We cannot transcend time,
Nor can we outrun the blinding light of that hour.
Yet,
We swallow that very light,
And holding it to our chests, we sublimate it
At the speed of light.
"Good night, our baby."
In the middle of the mess we just made,
In that ditch of ruin and annihilation,
When I look into your eyes,
You are already looking into mine,
At the speed of light—
"Meow."
A quiet apology already seeps into your pupils.
Very well, I absolve you of your sins!
Who am I, anyway?
Just a being who cleans up your every single day.
And should we face that ruinous moment again tomorrow,
I shall gladly catch your mess with my own two hands!

Lord Heavenly Father,
I came with hands empty of prayer,
A heart worn thin by the iron air,
Where faith once stood, now silent ground,
And nowhere to be found.
I walked to where the light was still,
Beneath the crest of a sleeping hill,
And found a field of golden wheat,
Where shadows and the sun would meet.
Two deer were grazing, slow and low,
In quiet grace they moved, quite slow,
No fear to mar their gentle stride,
With nowhere else to hide.
I watched them eat the autumn grain,
And felt a softening of the pain.
In their stillness, a silent call:
Perhaps it is enough, after all.
Gold light, amber waves, whispering, sustenance, ripening, "grain of being".
The deer like Silent watchers, gentle souls, grace, "softening the forest".
Faith: Empty pockets, quieted prayers, shattered glass, "lordless mornings".
Grazing, bowing, shifting, breathing, watching, as if they are God’s eyes, waiting for my soul to exhale slowly, to say “Jesus, I trust you”.
The weeping willows long leaves fall gently upon my barren back, comforting me..
Thus is my Silent Amen..
I’m longing for a congress:
To an audience of God, I’ll speak;
Like it’s my mission,
And giving the ghost,
I’ll pray to His Majesty!
If this clock should chime,
May our time entwine our hands;
Her garb is a glory sweet;
Heather’s pretty, I think:
So, let it be –
God will not sidle alongside an idol
Or will He sidle with the idle
God will not hang with the tongue harangue
Or listen to this world's slang
God will not accept a wrong Weltanschauung
God will suffer long, His judgements He won't prolong
God became a Child for those beguiled
God became The Tamer of those gone wild
God accepts no treason, only proper reason
God is the Reason for reason
God is The Word, there's no atheist's redaction
(Remember that you can't burn an abstraction)
God will oust any verbal joust
God has defeated Faust
God gives us a right to defend
The right that bare arms extend
Love to God Who is Your Neighbor
By extending love to your earthly neighbor
God is our Bower
God to the Third Power
God The Trinitarian Tower
Amen
Praise God for all his magical ways, for making us with just words.
Praise God for giving us his commandments that we are trying to follow throughout life.
Praise God for all his leadership, for leading us through the maze of this life.
Praise God, for forgiving us many times, when we ask, he forgives us for all of our falls.
Praise God for sitting with us when we are down and giving us a guiding angel to be by our side.
Praise God for sending us many blessings and for protecting us when we are in danger.
Praise God, today and always, as we walk through this life.
My veins black as burned psalms,a river of rot running under my ribs.
Each heartbeat bleeds ink scripting serpents through scrolls of my skin.
Call me the chalice of corruption chaliced by curses, chaliced by craving.
My blood boils with broken commandments, whispering "drink me" to the dark.
Heaven turned it's hose of light on me once and the flame got darker.
My pulse pounds poison;it drums dirges for angels who drowned in desire.
The marrow in me mutinies, begging for the beauty of decay.
When I bleed earth drinks deeply and dreams in sickness and silk.
I baptize myself in my own bloodstream and scream Amen through the aneurysm.
My shadow sweats- blackwater veins bursting hymns of hell and hallelujah.
Congregation untrue
Holy on question
Pastor observed
Praise on who?
A church stating Faith
At what length?
Heaven’s look down
Church preaching sin
Heaven’s voice, “This is not gospel, and it must end”
Church marked for Death
A Pastor heading straight for hell
Failure on the congregation forehead
Mislead is not a good deed
Heaven doesn’t approve seeing no proceed
Amen is for the righteous
The Cross represents uplift
The Lord says he stretches out his hands over sin
My gospel can’t be a mockery of pretend
The church was built for my true worshippers
Judgement I shall bring
The church will get the Heavenly raft sting
Get ready
My Angels holding steady
Pastor, preach your last word
Your voice needs to be heard
Utterance is no longer tolerance
Sin not but praise more
My voice you can’t ignore
Everlasting my choice
Heavenly voice
Amen amen amen
Today I am
Glad that my Father kept me alive
I was not expecting that
From my Father
Also it must be the weather
That made me so tired
Yes after my breakfast
I had taken my medication
And I also had my shower
After my shower
I got dress in my casual clothes
The Summer is ending
This Sunday will be the
Last day of Summer
And in two more months
It will be Christmas
I will put my decoration up
In my house
Also today after lunch I will have a
Nap because I am tired
And I will wake up
At 3:00 PM
Seek – the love, the grace, the flow
Miracles sought by the heart, the soul
those who know He is the music
that plays light into the ones who know
life isn’t lived until it is lived for Him,
this Jesus who stirs my spirit to believe
He is love, grace, the unending flow ~
Living water – so I’ll thirst no more.
No! I’ll never thirst again –
He is the One who sent His friend
The Holy Spirit convicts, convinces, comforts
So I’m always prepared for this battle of wills…
Thy will be done! I’ll say it again – “THY WILL BE DONE”
Amen!
A Black Church
Christianity search
A Preaching Pastor
A sermon ever after
Congregation praise
The spirit in its amaze
Amen here and there
Lifted praise involved, but was the Amen Corner sincere?
Amen would spread throughout the church building
The Pastor would often wonder
Is Heaven hearing yonder
Nonetheless, the Amen would be established
The sermon accomplished
Spiritual words heard
Feed my sheep is God’s purpose with a mission from the Pastor
Lifted voices ringing high to Heaven’s highest
Goodness comes out
It is often a praising shout
The Amen has it
Glory to the Father name that fits.
Dear Lord,
I need oil for my lamp;
Spark for my life;
and bright illumination round about!
Amen
Our father,
Who art in heaven
Thanks for the gifts
Life, shelter, water and more
Give us this day insight to art.
Ignite our creativity
Expand our knowledge
So we can add more
Beauty to your creation
to glorify thee but to our victory.
Give us this day
Life of abundance
So we can
Do bountifully
Thriving easily
Effortlessly uniting
showing more love than hate
To create a new world
and path for our next generation
Guild us daily so, our day be fruitful
Protect us from all forces that rises against us
Direct our dealings
So we don't trample on ourselves
As we communion with you this day
Help us to embody your unconditional love
Fill us with spirit of forgiveness and grace
Showing compassion for ourselves
In other to live in peace and harmony
Manifesting heaven on earth as we pray this day.
THANKS FOR PRAYERS ANSWERED... AMEN!!!
May you be?
Unto you dear one
May your day be filled joyous and bright?
Filled with the peace and love from Jesus Christ
Resting in Him grace and glory
To the Father, God be the glory Always
Always and Amen
