Aprilcity was the theme a ridiculous jesture
A smile to say it was witty
A jesture to say it was clever
A lighthouse ajurned to a castle
In the middle of the desert
Might the mermaids sing to me
Might the prayers of sea merchants
Sound above the rocks
Might the winds howl in such agreement
The staffs of respected people
To treat visitors as there equal
From all ends of every nation
To marvel in such creation
Menu to menu
Event to event
Might the travelers who seek
A respective Venue
Speak us as such a retreat
To level the muzzling
the blurred eye to the blind
the most physical among us
To the sweet and unkind
Travelers in lodging
To which respects
A doctrine up holds
Might we stand staffed
To be host to visitor
Our needed like there's unopposed
Hospitality

The needs of many people
Raging heat and fires of summer have taken their toll But all things must at some point cease and tents must fold
Let the politics of weather now be stilled, summer has spoken A cooler wind is in the air, heat is now receding; Fall has broken
Debate the climate, but Autumn brings a welcomed change Let the clouds hasten their misty darkness, and bring the rain
Let the Autumn walls of defense be a heat shield and force a halt Bring new breezes, pause before the freeze, listen to Autumn talk
Brown lawn with touches of green, but come Autumn it'll be greener Not just a pile of leaves, but Autumn is a world-class painter

It’s hot,
Lonely and,
Barely full
Yet here I sit in class with sleeping beauty and Cinderella.
But the heat and loneliness are foes to be reckoned with,
As they slowly nest themselves into my head.
The class that was once so still and silent.
Now seemed to be instilled by the noise of the world,
A world swirling around me in a darkness that only seems to grow darker.
The noise overwhelmed me and left me bare,
As the world piece by piece hit my body like projectiles.
I screamed and screamed to be ridden of this pain, this hell,
Called loneliness but the darkness just swallowed my words whole,
Before they even escaped the sanctuary of my mouth.
My body stayed motionless and in pain,
As I accepted………….
Au Revoir class said my French teacher,
Who unknowingly saved me from a fate worse than death.
Loneliness.
