Genuine love must be the mark
reject all that evil portrays
holding fast to all that's good
keeping true to all Jesus would say
Be zealous and not lazy, serving the Lord
in hope, be sure to rejoice evermore
patiently be faithful, endure hardship
constantly be in prayer, knocking God's door
Support continually the saints of God
be a blessing to all, the bad and the good
be a listener to those who are sad
encourage them to know they are understood
Live in harmony with all you know
be humble and meek to all in your path
live at peace with everyone you meet
never avenge any; leave them to God's wrath
For vengeance is the Lord's alone
so feed the hungry, give drink to thirsty
don't give in to evil but always do good
love Jesus to the fullest, always first
First of all, I need to say
Aloud what is hidden away.
The pain of heartache weighs on me.
Can words of truth set me free?
You made me a believer.
Pain, you showed me what is real;
You even taught me how to feel.
To believe that I could rise
Above a life based on lies.
You made me a believer.
All my wounds lie deep within,
But my demons will not win.
I'll bring them out into the light,
Tell my truth and make it right.
You made me a believer.
Born to live my life with pride,
The road has been a rocky ride
Especially when the doves cried
(Heard me screaming deep inside).
You made me a believer.
So, let life throw rocks my way.
I will march into the fray.
A victim I will never be
If I react assertively.
You made me a believer.
I see the beauty through the pain.
On life must fall a little rain
To put out fires of deep regret;
Draining feelings in rivulets.
You made me a believer.
Pain made me a firm believer
That life can be a big deceiver,
But it taught me what is real;
To reconcile with how I feel.
Pain made me a believer.
Ditching my belief?
No, small poet, awesome God,
Thanking Him for grace......
Loyal believer,
Being good to myself, Lord,
Take heart, blessings flow....
Holds, caresses now
As a wish fulfilled.
Love, its ideal. As what alone
Is worthy of Fate.
Unfrozed, to this day
Blew for lone years chilled
Love's uncynical believer.
Hearts regenerate!

deeds never duplicated
Sunday morning smiles
I spent most of my life believing
That love was a needless emotion
It was only hurt and disappointment
Guiding me to believe in this notion
Then something changed when I met you
This feeling like none I've ever known
Maybe it was the passion in your eyes
Or the tenderness that your heart shown
Each day with you was proof to me
Love is what my heart did feel
And love was anything but needless
It was something meaningful and surreal
Now I never want a day to pass
That will leave you with any doubt
Of how much your love means to me
Or what my love for you is about
This passion and love inside me
Continues to grow stronger by the day
Making me want to prove my love
And I will somehow someway
Know that at times I will struggle
Love is something new for me
But what we have between us
Is made to last for an eternity
There was a phase when I was lost
A time when I was void of thought
I stood still and started to walk
With every step I leaned down
Every second, I found myself in a let down
With each breath i lost a crown
In my path I found a glass
I picked it up and saw my past
It was an abyss
The place I lived
I closed my eyes, i wished to die
I approached my death with a smiling face
More like a hollow laugh with a borrowed face
A last sorryy
and I started to fall
A light emerged from up above
A hand was passed to the man never heard
A grace was passed to the man on the deservings last
His heart redeemed through shadows of the past
Sins erased
Mistakes embraced
And he was given a whole new place
To live
To shine
To make his life right
To become the loyal servant of might
He is a believer
He is now The wanderer's retriever
The new life of the believer,
reborn into Him,
the Anointed One's grace.
Yeshua's risen resurrection
of the deliverance of salvation,
our sins cleansed from the
dark rocky abyss.
The gold of the Father's
life-giving presence,
the order of His stars,
and our adoration worships
the King of the ages.
The new life of the believer,
so grateful in our celebration
of redemption's loving gift,
that heals our soul's sorrowed

Handsome man meets gorgeous woman
Correction.
Handsome man who is a millionaire meets gorgeous woman.
They feel an instant attraction
At least one of them is resistant
But they fall deeply in love
There is a misunderstanding
Woe is me; all is lost.
They will be going their separate ways.
In the last five minutes everything is resolved.
It is a huge happily ever after.
The plot never veers far from this scenario.
Still, I sit in my recliner with my eyes peeled to the TV
Watching three of these Hallmark movies in a row
I am a big believer in happily ever after.
Surely it is the stuff of storybooks,
the instrumental fanfare of lovers;
Silhouettes strolling into the sunset,
where did all of this delusion come from?
Maybe a piece is grounded in what’s real,
fire fiction has to begin somewhere right?
Go ahead, convert me at once I say,
I’d love to be a reborn believer;
Oh, that first kiss was like a slow ballad
and waking to the face of Prince Charming;
Such a clean high off that dopamine rush,
I just knew he had memorized my taste;
Falling in love under dreamy bright stars,
affection slowly repairs ancient scars.
I am a believer in love in fact you could
Say I am sappily so.
I saw a posting on a social networking site about
what it means if your partner doesn't sleep
In the same bed as you.
There were varied comments but one stood out
to me.A man with an exotic sounding name said
And I quote him,It means I am so lonely as I love
her very much.
Now,I don't know this guy or his wife and I don't
Know why she quit sleeping with him.He may snore like a lumber mill or she could have caught him in the broom closet with her sister.
His comment sounded so sincere though it moved me to reply the following......
I wrote say sweetheart I miss you so badly and ask
that you return to our marital bed .
Within the span of an hour he wrote the following.
She said yes ! Thank you my sister.
It made my day.

Has an obligation to share the gospel,
by the life we live we must let it show.
We must study to show ourselves approved,
for we can’t share what we don’t know.
We see those daily in search of something,
yet don’t know what will please us.
Until a catastrophe creeps into our lives,
then we reach for the hand of Jesus.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
I believe I do, in it all:
The story of a Manger in a Barn;
Where Mary and Joseph had laid
Jesus was here, in this barn
He laid in that manger and played.
I believe, He's the Son of Man;
An immaculate conception
Told by the Spirit of God
As He came to visit, Mary,
Throughout the night.
The Redeemer, a Savior;
For humanity's fighting plight
It's foretold that He would come
For the creation of life that needed saving.
They came to see the maiden of the barn;
Animals of all kinds of breeds
Feeding, watering from the troughs
They're all lying around everywhere
Waiting for the birth of a King, do not despair.
Coming from faraway places, they do come;
The animals had no doubts about the case
For Mary was about to give birth on this day
For humanity's salvation will soon be paid.
When the Angels started Singing;
As trumpets bellow in the background
Setting a stage for a grand entrance
Of a King that was about to be.
Then, the Shepherds came walking through
With good tidings, do they bring
Three Wisemen following a bright Star in the Sky
Finally, Jesus Christ was born
Under That Bright Shining Star!
Forgiveness; an absolution, great redemption, release of guilt
I believe forgiveness is what will bring peace on earth
Peace of mind is a calmness deep down in our soul
I believe that peace will bring us beautiful triumph
Triumph is a victorious win for all, what a reward
I believe that triumph will bring us all precious love
Love is a warmth so kind and there is nothing like it
I believe that this love can bring many of us so much joy
Joy is a true happiness, we will find bliss rest assure
Joy will bring amiable spirits, the amiable spirited will be blessed
I believe that we can have heaven right here on earth
A natural world home and its natural people who care for it
I believe that if we let the Lord in we may still have a chance
Make it the world that Jesus wants it to be, for each and every one
of us who are real enough to believe in this with me say; I Am A Believer
Dogs are the most amazing creatures
If you pay attention, they're very good teachers
They show patience
They react to ovation
Man's friend to the end, yup, I'm a believer
