SAYINGS WE SAY WHEN IN SOLITUDE

Human being, stretched tension
between the divine and animal realms,
distant balance suspended
between the exiguous and the abysmal!

The body only acts
with what eyes see
and the spirit grasps...

Only in my solitude,
I absorb the complete calm
and the serene sound of silence.

Gentle gestures generate kindness,
tender manners generate tenderness...
attention generates desires,
care generates love...

If you have love,
love without restrictions...
if you have more than love,
let me love even more...

I like much more
what my soul wants,
than just what the body desires,
having both feelings,
life will be full of beauty...!

In life we must avidly,
seek full knowledge
like someone searching for a precious stone...!

I'll Keep Going

Creation…brings aggravation,
what I’m plinking…can’t match what I’m thinking.
It’s this way…since our early days,
sad to say; but I’ll keep going.

What I see…lives only in me,
can’t come out…wants to, but not allowed,
hear it plain…what I make to play,
ain’t the same; but I’ll keep going.

The details…I try to no avail,
share what’s clear…make it all appear,
always fails…what I write down seems pale,
gnash and wail; but I’ll keep going.

His image…our work just a scrimmage,
not the game…that’s well beyond our brains,
has to be…full force we can’t see,
beyond me; but I’ll keep going.

And I bet…most folks will forget,
roll their eyes…he thinks he’s worth our time,
or they blast…it seems a thankless task,
makes you crash; but I’ll keep going.

What is true…we can’t do it for you,
always there…can drive some to despair,
never ends…something now comes again,
cannot mend, if I don’t keep going…

THE GRAVE I DUG

Dearie,

So happy you make me,
Yet the sadness ruins my knee.

We met by misery,
All in that nusery

I am livid in tears
But it opens my ears.

To be full, out the real
I try you to feel.

A space of no thought,
And no fraught.

A reality in my dream,
You bring to my realm.

Rejected and forlorn... I come to,
Dejected and torn. .. I leave too!.

My angel keep playing,
With hide and seek, you are slaying.

Dearie,
My thoughts are eerie.

But you make me sane in insanity,
I feel druggily yet so happily.

As I go over the counter to survive,
You counter there in deride.

I find you in a home,
Of all places to clone.

Ha!..ha.. Ha..my love,
Must we play in this grave?

Sweetie.. we go a long way,
Can you spare me a few?

My devil...I..,
What a spur!... I...

Can't leave be,
Yet won't let me.

A Solo Heart

I was always on my own
even when i was deserted by you
for months, your silence haunted me
and a battle continued to rage in my heart
as i set out to seek the answers-
"are you there? are you alive?"
that futile simmer turned gray
which was meant to be full of love
i held meetings in my mind
my heart was asking to believe you
but my mind concluded you betrayed me

WOMEN VETERAN

Please tell me it’s not true
In supporting the Red white and blue
That not a lot of women are Honorable
And barely any women are notable
So to the far few and in between
I hope your life will shine and glean
Where we may not be many, but just a few
Who go combat hatred people spew
For being fearless in the service we gave
We deserve to be saved
Let us stand out among most women that we see
Filling our hearts with hope and Glee
Let our male counterparts be are equal
Allowing more women to serve in our sequel
Let no woman be full of fear
Where danger lurks and may be near
As our flags colors are tightly woven
Let us recognize the service member who is a woman

As Far As It Pains; As Much As Its Gains

             A lost sheep wanders...
          The shepherd once wonder;
In the jungle of silent Lion,
             If not already fed upon
              To satisfying hunger.

             The shepherd ponders...
If his route wasn't a blunder-
To search or rather go to zion,
          Where spirit over flesh won
           When time is still younger.

                    A David; absent,
                 The day is now frank:
             Gradually near to the dark,
To become more scary in search
              Of unrest sheep, hope seek.

                  A Samson confront...
              The nightmare, light prank
               Seductively to disembark
            From searching... to try church,
              While strength isn't yet weak.

                        As far as it pains;
                     As much as its gains...
               Of persistent tease, you pull,
              Makes desirous victory be full
                 Vigorous try, daily attains.

My life

My life is my life
It’s not yours so I can’t do what you want me to do
I have to live for me and live my dreams
Who knows when I’ll take my last breath?
I want my life to be full of dreams and success
I might come off mean but I’m doing the best I can
I can’t allow anyone to change the route I have for myself
Life can be hard and sometimes people make it harder
I have to find a way to work smarter
You think they love you but then they eventually show they only wanted to use you
They never cared about you
I’m always going to make myself my number one priority
These men don’t love me
My life is my life
I’m going to be alright
I make the decisions for myself because all I got is myself

Soul Elixir

Gratitude, a mental notion,
The soul’s healing potion
A daily habit, a practice so true
Seeding joy and peace anew.

With thankful heart and focused mind,
A world of blessings our heart to divine.
Every moment, major or minor,
Is a chance to make the practice finer

Sunrise, sunset, or firmament of stars,
Laughter, tears, even healing scars.
The birds that sing and clouds that dance,
Provide us with yet another chance.

Gratitude, a balm for our pains,
A way to break the past’s cold chains.
It lifts us up, it instills true peace,
A formula for stress’ release.

So let our mind be full aware,
And live life with a grateful air.
For gratitude, the soul’s elixir,
Should forever be our heart fixture.

Premium Member Why waste time

Why waste time pursuing desire,
when God dwells in, within?
At life’s end, all that we aspire,
is to be free from sin.

Head and heart, hand in glove,
invoke grace from above,
that we be full of love.

Heed God’s chime ~
Why waste time

“Books serve to show a man that those original thoughts of his aren't very new after all.”
Abraham Lincoln I assume that goes for women too, Abe!

“An original idea. That can't be too hard. The library must be full of them.”

Premium Member my eyes tried to tell you

my eyes tried to tell you

golden and round the setting sun peeks
over sloping mountaintops
while cobalt shadows inch into the rust-brown crevices
like a silent blanket smothering the light of day

the moon will be full
or so they say on the six o’clock weather report
there is no sign of rain until the clouds reappear
and the ring around the moon squeezes harder

you wanted to see the rising moon after sunset
and i laid both at your feet
while watching your wide-eyed innocence
as if the circus tent was filled with elephants

it was the only show in town
until i hugged you just before you cried
and we talked all through the rising of the moon
about old songs and dead poets

i searched for words to comfort you
but it was darker than the moon could illumine
and my words were thin as tin foil
though my eyes tried to tell you

Let Go!

Let go
Let go of the pain
u have embraced
My girl, u deserve better
Those memories that linger
In your mind
Let them be consumed
By your darkness

Why hold it?
When it hurts
When your tremble
With just the thought
Why let the fear grow?
When u can be so much more

Hold your hands
Let your think
And don't let anyone tell u of your flaws
For you have none

You are gentle like the breeze
You shine like the night sky
That your worth cannot be overshadowed
The why to stand in the dark?
Why let other look at u with pity

Stand up and hold your head high
Let the sky know your name
And let others know your pain

The scars are the proof of your fight
And your very own might
Let your heart be full of pride
Not someone's young bride
Show the world your dreams
And let go of the pain
Let go

Premium Member Don't Stop

You will succeed in whatever you choose to do
The light will shine on the road ahead of you

Don't stop walking because the path is hard
Rely on your faith, and it will take you far

So take the high road and don't look back
Keep pushing to the degree where achievement is at

Don't settle for nothing less than what you deserve
Keep striving forward, shake the minds of the people who's trying to stop your world

Life will be full of shade coming from jealous people
Continue planting your feet on all the deceitful

Nothing will stop your chapter from closing to soon
Your book is just the beginning and will be on display in every room
