I am Robert James Liguori. I have authored several technical books including The Java Pocket Guide. I have spent twenty years in the aviation community doing software development and testing. Currently, I'm spending my time writing poetry trying to make a small, yet positive difference in this world... one word at a time.

When a musician dies, his catalog of songs becomes concrete. This is the case with Ronnie James Dio. But even in death his songs are filled with life and energy. I am please to announce that we will be using Dio's songs for inspiration in our next poetry contest. I'm so excited about having soupers explore his brilliant, energetic set lists... from his times with Black Sabbath and Rainbow to his solo career, his songs do not cease to amaze! As always, this is a premiere contest so the first place winner will get a digital trophy. I look forward to reading and judging your poetic masterpieces!!
