Parrot pandemonium camouflage under fading flowers
I've witnessed seasonal cycles. Is the deep calling me?

Summer is a time of wanderlust and fun with long days and warm nights
A season to enjoy the outdoors as we cultivate our many gardens of life
The days are now getting shorter as nature slowly starts to rest into slumber
Hummingbirds take their last sip of nectar before their fall departure

King Sol is stealing all my energy.
There’s no relief in sight, forecasters say.
Come, clouds, with brief relief; this is my plea.
While summer lovers bask in heat each day,
I’ll dream of fall and trust in my AC.

After the scorching days and sultry nights,
We are in the cusp between summer and autumn.
Days have grown cooler with nights longer.
Nature, getting ready for the ceremonious Fall.
A sweet change is in the air everywhere.
Trees will soon waltz in cascading colours.
With goodbye kisses, as leaves spiral down in graceful twirl,
We will tell- 'We are in autumn’s
