sip from life’s rich cup becomes a stain upon the twilight bow of curtains.
There are ports you can't reach ,Captain,
you can not fill the gaps
do not count outbound
stars are gleams to far away
What was the last commandent,Captain,
what did you leave the harbour
with a few passengers
is the bleeding your heart
