Weakest Link Poems | Examples

Outer face

What if we have came as far as we can
So now we are trying to integrate
End of night leaving our eyes on a pad
Could you teach A.I. to be bad
Would it know the difference
See we worry about technology
but the weakest link
Is humanity
What dreams would A.I. dream
A byte to eat at edge of a digital stream
Counting down from infinity just to get to sleep
Counting every shoop
Weight that does knot compute

Premium Member A Tribute To Nicholas Winton

The world could use more people like Nicholas Winton
Living to the age of one-hundred-six is amazing, but what he did to save hundreds of children from certain death will leave you stunned
A kind compassionate man from England and a stockbroker by trade
As Hitler and his war machine just before the start of world war two were about to start their raids
In Prague a large group of families had gathered in a large campo Winton with the aid of refugee workers was able to get six hundred children to foster families in Great Britain, truly a champ
Not only did he get them out but raised the money to make it happen
To accomplish such a feat a holiday should be named after him to salute what he had done
We should raise our glasses to the people that go out of their way to perform good deeds
We are only as good as our weakest link, let us all reach out to the people in need
I am sure that hundreds of relatives of the children Nicholas saved will do their part to make our world better
Let, 's all make the effort, we can all do it together

Chains

Chains are only as strong as the weakest link. We are all connected.

Chains
By Michelle Morris
16/10/2020

Chains have links
Interconnected to be stronger;
Chains can be broken
When links weaken over trauma...

Society has links
From family to friends,
Breaking everywhere
By souls hurting without amends...

A chain of any kind is as strong
As its weakest link,
And can only survive when of one
Another we do think...

Strength of character, integrity,
Compassion and kindness
Is the best we can wish for
The chains that eternally bind us...

Reflect on this proverb, oh worthy hermit
'A chain is only as strong as its weakest link'
So let us look deep within the core of our being
To discern the cause why time and again we sink

Bemused by myriad illusions our mind is hypnotised
Flitting about unsatiated between objects of desire
But fleeting moments of joy are followed by pain
Elusive seems eternal bliss for which we aspire

The root cause of suffering then is ignorance
For we flounder about knowing not who we are
In bondage to feral instinct, we discern not the truth
From God’s domain of love and light, we’ve drifted afar

With this recognition, once we shift into tranquil silence
The chinks in our armour are automatically repaired
Divine aligned, love drenched soul stands erect
Mind, body and soul finally with God paired

Dealing the Better Hand

I struggle every day with trying to find myself,
And when I think I got it figured out,
My head begins to cloud with doubt
Pushing the negative feelings aside
Trying to be sunshine and daisies,
This life has enough storm clouds already
Keeping the faith,
Even when the rocks come tumbling down
Putting on my bravest face,
Somewhere in there I know everything is going to be ok
We all break,
We all bend
We all fall to the depths,
Just to come back again
We all ask why?
We all cry
We all know there’s hope left to survive
It's that moment when people ask if you’re ok,
But you fight with your insides,
Afraid you’ll break
You want to say no,
But you don’t want to feel like you’re going on and on
You don’t want your glass to be half-empty
You want yours to stay full
You sometimes play the cards as the weakest link,
But you know there will come a day,
When you get dealt the better hand
Till then you try to keep your head held high,
Knowing you got friends and family by your side~

Premium Member As Strong As Vii

A chain is as strong as its weakest link, they say*

And with that, I all-heartedly have to agree

For that, it is crucial us to make an effort:

"Loving each other" to be our sacred decree!

Premium Member Have We Ever

Have we ever sensed space flicker
or bliss gridlines become thicker,
soma nectar gently dripping,
elixir divine, nodes sipping,
as heightened attention softens,
that our aura brightly glistens,
with all that’s false, falling away,
bliss throbbing within, night and day,
for if not dear hearts, please rethink,
where in form lies our weakest link?

Premium Member The Mission

It's not without reason for high and low tides.
240,000 miles away, the moon and seas conspire.
Each of them has a mission to which they've been assigned.

It would be a chaotic world if they stepped out of line.
And I can't imagine how we the world would be realigned.
There is total beauty in the way we have been designed.

Inside and invisible is where we reside.
It's a given, and we never had to decide;
Leaving no room for boasting; no need for pride.
Inside may be our 'divine space', but our mission is outside.

We are alive to take our place, or we may choose to hide.
But fulfilling our life's purpose is the thing that really satisfies.
Something or someone has told us to remain inside or to step aside.

We may think we are the weakest link, but we are better than we realize.
Notwithstanding, we must not abide or listen to any who chooses to criticize.
We were not created here for the ride, but made for more; born to thrive.
And as we tune in to God's frequencies, we witness the unveiling of our meaning and our mission, and discover 'the what, the how, and the why'.

Once It's Over and Done

Once freedom vanishes down the broader way
And shoulders start to droop, sore backs are sure to pay
Once fingers grip and dig, then lust for a stronger hold
Hearts tend to falter and “ The Titled” become prudish and bold

Weakness welcomes the pride of a wicked, controlling state
Men strive to mask the policies, hiding conditions they already hate
Standing to yield to corruption with a hand that salutes the brow
Risking their future to tow the line, and only if the governor allows

Once it’s over and done, freedom will never again revive
It's like a mean bronco bucking high, many find it hard to ride
Once it’s over and done and a great country looks back on the vote
Memories coveted from another time when people weren’t ordered to cope

Words spoken by the insane yet, passing over with hardly a wink
The trainer repeats his message, the chain breaks at the weakest link
Lies and deceit are sure to wear and unravel like a ball of twine
But the damage is done, all is lost, given over to a reprobate mind

Premium Member The Waking State

The waking state, our weakest link
If governed by instinct
Oh hermit, each act with love ink
Make ego urge extinct

Be alert, not in trance
Distil thoughts, take no chance
To rhythm divine dance

We choose our fate
The waking state

Premium Member Beneath the Wheel

Better slow down.
Better still, just sit and hush.
On the road to kingdom come
It doesn't pay to rush.
As you race through those canyons
Of concrete and steel,
Don't fall for a fast one
And slip beneath the wheel.

Slow it down.
Slow it down and take your time.
Count down to one from ninety-nine.
Then just count on down,
And count on down,
And count on down again.

What's your hurry?
You must come to realize
Your tour guide is a charlatan,
A celebrity of lies.
With his Hollywood savvy
He offers a deal;
Mere yellow brick gold dust.
Don't slip beneath the wheel.

Lay it down.
Lay it down and dream awhile.
Just let your lover see you smile.
Then go lay it down,
And lay it down,
And lay it down again.

Better slow down.
Better yet, just stop and think
Will your faith in love endure
Your ego’s weakest link?
It’s a hard life that tests us,
A rugged ordeal.
Take care you don't stumble
And slip beneath the wheel.

Premium Member Consider the Weakest Link

Consider the potential of the weakest link,
For appearances can be utterly deceiving
Physical prowess can skew how we think.

The well-toned body can fail on the brink
While a good mind for strategy is achieving,
Consider the potential of the weakest link.

When the chips are hidden in the klink,
The impending score beyond our believing
Physical prowess can skew how we think.

Change can happen faster than a blink
With strategic decisions worth receiving,
Consider the potential of the weakest link.

Good form supersedes fashion, I think,
Though often considered interweaving
Physical prowess can skew how we think.

Causing us from winning to utterly shrink
From ultimate victory we were conceiving,
Consider the potential of the weakest link
Physical prowess can skew how we think.

A chain fails at its weakest link
Look for attachments, cause of fear
Mirroring desire, find these chinks
Once free, boundless bliss within spears

Let us now shift, into high gear
A chain fails at its weakest link
Surrender lets God, our life steer
Whilst ego cravings make us sink

Breeze with ease, at illusions wink
In this dream world, let our peers leer
A chain fails at its weakest link
Disappear; there is no one here

Save throb of love, hold nothing dear
Rest oh hermit, bliss nectar drink
When God draws near, all becomes clear
A chain fails at its weakest link

Time Obscure

The tick along of time at different pace,
quantify measures to compare the maze.
For little relevance when dressed in vain,
pushing limits to every little single gain.
Time of sleep calls silently the eternal bliss,
soft gleams in that image of a gentle kiss.
The longest day in locked up securities,
hours of ever growing maturities.
Riding the beast of burden in wounded time,
adrenaline heart beats, no more the same.
Memories of times where joy flooded with ecstasy,
measures of true divine necessity.
Circumferences that delivers months end meet,
guided souls that listen to the deed.
Time spend and touched by love,
giving soul in receiving touch from above.
Shadows of time in brief memory,
weakest link by fearing sensory.
Time keeper and celestial concern that unites,
devoted fortune to acquainted lights.
