They made a horror flick
He was weak or he was sick
They chose him as the star
He can run, but won't get far
They created a wall compartment
Inside his small apartment
They installed cameras there
Reality show, unwanted, but they didn't care.
(bridge)
He felt ill, he began to ail
No idea of the hand pushing down the scale
Romance and work dove down the drain
They laughed and gloated at his pain.
(Chorus)
It’s a horror flick, but the plot is real,
They aren't like us in the way they feel.
He’s the star they chose, but the plot is sick,
Living and dying in their horror flick.
He heard them speak, felt nerve gas in his room
His apartment was a secret tomb.
He knew too much, but the cops would not believe
And he could not save others, for them we grieve.
So, learn the lesson be an owl:
Around us ghouls are on the prowl
They pass as normal, but empathy lacks
And in normal life, there are hidden attacks.
It could happen to you too
Bewildered by all the bad things that accrue
A life derailed, no suspicion why
When the only exit seems the choice to die.
There are millions of stars
Those are just the ones we can see
But there are many more
Lost to time and the universe
Each one is a long-lost dream
Or a love which went missing
However, at one time, they shone brightly
But there is a single man A
A cartographer of the stars
He listens to ancient echoes
Tracing invisible constellations
Having his life’s mission ahead of him
He tries to preserve what time tried to erase
Something mankind doesn’t know it needs

LRET
When God's fire burns so bright,
It changes us into glorious light.
His children now, His Name we bear,
A love so deep, who can compare.
By His stripes, we are healed,
By His Blood, our destiny is sealed.
Sons and daughters, strong we stand,
Held within His everlasting Hand.
Saved by grace, adorned in robes so white,
Clothed in His Righteousness, shining bright.
With Truth we are girded, His Faith our shield,
With His Sword, our hearts are steered.
As kings and priests, we now rise anew,
In Him we live, with Him we reign, that is true.
Let us nurture, let us be intentionally,
The star that shines in the sky eternally.
He asks, "Will you always stay by my side, like a star that never fades?"
I look at him, my heart is like a sea full of answers yet to be spoken,
I wish he knew I've waited an eternity to meet someone like him,
To laugh together like two streams flowing side by side, to hold hands like intertwined branches,
To feel the silent peace of safety even when silence sings around us.
I have dreamed of a thousand possible worlds, but all paths have led me here,
For his smile dispels the gloom, opening paths through the mist of life,
Walking through time alongside his voice, like two voices of the same song.
I want to be there when he triumphs like a sun rising over fields,
When weariness embraces him like a heavy evening cloak,
When the whole world cheers him on, and when his efforts remain unseen, like the roots of a tree.
His question is a dance of innocence on an ancient sky of stars,
When I have waited an eternity to be with this man, like a story just beginning.
Rorie the rock star mouse ordered a big electric guitar
He was in a band in Wisconsin, but was Minnesota far?
Many begged him to join them, was one band enough?
Rorie’s head exploded with pride, he felt like hot stuff.
And late at hour, by rippling roar
Of waters lapping 'neath the tor,
A figure bathed in lunar light
Who smiled and turned upon my sight.
And beating wings above the wight,
The somber creatures of the night.
And as the stars about him played,
A sad embrace he gently made.
"If I were 'cross the seas again, in climates fair or poor,
I'd still be where I've always been, sailing by the shore."
He my sire and I his daughter,
Far across the fretting water,
Far across the sea.
True Lovers and the Star
Under the clear night sky
sat a boy and a girl
who professed true love for each other
‘One day I will capture you a star’
said the boy confidently
The girl was amused
and cuddled up with him
deep inside his arms
They would grow into young adults
and would continue to go star gazing
‘My promise to you is real’
said the young man
The girl felt his love
and held his hand
with interlocking fingers
They would turn mid-age together
yet would still find their way under the night sky
‘I have not forgotten about your star’
said the now slightly graying man
Their love was true
and their kisses were as rich as ever
Old age reached them
and they looked out the window of the hospital room
up to the skies and they saw a shooting star
‘That star is for you my love’
he whispered as his final breath released him
For the first time she was alone
yet she had her star
How can I express my thanks from afar?
Lately, drove past me, smiling and waving,
In such past times, he was my guiding star,
Treasuted image of him I am saving.
"Sit tight, dear one, you see things to the end,"
Always I recall what he had to say,
Separately, path did onwards wend,
I really never know, except to pray.
Steadfast, he came turning back to me,
Inspiring in this dear eternal love,
Far and beyond in that century,
Teaching that all our gifts sent from above.
He gave all he ever met happy heart,
Before time and our human breath do depart.....
spaceman come knocking on my door
said he gonna tell the night
said he gonna tell the star
I said one day soon
he’ll be far
his eyes were bright
but mine were too
and he
most distant man I’d ever see
boots were wide
padded suit
to see him through the galaxy
yet I’ll be here
spaceman there
opposite points in history
with every life in between
spaceman come knocking space’s door
said he gonna be blood of earth
said he gonna go explore
and off
bleed
carry our torch
I met with Mr. Eastwood for the first time with both of us, and I know he's savvy about people's character.
I would rate Clint as, par for the course as Pebble Beach is noted for, in due part to Bing Crosby's efforts, whereto the family carried the banner until AT&T, went the distance.
Clint was good, but he had an Ace, plain Joe-Clint ... had plain-Jane, along with her many SF Bay Airian invitees--zich hile, Mata Hari.
Where's William, Clint asks? (abrupts Derek's notable timing) Oh, you met William, he's like that pineapple they've invented across the bay.
It's not called that, besides, I heard you got fired. Reprimanded Jayney. William doesn't fire, yeah a reprimand would be in order, a character like you. Well, it wasn't him, it was Mr Lars. I knew it, William never fired anybody.
I agree Jane. Mr. Eastwood, William has a way of teaching somebody like throwing a curve ball. What do you mean by that, curve ball?
Well, he talked about the last hockey game's final scoring played out, while teaching me how to change the ink in our large front office machine--the hockey game lost to the copier.
My Mr moon tells me I shine the brightest
My Mr moon is the smartest
My Mr moon enjoys it when I miss him
My Mr moon smiles when I'm clingy
My Mr moon swears that I'm pretty
My Mr moon cradles my thigh, and whispers that I'm the apple of his eyes
My Mr moon sought out my heart
My Mr moon journeys far and beyond, to fill me with his warmth
My Mr moon melts me with his gaze
My Mr moon's eyes drops precious tears when he leaves me
My Mr moon smells like chamomile
My Mr moon only comes at night
My Mr moon tells me it's going to be alright
My Mr moon thinks I can't see his lies
My Mr moon thinks I'm just too dumb
Mr moon doesn't know I watch him waiting for Mrs sun
The Man with a Star Head
The Man with a Star Head offered himself as a very small lighthouse.
Seamen never thanked him, not even his favourite Jed! So iron he used to douse
his very bright head
forever out, a big douse!
I’m sitting on my lawn chair
Outside the night is cool
I hear the trees swaying
The breeze chills my skin
It knocks on my hippocampus
Am I here or where it blows?
Breeze, you are timeless
From queens to divas, the same
You carry me back to my childhood
You go from high to my lows
You leave me bereft as you leave
You come at my like a windmill
Alone I’m ash on your windy night
It takes a Starry Night like tonight
It takes a Van Gogh to go with you
I would go mad like the wind
I would chase that lonesome boy
I would ride his Sirocco to him
But I am too sane to be a zephyr
Enough wind, it’s time to go in
Make sure the windows are closed
No wind, you can’t get to me
No, you will not breeze through me
The nostalgia you profess is shuddered
The lonesome boy is here within
I wish you would take him with you
But, that would mean we are you
When I’m dust we’ll both join you
We’ll chase the highs to lows
Come and visit me next time
I’ll bundle up and be ready
Just in case you carry me away
I won’t repeat what Vincent did
When he met you on a …
Starry, starry night
He began a voyage to a land afar,
But on every step in his journey, he shrunk.
He wanted to go to a far distant star,
But soon diminished to the size of a skunk.
He climbed up on a slippery curtain rod,
Now just the width and breadth of a dappled mouse.
He slid off the rod into the hair of a dog
Who skipped and danced all the way out of the house.
He got smaller yet and befriended a flea
Who said, “sail the green sea to a secret land
Where creatures are much smaller than you can see,
And a million can live on a grain of sand.”
So, he then disappeared, getting smaller still,
And trekked through a forest of golden and brown,
And followed a twisty, turny trail until
He came to a window on the gate to a town.
The hinged portal opened, and a head popped out.
‘Twas an atom sized, gay and puppetty dog
Who hailed him, as a fish on a water spout
Said, “please sit down by this cranberry bog.”
A boy, from his sack, gave him a magic bean,
Which he put inside a stained-glass rainbow jar,
And got so small he was only again seen
As a gold ray of light from a distant star.
My brother once wished upon a star
hoping for a brand-new car
An angel came, strapped wings on him
~ off they flew to Mars
