Premium Member Another Israeli named Muhammad

The most popular newborn male’s name in Israel in 2025: Muhammad

I guess that’s what happens when 'Jews commit genocide'

They start giving their kids Moslem names, don’t they

~ Any other fraudulent claims you want to accuse Israel of today?

If you doubt the truth of line one, please, please fact-check to your
      heart's delight.

To make sure that lines two and three are clear: They are written
as total satire; They are completely and unequivocally untrue!!

The population of Israeli Arabs - that's right: Israeli Arabs who are
full citizens - while only about 25% that of Jewish Israelis, is growing
so fast that Muhammad is the most popular name for new baby males
in the entire country! Amazing! (Some 'genocide,' eh??)

   Sun-streaked topaz,
    of faint silhouette,
               woman gulping phrases,
           uncanny mirror’s orbital,
           of resonance,
             in blind recess,
      seeing, hearing icicled image,
         psychic blobs melt,
          in close locus,
       hair-raising halo,
          hallucinate my opal eyes,
         sultry smokescape,
                 furnace of,
             walnut garland,
      from ambling weeper,
whose shaken trauma,
    I shudder and pine for,
      at red coal pit of,
        my abdominal agony,
       this lava veiled,
   human’s sideswipe,
“you remind me of someone,”
   whilst being eclipsed,
     by vanilla vapours,
    in a hazy billow,
   rippling stream heart,
inducing isthmus of,
      harrowing bereavement,
       blue vault fluke
        surreal concoction,
         shrouded in mystique,
              enigmatic shroud,
                shrouded pang,
             otherworldly episode

Premium Member Christmas Another View

Jesus was born in a shepherd's lowly manger
So that I can be born as a highly manager
Behind the scene God was preparing
The redemption was part of the plan
Jesus's birth was the initiation of the redemption plan
Enroute His death on the Calvary cross

The birth of Jesus Christ is the foundation for the perfection
Of the redemption of mankind
The first Adam brought poverty, sickness and damnation
The second Adam restored riches, health and redemption

We are redeemed from the curse of the law after His death
The Prince of peace returns the glory of man
Jesus's birth came to restore joy to mankind
Christmas is joy to the world for the fulfillment Of His covenant.

two more times around the clocks,
one more time to tie my shoes and socks,
another day without you, in an infinite line,
to regret a new way the fault was mine

Another beautiful sunset
I'm allowed to see
It's colors of fuchsia
And light cobalt blue lets me be

How swiftly that sunset
Drifted down to earth
Like magic it went from view
But I know nature will rebirth
Once night passes through

Premium Member One Door Too Close to Another

What if I can't get out of one
to squeeze into the next?

My son and husband fish
while I sew the table runner
badly back at home

My dying dog looks at me
sarcastically
from between
dirty couch cushions

But before I sat to sew,
I dreamt I ran down hallways
of beige obscurity

Bowie’s ’Labyrinth’
did not invite me

I have to trim
the leaves of cucumber plants
tomorrow
to keep my life in order

In this dream,
I find perfectly aligned
portraits of Presidents

Those dripping clocks never melt
and crooked tables are still good
for Russian Bank and War
(card games)
Ben beats me every time

"The Persistence of Memory"
is always yours, Dali

It is August of another year
and the mockingbirds
keep singing

The same neglected siblings
are biking down the hill at nine
The boy belts out "I know why you run!"
(when | came down the hill)
"I know I can run faster!

My lamps are already upside down
where Heaven is supposed to be

Shoes never take me
where I want to be

But the goldenrod is growing
I see it on the greenway
coming home

A barred owl changes branches
in a mimosa tree

Premium Member Another Day Has Begun

Dreams must reach their fatal end
At the moment dawn wakes the sun
Yawning with a paternal warmth
He proclaims another day has begun
Rising over meadows, mountains, and vast seas
Early morning light glows with prismed color
Amber skies carry gentle wafts of wind
Kissing away the morning mist

Another Dimension

Some people come
To leave us in chaos without a reason.
Right person in the wrong season.

I keep looking
For maybe an explanation.
Wondering if this was a story from another dimension.

Tears burns their way through my eyes
Wishing I could instead be a part of that dimension.
But would that still let me exist in the right season?

One After Another

One after Another

They came for your head.
Aching, filled with dread.
Without hesitation, terror;
Breed, anticipation.
Their eyes were burning.
Cloaked in disobedience.
In a source ritual.
I can’t explain the sorts.
Burden with disillusionment.
Drunk in confusion.
Tipping and double-dipping,
In nightmares.
Whose reality has come chasing?
For what they didn’t ask for.
Now that the past is knocking
On your back door.
Wild and braggadocious.
From coast to coast, always raising hell.
They want to leave you alone.
       Their agenda is well-organized and
They boast about not being in disguise.
And flaunt their deep depravity.
Pretending to be somebody they're not.

ANOTHER JULY 4TH FLASHBACK:2026

A 250 years historical celebration:
The emancipation of one group;
The near extinction of one group;
The centuries of slavery for another:-

Such a historical celebration
Of all we blessed three can only
Collectively be deemed a day of joy
In and through celebrating Amazing Grace:-

Thus let us all in celebrate the reality
That though we’re not where we should be
And though we have yet a way to go to get there
Praise God almighty we’re not where we once where:-

Premium Member Another Precious Day

The rise and fall scarce audible
inform me that you’re here.
A comfort washes over me
allaying certain fears.
For though I like my quiet time,
eschewing all the noise,
a room devoid of breathing sounds
is one I’ll not enjoy.
So sleep my darling, slumber on
and I will watch and pray
and thank our Father for his gift:
another precious day.

Another version of life

Soft rock; smooth music filling the air.
A gentle nostalgia that makes thoughts wander more than usual.
A sweet presence flutters around the spectrum.
Not physically, just a simple spark of imagination, that one that turns ordinary moments into small echoes.
A good moment for the brain to daydream and float, defying the heavy gravity.
Couples coming and going, filling the sidewalks with muffled chatter that breaks the quiet one dives into.
A few laughs are coming from who knows where; nothing remarkable.
When all that passes, the surroundings become even quieter than before.
Mowing the lawn, folding the laundry, reading a little of something that one can’t quite remember now.
Simple tasks. Repetitive motions.
But beneath them, questions kept circling:
What if things had been different?
What if the timing, the courage, or fate had shifted just a little?
Would this day have felt less empty?
Less sad and nostalgic?
Nobody has an answer.
Only the music, the chores, and the quietness that sometimes aches recreate a scene of another version of this life.
