The cool air,the chilling breeze
The cozy days,make one freeze.
The beauty of nature is on its peak
Peace fills the air,we all seek.
The transformation is so wonderful
The vibrant green leaves look so colorful.
The warm sunlight provides a golden glow
The scent of fallen leaves spread with wind blow.
It's the beauty and charm of nature
That includes the mighty and the smallest creature.
Children find this time of the year the best
They play and enjoy...no time for rest.
This is the wonder of nature in fall
That captures attention, with every call.
A season of transition, filled with hues
That mesmerizes us,with its vibrant views.
We need to feel and live the season
To be happy and cheerful, there is a reason.
It's a bliss,a blessing from God
He who is,the Almighty, the Lord...
Pink flamingo,
Wading in the shadows,
A splash of coral in the sun,
Shining in the water,
Blushing brightly.
No object in focus, where can we go,
by shifting our coordinates in space,
with there being nothing we need to know,
so still in the void, imbibing God’s grace,
vibrations take sensory input’s place,
where heart’s all afire but without desire,
since poised in peace, there’s nothing we aspire.
is in the angle
and light
from which you see them.
The sun can worm its way through
to untold detail
on an inch
of bark.
Hope isn't far behind.
I saw my first flowering Dogwood tree
this afternoon
when I picked Ben up from golf practice.
I arrived early so I could relax
in my car,
and not be rushed by life.
There was a purple and two white
flowering trees
in front of my Toyota Corolla.
I thought God must have put them there
on purpose for me today, as well
as those who chose to look out
at all the spring presents
that might not last until
tomorrow.
Ask a quirky bee not to fly,
Vibrating wings always deny,
Go my queen and don't be shy,
No one asked you for any reply.
The bees turns and hummed in solace,
let me get going in natural grace,
Possibly left alone in the race,
A very few retained the equity in pace,
Others opted out in silent disgrace,
Many are getting ready to replace.
Oh! Pardon me to leave the place,
Far away is the beautiful floral space,
It teaches me to be humble and kind,
By brilliantly healing my body and mind.
In the market of choices, we're faced with a test,
Between health and affordability, which one to invest?
Fresh fruits and greens, a pricey delight,
While processed snacks and sweets, shine with cheaper light.
The junk food aisles, a treasure to behold,
Cheap and tempting treats, that our taste buds are told.
But at what cost, dear health, do we indulge and play,
Trading wellness for pennies, in a harmful, tasty way?
The irony of economics, that governs our plate,
Where healthy choices are costly, and junk food is first-rate.
But let's not be fooled, by the price tag's disguise,
For good health is worth every penny, and a wise, lifelong surprise.
So let's invest in our well-being, and make a conscious choice,
To prioritize our health, and rejoice in a wholesome voice.
For though it may seem pricey, the cost of healthy living is true,
A valuable investment, in a life that's vibrant, and anew.
A-S B
our soul is a lone traveller
surfing waves of the vast ocean
weaving its way through illusions
with ego causing commotion
there is nothing to be done here
save sharing in life, love and light
honing creative expression
dancing to beats of bliss delight
body ages, mind too decays
yet light of Self within us glows
one with God, attuned to the source
truth absolute, mind of heart knows
Look at the sky,
different colors are seen.
Vibrant, cool, and warm colors
make lives joyful and bring hope.
There’s a moon
Breaking through the dark
Half a hundred plus four stars beside it
Each one trying to equally share its spark.
Then, the sun rises
Gentle, not too hot, not too cold
But it melts the walls that have risen within
Changing hearts, making them more bold.
A road appears
Stretching across seas, sands, and trees
Leading us all to a place
Where everyone has a seat with ease.
It’s a dream
One star shining bright
Over Africa, uniting us
A beacon of hope, lighting the night.

a tree where I lie:
Like a leaf I shall die.
what will it be dear, our mind or the heart
heart’s the seat of soul and mind the ego
with which instrument do we wish to start
out of these two, one we’ll need to let go
no doubt analytical mind’s useful
it helps us to navigate this terrain
yet love in the heart makes life beautiful
to have the best of both worlds, let’s retrain
conscience the referee, head-heart agree
treading gently on earth, bubbling with mirth
dropping desire, setting consciousness free
choice of cessation signals our rebirth
as formless presence dwelling in this form ~
knowing life’s a dream, we weather each storm
Poised in peace, it may appear we’re phlegmatic
but the truth is heart’s drenched in bliss mists sublime,
thus in vibrant aloneness we’re ecstatic,
consciousness attuned to God’s magnetic chime.
The light of Self within is always aflame;
made in God’s image, soul and He are the same
and thus there remains for us nothing to do,
save feeling refrains of bliss rapture renew.
Seaweed, another nutritious meal,
With an acquired taste in a meal,
I desire for my breakfast,
What is the purpose,
Is it the cellulose,
That is so delicate to be pulled by the force,
Enhanced by the source,
Here, I found the origin,
I wish it would taste addictive like margarine,
Or tangerine,
In the summer,
I blenched it with salt and water,
It could not get any better,
What is more settler,
I grab a bowl,
The essence is rich,
Yet, I extract it for more,
I don't want to get the tongue sore,
I let the broth do more,
It is an enjoyable meal,
I set it on the chill,
I wait until till,
What does it call then,
I could have it by ten,
How much I appreciate it, till then.
Body ages but spirit remains young
Animating vibrance of childhood years
Now free from desires and also from fears
We’ve become the sage about whom we sung
We do admit we are somewhat senile
Forgetfulness having become the norm
Yet with the lamp of love lit, heart is warm
Our soul stands erect, walking life’s last mile
Our attitude is embrace and release
By day and night we sing for God an ode
Thoughts have receded, heart is our abode
We now flow through life with nonchalant ease
