Life after life (with death in between)
Cannot compare to the Heavenly scene
As the singer sings of something personally
It can have the appeal to us all universally
In the skies it’s many Fourth of July’s
For us eye candy, and we wait for our surprise
There are galleries of all the memories hanging in sight
There are lands to discover by fourth dimensional flight
There are things unseen, unheard of and unread
As we will get to know God for eternity’s breadth
Many colors, many smells, many sights, who can tell
The love of a family reunion, and many more loves as well
There’s life after this life lived on earth
There is life after life and birth after birth
So it is easy and plain to see, and it shows
We all go on to eternity (where you spend it God only knows)
(So to the recusants that think this is it (ain’t no more)
Prove it non-resuscitants (if that’s all you have) I implore)
P.S. So have a second sundae to your delight
Because in Heaven there is no cellulite
If I see you in heaven,
will you still be eleven?
Or will you have grown into a man ~ dark, handsome, and tall?
And when we converse,
will you be able to expound on the universe?
Or will your thinking still be eleven years small?
Reincarnation
why we still don't believe
after so many lives lived...!
When the stars scatter in silence above,
And the winds sing through the slumbering trees,
I will slip through the shadowed grove,
In the quiet world that brings me peace.
No longing binds, no tear nor sigh,
For life has shed its heavy chain,
I am a ghost of breathless sky,
Wandering through fields after rain.
There is no fear, no pain to feel,
Just the warmth of a long-lost sun,
A silver stream, a rippling reel,
And all the heartache now undone.
I'll wait no more for love or grace,
The earth's sweet music will suffice—
A tender breeze upon my face,
In the soft caress of paradise.
What’s left behind is the fragrance of the lilac
Crushed between forlorn fingers
Petals held in contorted hands
Once lust rendered dust the terrain shall cover
Fierceness is abandoned forgiveness is given
To whom does this come, whom shall it deem
As father time allots and consumes
Pro tem I am, pro tem I am
an irrepressibly creative force
Manifesting myself
by channeling a myriad of diverse
and inexplicably bold personas
struggling to leave resonance in my wake
to whom does this come
this legacy that lives on~
is what I shall be
Is the after life heaven
Is the after life hell
Is the after life decomposing
as the worms eat their fill
Is the after life reincarnation
as someone or something new
Is the after life what you believe it to be
as that what happens to you
In the end, what is there to be, but alone?
To recognize at last and say goodbye
To all those things that were not I;
To join the others who wait eternal
For another touch of another breath that is life;
The passage that returns and returns,
As we start alone, and end alone,
And in between have those great and grand adventures,
Where each awakening is a reconnection to the memory
Of that other part of ourselves;
Once separate,
Then joined,
Then not.
When You Die, Your Mom Drops By, by Davieo, David Rothchild
When you die
Your Mom drops by
To say hello again
Pour love into your soul like the rain
When you die
Your Mom drops by
Like a birdie
Away happily you'l fly
When you die
You can see
All around easy'n free
Under a bright warm loving sky
When you die
All pain is gone
Relieved you'll sigh
Wondering why as others morn
When you die
Life comes clean
A skip through eternity
Its what it was and will always mean
When you die
You'll be born again
Forever a brand new you, true
To yourself as cosmic invincible eternal sunshine
When you die
Your Mom drops by
Bringing family, friends too, why?
To prove that immortal you, lives on forever across eternity

"From deep within my heart
I always catch the scent
of my Beloved. How can I
help but follow that fragrance?" By Rumi

AFTER LIFE
Her scent! Her scent! The best of life!
I watch her move - the smile, the curves.
Sixty-one years she’d been my wife.
The light projects - my mind observes.
Perfume, present, in our sweet home.
Doesn’t rise, though coaxed, from purple urn.
T’her closet clings, like honeycomb,
The pleasant scent of clothes well worn.
If I could, but, follow the trail
And find her form in great beyond,
Upon her shoulder, lay, inhale,
My darling, court, renew our bond.
Her scent! Her scent! The best of life!
Her pulse, unique, as is my grief.
Sixty-one years she’d been my wife.
And when you’ve loved as I…so brief.

Beautiful canvas beautiful skin
arrested smiles
burgeoning love
seeping into me
oh, come on, karma talk
like a french lover:
"La vie est une fleur dont l'amour est le miel."
| Life is a flower of which love is the honey
and it is making me feel ill and cloudy. |
Is this what we lovers get? Is this what lonely
hearts feel when we mix love with art?
Oh, come on, please.
Karma is not enough
i gave it up for camera.
Remembering how i felt most intense pleasure
piercing my heart upon a figural stone shaped
as a monster's heart.
I messed objects with abstract thoughts
and lost myself which became more real.
and everything and every sense and every thought
tried to devour me within a black throat of fear
and it tried plainly ~~ i use to daydream at night
and paint colors in the darkest thoughts of my
mind; everything oh everywhere and everythis
and everythat |and it tried to eat me |
i woke up believing i was right here now.
Where i threw colors within my head
where i drew deepest fears away
when i was there when you cut me with
your words/i tried to say...i tried to say
tried to say....
Love is everywhere.

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust,
body form returns to earth’s crust,
whilst soul eternal, yet lives on,
soon in another realm reborn,
until each desire’s relinquished
and all ego spawned fears vanquished.

Life is a surrealistic ship
commanded by divine pilots
that transports us frame by frame
to a strange planet
which is called timeless,
where are we going to live
as if born -again.,
to accomplish the mission started here,
without us knowing how...
When Life
ends
does it end
or
does it just begin?
If you believe in Hell
you'll sweat quite a lot
If you believe in Paradise
happy afterlife
If you believe in reincarnation
be a cow for awhile
If you believe in nothing
good bye.
Earth life a hard school, we need to get through
It is a springboard for our soul’s ascent
Spoilt for choice, our heart’s dark desires pursue
Heeding not conscience, to grant love consent
Head-heart discord, plunges our soul in fear
We are lost in this world of illusion
Though wheel of time snatches all we hold dear
We accept not that we’re in delusion
Caged on earth by law of cause and effect
We are reborn here, again and again
God waits for us to cleanse our soul’s defect
Attained when all desires to rest are lain
Life after life, we choose pathways of strife
Cessation the practice, to be bliss rife

Mother nature’s trees shudder in the breeze,
Clothed in ashened sky, bearing angry eye.
The winds conversation with birds to flock,
Branches of two trees interlock.
Angry eye is sporting black,
The fight for supremacy notoriously back.
Rabbits and squirrels retreat with their fear,
As an audience of trees lean as they peer.
Returning bird to referee,
The elderly tree resumes paying his fee.
His younger capture boasting minus concern,
As he thrashes with heavy twist and turn.
Wind is bullying close behind,
The elderly tree disadvantaged,he finds.
He creaks and groans, bleeding his sap,
Gentleman of the forest lye dead in rivers lap.
Succeeding opponent standing proud,
As a silent applause was never so loud.
Wisdom now is all that remains,
As the woodcutter starts to sharpen his blades.
Tightened by rope in the woodcutters truck,
It’s not the end,he’s back in luck!
Now he’s sitting front of house,
In a swanky restaurant in London Town.
All admire as they prop,
If only they knew the story from the top.
As they sip their drinks with chatter,
A distant sound of trees will clatter.
