A moment of love on the road
When I cross the road, the cars stop
I see the drivers. I feel them for friends
I wave a thank you to them. Feel them for friends
They wave back to me. Feel them for friends
This was a moment. It repeats. Always
We are people. Don’t be angry. Put smile
Take a smile
We are people
We do together

Drenched in rains
The girl returns home
White and black
Sandals are wet too
Pushes back the
wooden shutters
of the closed window
From the box of oxygen
Releases a pink breath
Mild sound falls
on the leaves _
Smiling Gardenia
Leaving the photo
for the album
The time vanishes
into the inexplicable
grey mist

For a moment I took pleasure
On the fact that you existed
You were there
Silent
Withdrawn
But wise
Oh so wise
I felt I could talk to you
As if I talked to the moon
And God you could understand.

In a moment suspended between the silent beats of time and infinity,
The miracle of love settled like a mist, almost untouchable, yet so tangible,
It was better than any dream drawn on the sky of a starless night,
It was like a precious object you could lift, gaze at, and keep in memory,
We found ourselves on the moon, dancing on its cold and mysterious surface,
Embracing the unknown, we laughed with free and carefree souls,
It was the garden of Eden, yet also the endless abyss of hidden thoughts,
An immeasurable place, deep and luminous, high and near the edge of reason,
Where our laughter was a mad song in the face of eternity,
I remember when your eyes shouted love with a force that shook the sky,
Now, the walls of silence slowly retreat, murmuring lost memories,
We remain prisoners of the moment that dissolved in the passage of time,
But deep in my heart, your laughter still echoes like a sweet refrain.

Give me a moment
Give me a moment
to collect my words of love
and share them with you
give me a chance to
express emotions of love
with a touch of you
give me your left hand
for it bears a trace of love
and it speaks of you
give me a lifetime
filled with idioms of love
at the core of you !

April 24th 2018
time stood still
for I thought it was just another argument between my mother and father
was actually my mothers breaking point.
as the sun was setting and I was doing my best to distract the little ones
I heard her cry for help calling my name,
begging me to come
I flew a down the stairs barely touching any
I wasn't prepared for what I was about to see.
As she ran to me with tears in her eyes
and blood dripping down her wrists
Time stopped.
Everything was a blur
I rushed to wrap a towel around her wrists to stop the blood flow
but it wasn't enough
she needed to get to the hospital
after hours of waiting and the next morning arrives
I still hadn't slept
though she was far from okay,
she at least made it through the night
before bringing my siblings home
I needed to clean up the mess
with last night's events running through my head
As I wiped the blood off the walls
tears dripped from my eyes,
wondering why she would ever want to leave her babies behind.
Though she is still alive to this day,
A part of her died that day.
I only wish she could've gotten the help she needed
So I’d still have my mom today

Soon dawn at plum morn
though pearly moon still keeps watch,
for the golden end.
Afternoon's recalled in dreams
adorned in wild color schemes.
Memory Lane sleeps
as orange noon is coming,
after dusk scarlet.
Lemon-lime hours revisit
and bluebird returns vivid.
Pink skies are coming
a jade past is repeating,
since tomorrow's gone.
Time's fallen asleep, at last
skewing the future and past.

Moments come and moments go
as time keeps marching on;
hold me now and kiss me slow
‘fore sunlight breaks with morning dawn,
and wills this precious moment gone.

You caught me smiling in a moment
Because your love has made its way to my heart
Into my heart
You caught me smiling in a moment
Because you are the one I have been waiting for
Waiting for
You caught me smiling in a moment
As you pass me by
Passing by
You caught me smiling in a moment
Now I am face to face with what I’m looking for
What I’ve longed for
You caught me smiling in a moment
Stepping out of a dream to know you
Getting to know you.....you caught me

day
begins
with snow fall
and winds blowing
spinning and swirling
I turn on the fireplace
and make a cup of coffee
and settle in with my blanket
as I snuggle in kitty comes too
on a table is my cell and laptop
but first I the watch television news
I sit quietly sipping coffee
now I am informed turn it off
my kitty cat wants some pets
her purrs are so calming
I check my cell phone
check my laptop
my eyes close
need nap

The room was small;
There was street graffiti on the wall
And a bed next to it;
They were both on the bed
And he was on the top of her;
To her,
It was peculiar with this boy,
She couldn’t stop gazing,
At the face expressions he had.
In the face as he was making his way into her;
She knew,
She would remember this moment;
His facial expression was dear;
It was as if the waves were splashing,
One by one, against the shore
And made white foam;
His young face was in bliss,
In torment,
In joy,
In ecstasy;
He was stuck in and was suffering, flying;

Have you taken a moment today
To think of the people important to you
Taken the time to talk to them
Or organise a catch-up that’s long overdue
Have you hugged a loved one today
Or simply said “ I love you”
Told them how much they mean to you
Or reached out to someone who’s feeling blue?
When was the last time you bought flowers
Or a gift for no reason whatsoever
Given a genuine compliment
Or did something special together
Have you extended the hand of kindness
Of unconditional love and support
Don’t leave it until next week or month
As life is way to short….
So, please just take a moment today
For the special ones that matter to you
An honest, kind word or gesture
That’s all you need to do !

The moments with you
Fill my heart with joy
The moments with you
Linger like a soft fabric
The moments with you
Leave me spellbound and dosed
The moments with you
Makes the next much more meaningful
I wish these moments
Could fill our lives
This is not to say
There's anything wrong now
I just know
Fruit would taste sweeter
Music would ring clearer
The fire in our homes hearth
Would burn for us forever
A moment with you
Is my wish

~
a moment alone
this fleeting affair
of solitude sighs
unlikely to share
some daydream beliefs
with wildflower dreams
and fingers entwined
midst dark silent screams
where shadows elope
and coral vine weaves
a soft comfy couch,
in three-quarter sleeves
for stress to escape
so pain can subside
away from the noise
a dark place to hide
so tensions can heal
and nervousness split
while clenching a fist
or throwing a fit
as cloudy days sing
and raindrops appear
you're still all alone
there's nobody here
to know if you're well
or frowns stay a while
if teardrops now fall
inside of your smile
if fears hold on tight
and anguish remains
among every loss
and all of the gains
An hour or two
a minute or three
to be by yourself
and set yourself free
the silence a joy
a world to postpone
this fleeting affair
a moment alone
~
Anyone else need one from time to time?
