Our son is to have surgery on August 17th

He has necrosis of the femur and degenerated hip

He is to have total hip joint replacement

He needs prayers for his physical healing, mental healing and spiritual healing

My trip to dr today was helpful

He says that I have arthritis of the hip joint

There is a nodule forming and that is where the pain is being produced

Simple remedy ..If it hurts don't do it

I guess that means that I have to quit living

Steroid dose pack should give me relief

Sara, maybe you and I have different kinds of lower back problems. My dr. said that it was my degenerative disc putting the pain to my hip (displacement or something like that)so I am not sure if I actually have arthritis there or not like you do. IT sounds horrible what you have.I do understand your pain, from having it in my neck! I sure hope the steroid dose pack helps ya and I will pray for your son as well. Keep positive thoughts! PS Hopely prayerfully your son will come out better than new just do ALL the therapy & he can have massage after 2 weeks!

ahhhhhh, the less you use it the less you will be able to use it. Yoga dear, hot baths & hot packs for circulation & massage look for a massage school they need to practice! Steroids make you feel great but you can only take them a few times in your life..watch out for how good you will feel, it's false and then you hurt yourself. The pain is given for a reason ;) Also the chip can break off and get reabsorbed!!! REALLY!(NO foods which cause inflamation..like ones with SUGAR!)

So many I know have had hip replacements ..painful if u don't ..so will put him on our prayer Church Chain immediately.. and he will be healed according to the Word..luv..
