Stated Poems | Examples

Simply Put and Strongly Stated

she is not the one that got away
she is my friend on the sweetest pedestal
she gets nothing but the utmost of my respect

when a woman is not attracted to you, then she just is not attracted to you
when a woman's mind is made up about you, then it is just what it is
when a woman just wants to be friends, you just roll with it and not trip
the end result is the most amazing experience deeper than a love that is a lie

she is not a lady that i want to bang
she is my friend accepted me as Me, My Self, and I
she gets nothing but the very best of proper praise and props

she is the Elite,
and i Thank God For My Friend

Premium MemberCommon Sense Succinctly Stated

Why waste words when a haiku will do.
When rhyme and limerick make music redundant.
When meaning and message mean more to you
than twaddle and tripe, and rants arrant.

Words we love, for their sounds and spirit.
Cogent sticky words that you can't not notice
can't ignore for their goodly taste and merit.
Words we alliterate and masticate into necklace
strung like beads, worn to adorn and elicit
tantalizing chimes, clangs and gongs in interface
between writer and reader, bound close-knit
with pithy, pungent, poignant, didactic lace.
Common sense, succinctly stated, with just a dash of whit.

A Stated E-Mail

I spilled a drink on my NEW JERSEY
I sometimes MISSISSIPPI cup
I am in such MISSOURI right now
KANSAS parila get whiskey up?

You shot an arrow INDIANA mull ?
Did you tell me that it was a boar?
NEW HAMSHIRE would help celebrate
And ALABAMA bongo out my MAINE door!

I'm WASHINGTON after tons of clothes
Don't call I'm ILLINOIS hurts my dome
Is DELAWARE of all that happened?
TEXAS anytime, we'll be home!

Stated In English Parliament - From E a Poe

"Much I marveled this ungainly Foul to hear discourse so plainly
Though its answer little meaning;
Bereft of all that I adore."
Further sitting there in English parliament I wondered
What this monstrous Panting "mother"
Meant.

Can Nothing Be Stated

Is there such a thing as unmeaning,
And can nothing not be stated,
As a question or inquiry into something,
That we don’t know, to be awaited?

Even if we don’t know today true,
About where the universe came from,
And even if we say that it flew,
With nothing once, we still have a ROM.

‘Cos that knowledge might become,
Slightly more defined in the future,
‘Cos infinity can be called a sum,
Of one number onto others, sure.

When someone’s face is unmeaning,
Please don’t just pass them by,
Because it pertains to your feeling,
So stop sometime and say hi.

Let It Be Stated

there is nothing like feeling like a complete loser, feeling like you can't do nothing
right, feeling like every time you turn around someone is saying your uptight.
well that is how i feel this hurts so bad it feel so unreal, i don't know what to do or
what to say. i feel as if i got something to worry about every single day.
i go off on people here and there & at school most people would say that's totally un
cool, but see i really don't care, yeah i know i should but i don't because I no longer
care what people say I'm regards to me that's there opinion let it be stated let it be
free out in the open for everyone to hear, i no longer care to hear there appeals.
So just let it be stated and let it be told this is how i feel about all of yall and now
yall know...
