Just for a moment
In your company, beautiful
memories were made,
A love we once shared has
faded,
These words in your letter, I wish
I hadn’t read,
Just for a moment, my heart bled.
In a brief space, our world did spin
and love’s flame did soar,
But now time's cold breath says
no more,
Cherished moments on the road we
tread will be in the past,
Just for a moment, I wish the dye
hadn’t been cast.
Whispers of love buried deep,
In memory, they will now sleep
In my heart, a scar lies open
within,
Just for a moment, I thought,
True Love doesn’t always win.
Quote: True Love
True love
happens between two hearts
Flowing from season to season
Forming a strong bond that
bends
But once broken rarely ever
mends.
