Best Keep On Poems
Pain refines,
but grace restores.
This is the whisper
of strength.
There are days
when the world feels heavy,
when the echoes of yesterday
press against the walls of today.
You walk forward,
yet the past lingers like a shadow . . .
a silent presence
reminding you
where you’ve been.
But hear this:
You are not bound
by what was.
You are shaped
by your resilience,
by the moments
when you chose to rise,
even when
the weight of it all
begged you
to fall.
Pain has touched you,
but it has not
broken you.
Instead,
it carved wisdom
into your bones,
strength
into your spirit,
and grace
into your steps.
Healing comes.
Whatever storm
you walk through now,
it is not here
to consume you.
It is here
to remind you
of the fire within,
the unwavering light
that refuses to dim.
Rescue comes.
And in this chapter . . .
you choose to rise.
Let these words
settle within you.
Breathe in
strength,
exhale
doubt.
You are seen,
you are heard,
and
you are never alone.
I wanted to be your Captain America,
but I feel like the remorseful 'Joker,'
who has lost his 'Harley Quinn.'
Do you recall our first song,
how I strummed guitar strings to
reflect our romantic symphonies,
but now all I hear are unfinished lyrics.
The flowers we planted now wilt,
as you left them unattended.
I tried to release all the budgerigars,
but they slump in their cage
with broken wings.
You left me abandoned,
where the wildcats cry.
I'm lost, alone in an asylum of angst,
ready to erupt like a firework fuse,
as slowly, sanity vanishes in flashes.
The weight of my tears sting like acid
on my cracked porcelain skin,
as lungs collapse from screaming,
like a broken brittle bridge,
unable to hold the burdens -
all that remains is brick and mortar.
I don't want to live among
the shattered pieces you left behind,
so I travel from Jersey shores,
to ivory sand dunes, building castles,
but you keep on moving,
so racing waves wash them away.
Empty echoes and silent rooms,
mean my heart dissolves like
those sand particles,
lying upon the sea bed,
resembling ruptured dreams.
As the Red Oak trees release their leaves,
they prepare a scarlet carpet,
adorning you in admiration,
hoping you return to me in the fall.
I won't forget nor stop loving you
until my last breath and if I'm fortunate,
maybe you will place a bouquet,
perfumed in your tenderness
upon my final resting place. .
I should just keep on dreaming
I try to keep our routine,
serve your breakfast in bed
I come to pick up the dishes,
food's untouched and cold instead
(refrain)
Oh I should just keep on dreaming....
that's the only place I can see you
A lot of time has passed by,
seems like more than a year
I still can't believe you're gone,
I wake up sobbing and in tears
(refrain)
Oh I should just keep on dreaming....
that's the only place I can see you
Chorus
Oh I should just keep on dreaming
it's so much better being there,
our whole family's there together,
better than my day time nightmare
Oh I should just keep on dreaming
that's the only time I find some peace.
My life is such a mess,
sometimes, I wish I died instead,
Life has lost all of it's meaning,
guess I'll stay home and hold my breath
(refrain)
Oh I should just keep on dreaming....
that's the only place I can see you
My wife and our 3 daughters,
passed away that day in June,
I got the call while I was working,
they were all taken too soon
(refrain)
Oh I should just keep on dreaming....
that's the only place I can see you
I went to the court today,
to hear the judges final word
Four years for four lives taken,
is just obscene and so absurd
Chorus
Oh I should just keep on dreaming
it's so much better being there,
our whole family's there together,
better than my day time nightmare
Oh I should just keep on dreaming
that's the only time I find some peace.
(refrain)
Oh I should just keep on dreaming....
that's the only place...
I...
can...
still...
see you...

This song was written after hearing a news story from Vaughan, (just north of Toronto) Canada, of a man who lost his wife and three daughters in a car accident caused by a drunk and drugged driver. The sentence is another tragedy after the first one, poor mans life is ruined. The news story headline was Man wants to die...so sad.
Sometimes,
When I find that life's not fair,
When Isee that fortune, love, and friendship look away from me,
I stare at the cards that life places in my hands, and,
I move them around a bit and try to find
their highest value for moving on this rough-rough road.
That's all.
Just keeping on,
moving on, moving those cards until
I see my best hand taking shape from within itself
, perhaps my own potential - possibilites.
It may be a metaphor for "hope" ,
that inner voice that tells me
"just one more step man -
just one more breath-
just once more over that next hill -
just one more day -
just one more mile -
just -Keep On!
If you hide behind the stars
I will watch you through the mirror, moon
And if you hide in memories and the heart's scars
I will watch you through memories transparent balloon
If you hide in the breeze when its scarce
I will watch you through the pool and expect you soon
Or if you stay blurry in the white snow
I will watch you and let my brain process slow
If you hide in a barrel and let yourself sail
i will watch you through the transparent water, I won't let my sight fail
If you become great and make a no see decree
I will hide and watch you on trees
No matter how you keep yourself from me
I will stay and watch, I won't let the emotions flee
Keep on believing
When I think back...
on my life so far,
the good and bad
have shared equal time
Though ups and downs...
have been hard to face,
believing kept my faith alive
Chorus
So, keep on believing...
this evil world,
will try to break you down
So, keep on believing...
the waters may surround you,
but you won't drown
So, keep on believing...
only faith can keep you,
anchored to solid ground
You may have tried...
foolish things,
to help to ease the pain,
to quell the deep fears inside
but, this old world...
will soon pass away,
only faith leads to eternal life
Chorus
So, keep on believing...
this evil world,
will try to break you down
So, keep on believing...
the waters may surround you,
but you won't drown
So, keep on believing...
only faith can keep you,
anchored to solid ground
I've learned it's not money...
that will save you,
and keep you from harm
Trusting in God,
who will never fail you,
and obey him,
when he sounds the alarm
Chorus
So, keep on believing...
this evil world,
will try to break you down
So, keep on believing...
the waters may surround you,
but you won't drown
So, keep on believing...
only faith can keep you,
anchored to solid ground
so, keep on believing,
He'll never ever let you down
so, keep on believing,
He'll never ever let you down
so, keep on believing,
He'll never ever let you down

In the quiet psalm,
As light falls gentle, calm
Breaking through the softest of skies,
Inviting hearts to the kindest sunrise –
where once, the One who made the day,
reveals the love that found a way,
the precious love for which hearts pray –
the beautiful that I will forever say…
in the silence of the psalm,
rises the wonder, in His palm
grows a warmth, a sincerity, a sweet grace,
falling across this heart who sees love’s face,
in the melody, in the song –
still alive and where I belong,
it’s His Presence, so very strong,
promising my soul that He’ll right every wrong,
restoring my heart – all my life long…
in the quiet of God’s psalm,
there is a joy that can becalm
filling the spirit with a blessing, a light
who feeds the silence of the darkest night,
who abides in the promise, making hearts right –
freeing the sinner, stirring a fire
inside the believer, so their greatest desire
is knowing God, the soul’s only supplier….
Of the love that comes to life
when we think of that sacrifice,
the One who changed the heart of us all,
with His mercy, His conviction, His call
the reason we know Him, the peace that reveals
what it means to love as our heart kneels,
what it means to give Him our lives –
assured He is the One who forgives…
the Maker, the Creator, the ONE
who came to earth, God’s Only Son….
And, He’ll one day say “well done”!!!!
We buy gifts for everyone,
For friends, family, daughters, and son's,
Some gifts expensive, others so cheap,
Remembering you sow what you reap,
Everyone on our list gets that special something,
A tie, a comb, cuff-links, or a ring,
Yet there's one person we forget all about,
You don't give HIM a gift, can you figure it out,
It is HIS birthday after all,
The LORD Jesus that we profess to Love,
HE is Alpha and Omega, Aleph and Tov,
What gift can you give to Jesus our Savior?,
Perhaps corrections in our behavior,
Showing loving kindness at this time of year,
Sharing and caring without any fear,
Forgiving and loving the ones we have hurt,
The ones we have wounded and treated like dirt,
To love the unloved showing them kindness,
Shows Jesus in you, the gift that's timeless.

If at times you feel you want to cry,
And life seems such a trial.
Above the clouds there's a bright blue sky,
So make your tears a smile.
As you travel on life's way,
with it's many ups and downs.
Remember it's quite true to say;
One smile is worth a dozen frowns.
Among the world's expensive things,
A smile is very cheap.
And when you give a smile away,
You get one back to keep.
Happiness comes at times to all
But sadness comes unhidden.
And sometimes a few tears must fall;
Among the laughter hidden.
So when friends wear sadness on their face
And trouble is piled around them,
The world will seem a better place
And all because of your smile.
I, Ram, breathed in this world
In the town once ruled by Lord Krishna
Ever since I have counted his blessings
And with His grace have kept on stepping.
Though born in a family of a teacher
Received all the attention from my parents
That encouraged me to be in the noblest profession.
Culminating into D.Litt. from the most respected
Organization, World Congress of poets (UNO)
At Los Angeles, an undreamt honor so far.
Once I had been attacked by Cancer in 1994
But it was totally cured with clean health.
Cancer came to cancel me but I cancelled cancer.
Lord, has given me healthy body never to
Bother how many medicine tablets to be taken.
And freedom to take care of my passions I love
Other things being looked after by my children.
At 80, all my senses are active and quite in command
Traveled over four continents and still to travel but
Ready and waiting to leave any time, if my Lord desires
With no unsolved Karmic problems un-ruptured,
But with atonement, ready to be judged by Him
I wait but still keep on stepping, counting his blessings.

Theres a world, that is not mine,
People live there, so fine.
I wish I could fit in there, along side of you,
but I just dont think, with my way of life, I could do.
I hide myself all day, I'm so scared of the night,
I want to be normal, I wish I was alright.
my heart races fast, I cant breath at all,
please someone hear me, through this brick wall.
My head thumps so loud, my body wont stop shaking,
I'm losing control of my mind, why is it breaking?.
Am I really gifted?, or is this a bad curse,
everything around me is making it worse.
Faces turn to monsters, sounds hurt my ears,
I've been living like this for 38 years.
I'll get better, I know, I hope and I pray,
for these ADHD symptoms to start to ease away.
The feeling of despair is a regular guest,
Ill put make up on and try to look my best.
But the mask sometimes slips, and people can see,
the pain, the fear, the worry, the unhappy real me.
I'll leave you with this, as I carry on my day,
with the fake smiles and laughs, in my theatrical way.
deep breaths for me, as I am a mother,
got to keep on keeping on, for no one, ill bother.
You are not lying
just a bitter ache hiding
acceptance is God’s blessing
deep Faith pain healing.

A mission of Love
not a call of duty! That’s beyond and above
moments in time of devotion
your acts of love, a drop from an ocean
reminiscing weary souls in youth's grasp
cherished and cradled to the last gasp.
*****
A mission of gratitude
to a soul with noble qualities imbued
a whole journey of giving
a natural spirit of caring
to a precious parent so much we owe
the power of endurance, a willow!
*****
You are not hiding a truth
you're revealing the secret of Hope, in sooth
you’re keeping the flow of fountain of youth
you just have spared words of pity and ruth.
*****
A mission of honour
a parent, a real treasure.. alive or a goner
earning parenthood and humanity
deserving of being graced by respect and dignity
treated like royalty, served with sensibility
honoured for who they were, are, have become out of Love not duty.
*****
You are not lying
you just want your loved one to keep smiling
and have a precious soul forget that an end is coming
for so dear a Life.. keep on fighting.

Keep on believing-
God still answers prayer.
Lift your voice and praise Him,
The answer will soon be there.
He may say yes,
He may say no.
He may just say wait, my friend.
But rest assured-
He cares for you,
And will see you through
Until the end.
Keep on believing,
Nothing else matters in this old world.
Our faith is far more precious
Than all Earth’s silver and gold.
Across the borders, might be big or small
Bright Galions, ready to destroy with big cannons
Colonizing every country they go
Dead bodies and blood to the seas they flow
Every Filipino stand your ground
For God is with us, in our hearts He's found
God is with us, God is in me
Hallelujah, We keep on singing
Hallelujah, We might die today
Hallelujah, Give us strength we pray
In the end the battle is over
Justice for our Country lovers
Killings and Words to ponder
Love of God, In his arms we're under
