All my life, I witnessed many times,
People walked into my life,
Quickly we shared our soul and mind,
Then, for one reason or another
They eventually disappeared.
Some abruptly and left me with wonder,
Some with excuses and left without a trace.
Others just not interested and gone for ever.
It took me almost one year,
To let BB goes without a closure.
The way JC come and leave,
Triggered me emotionally upset.
JN on the other hand,
This was the second time,
She repeatedly made false promises,
Despite I asked her to focus.
Make no mistakes nor errors.
She just did not listen,
Bad things kept on happened,
Led me to make decision,
Our friendship must end.
It was quite ashamed,
The way the relationships came and went.
Take is a most versatile word
Take back
Take down
Take out
None of these meanings absurd
Take away
Take off
Take over too
I would like to be this versatile, wouldn’t you?
My maintenance man's name is Scott
and boy that man can do a lot..
Always cutting the yards and raking
up leaves, a constant need with Sycamore trees..
In snow and ice out there he'll be,
clearing sidewalks and streets of this community.
Scott's always there when neighbor's call, to
paint their buildings or a hot water heater install.
For thirty years he's lent his hands, our wonderful
versatile maintenance man..
This neighborhood depends on him a lot.
He's earned the title, "The Great Scott".
The fermented blue ink poet can drink
From the day to night as a slice of think
Bared happiness and sorrow
Nature absorbs his all due
Alone life of words makes a crowded link

Dwight Ramos is a scorer
And a versatile player
Who wants to be a winner.
Variety in ability, placing the wall paper, also fixing of the tile
Enveloping many departments for work to move and smile
Restriction is a bile and the job is the aim but meanwhile,
So many things to be done, yet no evidence of a pile
A few minds but each multitasking will still cover the mile
Taming the waters and as immediately, making them rile
Interest in things too much, though go sour and make achievement vile
Land grazing, swimming, engineering, fishing, all on the Nile
Extended fingers, one on the file, the other on the dial
With the romans usually
travel galloping to their destination,
they one day thought of
a better way to travel invention,
instead of the old way
which was usually by horse,
they decided it would be wiser
and quicker to take the aqueduct course,
that way the travelers would
kill two birds with one stone,
they'd not only enjoy the scenery,
but could bathe on their way down,
sitting on their butts,
with a bar of soap,
they'd quickly lather up,
while hitting a small bump,
but they didn't mind,
they thought that part was fun,
hence came the idea,
of the first water park slide!
My Grandma usually had some,
stuffed in her sleeve,
and like a magician pull some out,
when she started to sneeze…
And when I was young,
didn't like to wear a hat,
so Mom would pin some on my head,
can you imagine that?...
And as soon as we got to church,
I'd sit down low in the pew,
hoping no one would recognize me,
I'd feel just like a fool...
Then there are times,
I'd be in a strange bathroom,
and suddenly aware,
"Hey theres no " t.p." around, anywhere!"
Then trying not to panic,
I think I might have some with me,
so I dig in my pocketbook,
and viola! pull out 2 or 3…
They also come in handy,
when you are at home,
and you suddenly see out of the corner of your eye,
a rather large bug…
And I know this is mean,
but I stomp on it, wad it up with a tissue,
and give it a quick burial at sea...
And you can almost redecorate,
your room with a colorful box,
if you buy it from Wal-mart
it won't cost an awful lot…
But it really comes in handy,
when females start to cry,
dabbing at our eyes,
it helps keep our mascara dry...
So I thank the person,
that invented the versatile tissue,
because if are like me
theres always some kind of issue!
In olden times things were saved or repaired
Old dresses stitched, boots and barrels staved
Worn-out clothing used as rags
No plastic wrap or bags
People believed in “A stitch in time saves nine” dictum
“Use and throw’ was a distant dream
I was the versatile commoner, the flour sack.
Branded with different names,
And stamped with names in purple, blue and gold
String sewn on the top pulled and seen.
Children used me as a school bag.
A man’s pillow, woman’s sleeping gown.
Or even a mail bag, or shopping bag
Constantly ready to serve, young and old.
All the time, at all the places.
Now lying in a deserted bunkhouse in a range
Still preserving the things of my master-ranger.
