I am Robert James Liguori. I have authored several technical books including The Java Pocket Guide. I have spent twenty years in the aviation community doing software development and testing. Currently, I'm spending my time writing poetry trying to make a small, yet positive difference in this world... one word at a time.

11th Glenn Hughes Contest

I sit here and I cry at astonishment of the wonderful Glenn Hughes inspired poems in the tenth Glenn Hughes poetry contest. The love for Glenn is so immense and pervasive, it simply warms my heart. But now it's time for the eleventh Glenn Hughes inspired contest. Will you write? Will you put your heart on your sleeve and show the true love you can give? The entries so far have been miraculous... can you do the same? A digital trophy will go to the one who can best explore and explain in poetic terms the love for his inspired works. Will you write the next Glenn Hughes inspired masterpiece? You have to try to find out. As my tears begin to dry, I check the judging panel for your work... will it be there? Please let it be. And remember, we all love Glenn.

Dear robert thank you for my placement in your contest and for the inspiration, dandelion is a beautiful song and the lyrics is really inspiring! One of my fave lyrics by GLENN hughes. Congratulations to all the winners. It surely was an honor . Sending you light P.s i must also highlight i wrote the poem while having one of the worst migraine attacks ever so this placement and appreciation i truly am grateful for. Thank you again
