Untying The Knot

Speaking from experience
as not one to falter
at the altar
its no illusion
why I came to this
wedded bliss conclusion
the institution of marriage
is one I won't disparage
for better or worse
wedlock is the bedrock
of civilisation
and of course
the only
reason for divorce

Wedded Bliss

Helping me to always see
Hoping that we’ll always be
Linked by love forever
Myself to surrender

If we live for each other
Sometimes we will falter
May I always have foresight
To see one of us is always right!.

I Take You As My Wedded Wife

It was a day just like any other.
I walked into the room and saw you.
My head felt foggy and I was left dazed.
I knew love and I had to pursue.

We dated and loved and grew close as one.
It was like a dream that became real.
I was scared, but you said yes, however.
No words can tell how that made me feel.

I made a vow before God and to you
And holy vows to God must be paid;
That I would wed you and you be my wife
And I will keep that which I have said.

In marriage there is much irritation.
Bliss is nothing but a fairy tale.
But, we will work it all out together
And make our marriage sound, whole, and hale.

And when the years have passed by and we’re old;
Our health fades and finally life fails;
I will still be by your side faithfully.
Our love, you see, at the end prevails.

Wedded Bluff

Wedded Bluff
You've made an invalid selection
The gal you picked was once nice
And she was once good in bed
Now it's all **** up worst damn way
You're stuck with a complaining wife
Three decades of pure effing bliss

Gold ring procured from Navy exchange

     Merry-go-round petals etched in black

Two lives in rearrange

     Gifted a wedding plaque

                     ~

I was expecting; he had tonsillitis

I carried child; he had an ‘ectomy

A throaty bangup to wedded bliss

     Eureka earthquake; baby makes three.

                       ~

Life was swell; ding-dong dandy pell-mell

     Engaging in everyday realities

Smile-burps, cow-eyes, infantile dinner bell

     Bottomless dirty diapers, scrubbing onesies

                         ~

Who would stay awake and watch the kid?

     I did it everytime…. “tag you’re it!”

No one can count sheep like a squid

Apparently, I’m in charge of this outfit

Two hearts beat as one
number three will arrive soon
 Mom carries love child

Two married and became one and shared a kiss
Their child is three, they're still in wedded bliss

Darla married Bob the first of the year
Their nuptials gave her so much cheer
                 That was only yesterday
She said “I do” to twin,Clay
Her wedding present was, adios my dear

She Became Our Evermore Her, Wedded Wife

Albeit, afore their stars were borne
My Love....
There was never a doubt, that your beauty
Would become my heart's deepest desire..Soulmate.
Crossing her crowded room; our eyes engaged your kissing
Her lips with love's, joyful breast swelling, nipples your smile, then,
She turns to bend in yes, fragrance ...Yours, in electric showers orgasmic, dreams.

Wedded Bliss

While listening to my wife complain
She filled my head with a terrible pain
She says her butt's getting fat
She even blames me for that
And then she waits for me to explain

Love's Wine Wedded,Happiness Spilled !

Grape liquid spilled, staining a blotch so
pink or pale,Remnant to a loving couple's
romantic night's frollicking tale!Those
grapes of wine had done their part,For
nature's love making-such an ancient art!
Wining and dinning our future mate's heart,
To one day, hopefully to wed,as never should
part!Spring time courting to wow and win,
Wanting to eventually legally wed without
sin!These many month's of,candy,flowers,
cards, wine and cheese,Has brought our two
hearts together,wanting only to please!
On down the road as time does pass,
Hopefully many wedded years shall gladly
amass! 12-06-2005'.

Somewhere Between Wedded Bliss Street and Family Man Drive

Don't fear me.
My problems are
not contagious.
Years ago I was
like you.
My home was beautiful.
My family was everything.
Somewhere between
Wedded Bliss Street
and Family Man Drive
I took a wrong turn.

It's not as easy as you think
to turn back around.
'Just get a job! '
is as simple as
answering the 'Meaning of life'.
An address is needed for a job...
yet a job is needed for an address.
Without one or the other
where is the hope?

You think I look
frightening.
Maybe if you actually saw me
you would see that
I look
frightened.

I don't want a handout
but I'm in no position
to refuse it.
I need your help,
your compassion,
your faith,
and your friendship.

I can get myself going
in the right direction again.
All I need is a little help
while I round the corner.
Then watch me fly.

Wedded Bliss

The deed has been done.
Our new life has begun.
Single life won't be missed.
I'm filled with wedded bliss.

A wondrous new beginning.
Inside my heart is singing.
I'm never looking back.
You've made my soul relax.

Each new day we grow together.
Everyday has sunny weather.
I've never known love as pure as this.
I feel drunk and full of wedded bliss.

With you, I have no reason to doubt.
You make me whole, inside and out.
Facing the future, together we stand.
Walking life's roads, hand in hand.
