My skin is light olive-toned with green or green-yellow
undertone and the veins on my wrists appear mostly
green, the color associated with natural world, like
plants, trees, grass symbolizing life, growth and energy.
I am the color of living life, feeling incredibly alive with
energy and excitement to explore, discover, experience,
create, learn to grow emotionally and spiritually to evolve.
I am the color of wealth, like the striking emeralds, sparkling
peridot, and money to meet the needs of ordinary people or
to magnify the status and self-worth of the rich and famous.

The depth of our love is immeasurable
when hearts are bequeathed passion divine
and luminous lucid unforgettable dreamscapes
are entwined from heartbeat to heartbeat
symbolizing a glorious connection of love
completely luxurious and refined
so lustrous with an ardor of seductive majesty
that pulsates from tender tendrils of our soul
How did this world, this love, fade away?

I was born in a wild February winter snowstorm
the snow was falling pure white and fluffy . . . so I am told
and I came screaming into this cold frozen world
and perhaps it is because of the storm that I love snowflakes
I adore the February snowy scenes
and adore the purple amethyst stone of peace and tranquility
representing my birth month
and love the delicate beauty of the fragrant purple violet flower
symbolizing willpower, thoughful, and gentleness
given to February ...in Canada violets grow out of the melting snow
the month creates a faithful, free spirit, deep thinking kind of person
a humble, creative, honest and calm person
February is a month of quiet transition
a time for inner cleansing and to connect with your soul
a time to be inspired by the beauty of nature
to see how God has created delicate winter scenes
just follow a frozen path into the woods
to hear the creaking music of the trees
the murmur of February's whispering wind
and the birds singing a symphony
to soothe a February soul

His "favor and mercy" surrounding us
His "breath of life" a divine gift
Ever being "filled with His love" and His "virtue"
Being within us
"Hallelujah" express praise and thanksgiving
The gratitude for a new day,
Symbolizing hope and renewal always

Every present Grace He bestows upon us
His favor and mercy is all surrounds us.
And that His breath of life He's given

In ancient mythology the Apple is one of the most sacred trees. Symbolizing good health and future happiness. Since ancient times it has also been known as the 'Tree of Love' associated with Aphrodite, goddess of love.
Beneath the ancient moon the apple tree stands firm
dressed in clinging leaves and golden rays of night
Over by the garden where a ruby heart confirms
a tree trunk stands upheld by the crowning of the light
As stars of Eve appear with sparkling tails of every hue
the diamond shimmering mist of night, befalls
Drenching bark and branch with whisperings of I love yous
it stands still and listens, to a Nightingale's sweet call
This is the tree of love and here, love never dies
long after the giving, it remains attached
Blooming even in the thick of winter, I will now surmise
Mother Nature holds surprises, that we cannot unlatch.

I am a garden pansy, a descendent of the family Viola,
poet's write praises of me not just these days;
but in the days of Spencer and Shakespeare, I am that old,
I am a small flower but a garden survivor.
You planted me in early Spring in the partial sun,
I love the sun and soon showed my purple face;
I am a cheerful upturned bright and happy garden flower,
symbolizing thinking and thoughts for you.
In the summer months butterflies caress my petals,
and bees steal my nectar but I have tons;
I love watching the birds fluttering about the garden,
oh, chipmunks bite 'cause I am edible !

I want a girl who rides with me on Sunday mornings
Because everything about her says take me to church
Curves make me yell preach
We a little late but she says a queen always arrives on time
The service is touching my heart, but I keep checking my watch for the time
Because I just want to touch your soul with my lips
Honestly your body has become meditation for me, and I just want to say a little prayer in the comfort of our home
Your walls a sanctuary, sacred, symbolizing the synchronization of our holy matrimony
You look so good in that dress, but my favorite part is letting my teeth undress
You,
Got me on my heels in them heels but I’ll still have you speaking in tongues
Tied like my bow tie, slick in these pants but never slacking
Your body is a sermon and I’m ready to preach
Memorizing every curvature like the scriptures indeed
You’re aging like fine wine
I still marvel at the congregation of you like I’m admiring a sculpture in marble
The shadows, the reflected light, the message of your art reminds me of a Sunday
If she takes you to church turn to your neighbor and say,
p.s. Amen…

The primal word I spoke at life's start,
Not golden arches, but love's universal art.
'Ma' echoes in cultures diverse,
Symbolizing eternal motherhood, a cosmic verse.
In her embrace, warmth I'd find,
Crying, my sole skill, in infancy confined.
Rocking motions, lulling me to rest,
Cries for heavenly attention, a baby's quest.
Bad or good, day's play or lessons sought,
In her eyes, the best boy I was thought.
Discipline met with the utmost grace,
Crafting a future, a bright, destined space.
Stupid actions met with her concern,
Anger transformed, in sermons, I'd discern.
Rage one moment, forgiveness next,
Guidance and wisdom, her lifelong text.
Pain of daily setbacks mirrored in her eyes,
Tears reflecting my life's lows and highs.
Sympathy as balm for wounds unseen,
Comforting, empathizing, a mother's serene sheen.
For unselfish love, a constant well,
Tenderness and goodness in heart's swell.
An endless stream of care, a smile so bright,
In dreams, she lingers, a beacon of light.

She fluently moves across the floor as silently as dust
Every muscle in her physique is on high alert to respond
Her body is perfectly sculpted from the legs to the bust
Painlessly lifting her weight by going above and beyond
Her movements are spiritual and connect with her soul
The slim arms were in sync, blending earth with the sky
Bowing, bending, swaying to the music, still in control
Fluttering and flapping symbolizing a monarch butterfly
Working herself into a frenzy while turning and spinning
As if pleading to life to give her a reprieve from misfortune
Tired of losing to adversity that prevents her from winning
Finally, collapsing in a heap on the floor from exhaustion
A choreographed dance is a divine artistic act of expression
It has become her medicine and the purest form of therapy
The movement hopes to reduce anxiety, fear, and depression
Though wearier than ever, for there is no cure for her malady

Upon the crest of a whispering wave,
A love letter sealed in a bottle's embrace,
Tossed by the tides, an age ago,
Lost in the depths, where mysteries flow.
Within its parchment, emotions reside,
Ink stained with feelings, impossible to hide,
A longing expressed in words so true,
Captured in time, like morning's first dew.
Conch shell trumpets a tale of old,
Announcing love in echoes bold,
Carried by breezes, a melodious call,
Love's proclamation, enchanting all.
Cowrie shells shimmer, treasures of the sea,
Symbolizing love's currency, pure and free,
Gifts from the ocean, precious and rare,
Like the depth of affection two souls share.
In a world of fragments, memories cast,
Love's legacy endures, forever to last,
Upon the crest of each rolling wave,
Echoes of devotion, eternally brave.

~ no one can feel poor ... if we color the day yellow ~ my quote
Sunflower a sun-crowned queen
breathtaking ballad with swan songs
Her reflection of the color yellow is unique
symbolizing happiness and indestructibility
Walking through a meadow of sunflowers
rustling against thighs, eyes smiling
in an oasis of love, cheek to cheek
The Queen made me love yellow flowers
Graceful with a honey glow
showering in her glistening kiss
in the summer twilight
Humble prayer with bowed head

Just as the sun surrenders to the horizon
after shimmering out the boldness,
let alone darkness to triumph over;
Likewise, even the sunflower concedes to the sun's movement
radiating euphoria around,
symbolizing admiration and loyalty;
As such the waves converge on the shore
embodying might,
conquering yet coexisting with tranquility;
Thenceforth, let's allow agony to renounce upon us;
for happiness can be consumed,
but pain can create.

Fluttering, drifting
to and fro it soars
it dances in the mighty wind
it twirls, it swirls
There
upon a sheer jagged rocky cliff
an Appaloosa horse of many colors stands majestic
There
under this blazing azure sky
an Ojibwa girl looks at the beautiful land of Canada
There
in the mighty wind that roars
a feather lost from her raven hair, quietly moves
There
far below the Ottawa River thunders
and the vast lands of wilderness stretch to the horizon
There
above in a perfect sky
eagles soar, symbolizing "The Peoples" strength
There
in my spirit dream
the only sound is the wind that moves my feather
Fluttering, drifting
to and fro it soars
it dances in the mighty wind
it twirls, it swirls
