Premium Member 1984 - The End of Big Brother

To whoever may be listening:

At exactly 6:33am today government radar detected twenty-seven incoming nuclear warheads from Eurasia and Eastasia. As a result, Oceana has deployed all existing nuclear weapons to both continents in retaliation. This fake war has suddenly become all too real. My friends and colleagues, the end of all things is upon us. There are rumors suggesting our inner party members quickly assembled inside the Ministry of Truth and committed mass suicide. We have no leaders to guide us, no savior to rescue us. It is now 7:02 and for the first time in my life I feel something other than fear - resignation. INGSOC is dead, and in a few short moments we will join Big Brother as well as millions of innocent proletariats in the bleak realm of everlasting oblivion. May whatever god that exists have mercy on our souls. We are the dead. Perhaps we never existed at all.

Time's up.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One year later
Deep in the African jungle on a continent once thought devoid of human life, two small children emerge from a cave and enter into the light. The boy's name is Adam. Neither had ever heard of Big Brother...
Premium Member Time 1984
Time is a funny thing,
time does not always seem real.
Governments and their rulers,
come and go.
Some are good to their people and country,
while others only destroy.
Can they be brought to their knees,
maybe ~ sometimes?
When we are living in today,
we have real time.
Can we now see or understand,
the many years that will come?
Then one day we awaken,
to that far off date.
Now here in the new real time of 2025,
we say where did all the time go?
In their day many read the book 1984,
some laughed at it as it was the talk of the town.
Some saying,
this would never happen.
Now in real time of 2025,
many years later what do we find?
Today many are saying,
we are now living in this book of 1984.
The question is,
are we?
Some say yes,
others still feel it was just a crazy book.
Have you read it,
only the reader can decide.
The many quarters dropped
in the jukebox as you ran
in and out answering calls
demanding pushing cursing
out staff as I sat there pink
dress ain’t no body by Chaka
Khan if this world was mine
by Cheryl Lynn I still want my
refund wasting so many
quarters how dare you
the record spins then skips
it’s gonna take a miracle to
make me love someone new
who are you such and empty
bastard catering to empty
pockets mafia Frank put a
quarter in the jukebox ain’t
nobody you know this an yet
you bring important people to
play our song why what’s
the matter with you tell
your people I won’t be
controlled unless there is
smudge proof writing silk
sheets creating masterpieces
of new lyrics even then watch
yourself mister crescendo refrain
sing what’s love got to do with
it unexpressed unamused by
corruption besides you hear that
Future After 1984
"Four"
Four
With that word, the world came to an end
In flames of nuclear power
That man did send
Death
Swept through Eastasia and Eurasia
The scale was tipped by one last breath
Oceania’s
Pride
Three
Three giants threw spears at each other
A scorching war destined to be
And Big Brother
Died
Nuclear sunlight beamed through cracked glass
Waking up the proles, who soon cried
Seeing the grass
Two
Two strayed partners, ready to relive
The proles, the remade Eden due
One choice to live
Propaganda all day everyday filled the air and minds:
weak minds read only headlines and never ever dared delve further;
strong minds dared asked what is truth, and finding truth, were canceled.
Premium Member What Do 1984 and 666 Have In Common
George Orwell tried to tell 1984
but here's what 1984 told us
1984 was the year we had
The Terminator
the ultimate movie
about Artificial Intelegence
with the ability to travel through time
Today we have AI
Let me be the first to name it
The Terminator
It also has the ability
to pass through time
Soon there will be
no need for employees
No taxi drivers, no cashiers
No stock brokers, no managers
No teachers, No cops
No salesmen, No clocks
What need have we
for prejudice people
they only waste our time
Soon you won't
be able to buy or sell
unless you have AI.
1984 and Counting
Speak no ill of our 3 letter government agencies;
they are always watching out for our rights,
they are working for us.
Don't you know you are just peddling enemy disinformation!
Don't you know you are just repeating
conspiracy theories?
Nothing to see here.
No one is above the law except....
You will be considered an extremist
if you protest, ask no unauthorized questions.
Never cross the line and don't ask what line?
Don't speak about faith in anything but us.
You will be audited,
investigated,
we are sending 87 thousand more
armed revenue agents to your homes
to keep the peace.
Never run for political office unless you agree
with our official position and have been approved.
Everything is good, eat less food. It is patriotic
to want less, expect less.
The Ministry Truth is always watching.
Have a nice day - do what we say.
Premium Member Say No To 1984
In years to come it might be said,
‘I never realised this is where it led,
It just crept up, I just went with the flow
Nobody told me how things would go’.
Nobody explained what I took for granted
Would be taken, by those who commanded
That I conform and do not speak out
About the injustices they openly flout.
I cannot speak my mind for fear
That the thought police will soon appear
And erase my person from history
Nobody told me this is how it would be.
They divided the public into two
To ensure a rebellion would not ensue.
Then little by little they erased the past
By promising the changes wouldn’t last!
They told us in order to be secure
Further restrictions we should endure,
As Big pharma, tech and the media folk
Harmonise, to justify the lies they stoke.
Those who snitch on one another
Ensure the success of big brother
Not realising that their own fate
Will not be spared by those who hate!!
Let’s not let nineteen eighty four
Replace the way things were before.
Our freedom was fought and won with lives,
For what? A world they would today despise?
Premium Member Boss Called Me Dumb In 1984
I could not resist screaming and yelling at my highest level.
I have never been this out of control.
My husband heard about it at lunch.
And he works in another department
I was shrieking so loudly, and yelling the F word all over the place.
The other stockbrokers looks scared
As if they had never heard or used that word.
I was throwing things into my briefcase as I screeched.
The head of the department did not know that calling me dumb
Is something that I do not tolerate.
Especially since he was getting commissions off my commissions.
This was 1984, and I have never forgotten it.
I have tried to forget my behavior,
but that is something I may never forget.
I do not believe you will ever come back, my husband said.
Bingo.
Premium Member He Left Me In 1984
He Left Me in 1984
David J Walker
He left me everything he had
unique
the way that fathers
Never seem to say
Exactly what they mean like
I love you
He left me with my slice of
The sense of guilt
Between a father and a son
Things not said
Things left undone
At best, assumption and
Hopeful presumption
He left me absorbed in
The grief of vague questions
An empty bank of faith
Of long-held belief
Replaced with wraith
memories
He left me letters I still read
As If I am still far away
in uniform
Hungry for news of  the day
From home
Hoping to get there soon
Praying it won’t be long
He left me at the end of a
Phone call
Asking if I could come and
See him
One more time again
Soon I said
God Bless you and your family
He replied
The last words between us
Before he died
He left me in 1984
I was 30
            He was 74
I wanted more
I Can Break a Person
I can break a person
I can break a person.
I can tell you what’s inside.
Inside the person is a small child,
They look very sad and have clearly cried.
Inside the person the child is trapped,
They look very much like they can’t decide.
Inside the person the child is scarred,
They have brutal bruises and blood on both sides.
Inside the person the child is young,
They are confused and traumatised like being on the worlds scariest rides.
Inside the person is fear.
Fear is all we are.
I Thought a Man
One day, I thought a man,
it got to a vicious battle, there was blood everywhere,
But I was too weak,
I lost to the man.
Then I became that man.
We Live In Orwellian Times
We live in an Orwellian world
we are living
in an Orwellian 1984 world
and have been for decades
we are assaulted daily
by alternative realties
promoted by various politicians
designed to shut down
all rational thought
true Orwellian thought control
and now with the corona virus
massive surveillance
has become the norm
and when the crisis is over
the surveillance will continue
on one excuse after another
forever as Orwell’s nightmare
big brother ruling us all
comes true
based on the fear that the massive increase in social surveillance being deployed against the Corona virus will after the crisis is over continue forever under one excuse or another as the Orwellian big brother dictatorships around the world become permanent
1984
David Icke
remains untarnished
after years of abuse
he is now a respected
figure, although he remains
prone to the usual attacks
from the usual suspects!
Alex Jones
has been removed
from You Tube
and other platforms
his bigger than life
persona attracted
the good,the bad
and the ugly
Tommy Robinson
has been removed
from all of the
platforms
he is the voice
of many wounded
souls
Tommy is their
Messiah
So David Icke
are you paid
opposition?
The government
are not to be trusted.
Partial Solar Eclipse -- Austin 30 May 1984
There was a solar eclipse today.
Only partial, but enough to make you want to look.
It made me sad.
I didn't have a piece of smoked glass or ultra-dark Ray Bans, and certainly not a solar scope.
Looking up, I saw the sun flash through leaf-made pinholes waving in the breeze.
Disappointed, I looked down,...
and discovered a thousand crescent suns dancing at my feet.
