the inability to control it drives us insane. 

We sit alone brooding the old--grasping the new, 

Eager to make it's value more than what it's worth. 


We try to commemorate our past, 

by Rebuilding our capacities for wonder.

Like lost birds in an abandoned nest, 

we lack to see beauty--

Burst through the intricate maze of grey
Eyes opened, shimmering with fragments of imagination
Overwhelmed with bubbling awe-struck wonder

A glimpse of a creature of imperceptible beauty
Rising from the shadowy ashes of an unappreciative world
Invisible to the blind eyes of non-believers
Mystically mystifying the depths of our souls
Unquestionable existence in fading reality

crashing anger
crushing worries
growing
gaining more life
increasing in weight
and pressure
making it harder for me to breathe

the heat erupting through every pore

my head explodes with hatred
my heart working double time
just to keep myself together
why do you do this to me?
this anger is killing me
