Just a note:

I have a few haiku that do not have a number for the group of words used in that writing. Please update your poem to say what group of words used. I have one Haiku which only has one word on the page. I will give the person an opportunity to add a Haiku before I eliminate it because I am thinking they have just reserved a place in the contest and are trying to come up with the best work ever. I have a couple of Haiku that are good Haiku but do not use any of the word groups that I asked the participants to use. Some of the Haiku are too wordy and could be whittled down to be more effective as a true Haiku.

A little update today August 8th..Still have some poems that don't have which group of words that were used in their Haiku. Please add that to your poem.

Sara, I wonder if poets are reluctant to add the information at the bottom of the poem (in accordance with soup rules). Perhaps, in future, it may be worth getting the poet to add the information to the title. hugs jan xx
