I Love You Anyway

I held on all that time, believing your lie,
Thinking you were using me deep down inside,
When I questioned things you reassured me and made me believe,
That this whole time you were in love with me,
Just one question after I sacrificed my whole life,
And the response was I don't know if I want to be with

We Name Them Anyway

We name them anyway—
in a world unraveling, thread by thread—
we name them Hope, and Rain,
and Wildflower,
as if language alone could save them.

We teach them to walk
on melting ground,
to laugh in the shadow of sirens,
to draw suns on walls
as forests burn beyond the glass.

We hold them close,
not because we believe the world will be kind—
but because

I heard you were gone
from someone who didn’t know
what you once meant to me.

like it was weather.

Or silence that hums like a hymn half-said

So yes, I know —You're the song my soul has bled

Each branch that bows where the breeze once played,
Or the stillness where sunlight used to stay
Ah, I see… beauty fades without you

Flowers are so maudlin, anyway

     Possibilities bloom before my very eyes
       of gifts that will my lovely wife surprise ...

     Imagine her delight when on Mother’s Day
       ~ that roll of $100’s with ‘opm’ I pay*

The bed is soft, familiar.

The universe listened anyway.

Just like the rest ,yesterday was not too lit,
I was there in my balcony,the cool and calm breeze welcoming and swinging my soul ,
While hugging my knees I sit.
It was a ritual on the days I felt high or low,
The wind would bring the best essence  of the flowers from someone's

Always messing up
When I feel so upset
Going all in way too hard
To lose another stupid bet

Losing all my hard earned money
Yet again I am robbed blind
At this point it’s all quite funny
I have no more strength to mind
