Best Big Bang Poems

Big Bang

Your theory makes quite the impression
But I have this nagging obsession
A huge mass of matter
Explodes in a scatter
This is a layman's 'dumb' question

From whence came this gigantic ball?
Just how did the whole thing befall?
What was there before that?
And before even that?
And so on and so forth, et.al

Blank space, only vacuum you say?
Endless void? Flat nothing? Okay
Is nothing just nothing,
Or ain't nothing something
And what made the nothing I pray?

The Big Bang

Time: T minus 3 minutes
Launch Control: It's a go
He's in love
going where
he's never gone before
with the woman
a light brown goddess
that hurtles him into outer space...

Mission Control: You're go for launch
Launch Control: Roger
all rockets fire
like lava from a volcano
red orange, yellow flames
I am in zero gravity
as her lips touch mine
I am weightless...

I pass the sun
asking it about the Big Bang
the sun replied
it's great to become...

I wave to Orion
as he faces the charging Taurus
giving them a wink
through my small portal...

I have always dreamed
of exploring the Milky Way
and to see the stars
the way she launches me
from ground zero...

I can't wait
until tomorrow night
to once again
put on my space suit
and board her shuttle
this lady I've dreamed of....

Countdown
to another lift off!

Premium Member Big Bang Theory of Merope's Nebula

Shimmering over a glassy sea, a moonlight carpet beams.
My walkway high to a starlit sky of memories from my dreams.

There mighty Taurus, rip-snortin’ bull, lowers his horns for battle.
Naked on his shoulders Seven Sisters ride side-saddle.

Dazzling diamonds, blue-white ice,
blazing through nebulosity.
Merope mocked and mooned me twice,
twerking with faux ferocity.

“Begone now, mortal, from my sight,
who dares defile the very night.
Look down upon the moonlit glade,
bear witness to the mayhem made.”

Agape, the Pleiad sisters wailed while yonder Cetus spouted.
“The culprit must be caught and jailed,” the rueful Virgo shouted.

The heavens heaved, so much offended,
torn fabric of time could not be mended.
Then darkness fell like a clap of thunder,
were it not for Einstein’s Biggest Blunder,
the Universe was blown asunder.

Who once wrote “God plays not with dice,”
had not known anything of such vice,
said: “Reading erotic poetry can’t compete with cosmic knowitry.”

Science gives us theories of evolution
As they try to explain away creation
Bang!, and the universe was born
Night brings the stars then fades into dawn

But there is order in planets and stars
Was that accidental?, or a theory too far
Just one look around, just one glance
To wonder if all this came about by chance?

A theory of chance is one that seems doomed
The seasons have spoken, spring brings the bloom
If one questions creation proof must be shown
Those who believe know God sits on the throne.

Big Bang By Mrx Poems

Scientists claim the big bang was the first sound ever, not knowing how hard milkyway had to beg forever so they could team up to imitate us, first in supernovas, then in rainbows and Pleiades clusters, and they kept trying over and over and over again.

One hundred billion years, two hundred billion trials, three hundred billion stars yet you are my only reason of existence, even before dust, stories, light, sound and distance, even before eternity tore the pages containing our names from the book of constellations and watched how they dangled amidst tragic cosmic stories on the endless skin that streched past the eyelashes of infinity, you were my big bang.

And I'm not saying had it been milkyway haven't got tired of trying, came to me that day and asked how I did it, we wouldn't have been here, for each time my heart skipped a beat was a planet yet to be known, each time you said "I love you" was a big bang of its own, and I'd say your eyes were my Jupiter because I get lost everytime you looked at me like an astronaut in a cosmic zone, but, I always find you, even without Galileo's telescope, like a shooting star touching the hands of the most advanced lens, like a farfetched comet tracing edges of your words and your silence, in everything reflex, like every time you flinch when your maths teacher mentions X. Let it be anywhere, farther than the edges of the compass, beyond kuiper belts or anywhere, there is this maze in the lines of my fingerprints, a room in the dubs of my heartbeats, a street in this memory lane, and I always find you there, as an emblem of sanctuary.

NATURE’S HUGH ANCIENT LANDSCAPE
OF GREAT GREEN FOREST GROWTHS,
MEANDERING MULTI PURPLE MOUNTAINS
AND COOL CLEAR WATERS

UNDER A BABY BLUE CADILLAC SKY
WITH KIDNEY SHAPED WHITE AND PINK
COTTON CLOUD FORMATIONS
AND HEAVENLY BODIES SPOTTED AFAR

WE CONTINUE TO TRY TO IMPROVE YOU
CUTTING AND PASTING
ON YOUR SURFACES
LIKE AN OUT OF CONTROL PHOTOSHOP COLLAGE

BUILDINGS, INDUSTRY AND MAN-MADE IMPROVEMENTS
CURVING BLACK ASPHALT ROADS
WITH WHITE STRIPES DOWN THEIR CENTERS
BILL BOARDS AND WARNING SIGNS

UNTIL YOU ARE ALL GONE
AND WE NEED TO MAKE MORE WAR
OR DO MORE SHOPPING ON THE INTERNET
FOR SOMETHING MORE TO DO

UNTIL WE ARE ALL GONE

AND NATURE’S HUGH ANCIENT LANDSCAPE
OF GREAT GREEN FOREST GROWTHS,
MEANDERING MULTI PURPLE MOUNTAINS
AND COOL CLEAR WATERS RETURN AGAIN

UNTIL THE NEXT BIG BANG

In the beginning there was a "Big Bang"
God spoke and the universe ring
Everything in the universe sing hail to the King
He said Light Be, light was and light is and always will be seen
Light and sound was heard as the universe expand on demand
All of life compresses into a single molecule
Explosion that never stop fractures matter
into galaxies, planetary systems setting to embrace eternal life
Breathing a new system of life
Through His sacrifice who paid the price
for human life.

Yes there was a big bang which still rings
the universe still sings out it's sound
nature sounds bringing new life through His sacrifice
It is Christ divine replacing embracing removing
all traces of negative places
a path that will last through eternity
What a big bang that sounds let freedom ring.

Before the Big Bang

The whole of the universe is a hyper-living
entity
Then by definition what's within has life in
this immensity

The atoms contained in all are the same and
therefore must
Have life of some sort from the universe which
is the host

An outstanding fact is that which defines life
Has the cosmos as progenitor through which
it came to arrive

It might be asked from what or who was cosmos'
forbear
Some form as antecedent before a cosmos was
there

Going back from the Big Bang beyond what
telescopes can see
Were there Big Bangs one after another far
Into pre-time infinity?

Universe was only a little sphere
Adverse to the empty space around
Converse to expand , for self adhere
Inverse to produce light and sound.

Exploded then in a blowing sudden
Inverted quickly its very sticky nature
Expanded energy in the space fallen
Started of shiny stars the adventure.

The Big Bang

Yes, after the loving's over,
You've bowled this maiden over,
Honey, we blew up the universe,
You can believe that, for what it's worth,
Honey, we blew up infinity
again, how's that for chemistry?
Honey, we blew up the systems solar,
Yin and Yang, our love bipolar,
Yes, this is our Big Bang theory,
Love endless between you and me........

Premium Member Awaiting the Big Bang

From the beginning of time, are we mapped
This journey that we're on us from the trees
Just where does it all end are we sapped
Whom has won or lost as centuries please

Is it what we dream that's eventually true
What becomes as our evolution thralls
Dreaming helicopters flying through the blue
As we progress with life, our continues fall

Just where are we from, this we all of us
Are we destined from the beginning of time
Caught amidst the explosion Big Bang bus
Will there be a day when we eventually find

subtlest we are ~stuff of star
creation of the elements that spawn
densest is the space
between beginningless origins
and endless blurs
thus, cosmogony visible
vehement impassions
blends the invisible
spreading hues of mahogany,
redshifts dust

stripped of mind,

blurred...

manifested into existence
two worlds collide,
rich in lust
