Premium Member cleaning the trunk of my car

the trunk of my car hides things I do not remember owning
sixteen Christmas presents that probably did not get delivered
because this is mid-May and Christmas is in December or January

three or four sweatshirts I diligently searched for in February
but did not find until today
notebook paper pages have been torn into bitty bits by mice
I am glad they enjoyed trunk of my car this winter

It is weird the rodents did not nestle in my scarves and hats
knitted in soft yarns in blues and whites
I sort out my car trunk for twenty-six and a half minutes

It seemed like two days of dull boring sorting
I resolve to sort the rest of it in the next year or so
All I needed was space for my suitcase.

Team Up!

Do you have poise and grace,
Joy and peace in any place?
Don't hold grudges but reconnect
Find home and family but refuse a "sect."
Idealist captures just a small piece
But love shares it and finds peace.
There's surprises and mysteries,
Also a Creator's plan like arteries,
Flowing, give it time, fix mistakes
Two in communion hope makes.
Willing to leave or to change,
Letting hearts rearrange,
Invest in the Future with me.
Have our initials on a tree!
Sort out the negatives carefully but quickly
Keeping the hard-earned profit really.
Yes, think it all over but obey the Spirit.
Do you have the grit?
Appreciate people; they're never disposable!
Of this are you capable?
Believe in what you do.
God's works are mysteries but Life for you!
All can work for your good; all's okay,
Giving time, if you may!
Never tempt fate
But treat me to a Date!

Matters On Breakup Relationship

If the relationship ends here let it end
No matter how beautiful the watch if it has lost battery
It's worth zero, there is beauty but waiting it's useless
The relationship that wants to end don't hold it on
No matter how long or deep the relationship is
It is better to end it up necessarily
Without battery, the clock cannot give the correct time
It's not much possible to sort out anyway
If you hold the ending relationship with negotiation
It is possible to last two days or two months, not more
It is more beautiful than seeing your face in a broken mirror
It is better to be alone than to love person not loving you no more
In a relationship with the mentality of leaving
One who wants to go once he will go
Let it be today or tomorrow he will go
You just have to start practicing adjusting things.

Sedulous

All apparently assuming

It seems

Separation is total..

Three empty stories

To explain what

Is not explainable...

"I think your sedulous nature will be a good fit for medical research."

"The sedulous office manager was able to sort out the schedule mix-ups quickly."

Premium Member High End Swear

Some days you need to play with color,
dig out a dynamic metaphor;

A crotch hoarder with a smart mouth
who flashed his pinky finger at you?
Bollywonkers are so bitingly rude.

Locked in with that rhetoric squeezer.
Sew up your lip, sort out your tirade.
Waste of energy you don’t make sense.

Sports car driving by splashes water
making a mess of your brand new clothes;
Tippiefleas see nothing but themselves.

Some days you need to play with color,
dig out a dynamic metaphor;
That’s when you toss out a high end swear.

But if you want to go back to basics?
Just give them a good ‘F**k off’.

Who said meow, could be a cat, but what if not?
Was it a stray cat, or a cat from upper floor?
But one could imitate the sound that we’ve heard
And by the way, it could’ve been a creaking door
Let’s sort out the facts we have at hand
If they are real, not someone’s manipulation
That meow could be a bait a spy might sent
A code to hack our files, pinpoint location
As for the subsequent research we took
We’re glad to say, the fact has been established
We noted this meow in our factual book
Never before that meowing cat was published.

Premium Member Ignorance is Bliss

Chris lived in the folds of duality
Was told to ‘sort out’ sexuality
But he buried his head
In the water instead
Refusing to face life’s reality.

Premium Member Mind Power

Time to separate all the thoughts and memories my mind has taken in
Sort out the bad from the good, time to create a positive spin
A chance to see where all my thoughts reside and how it has shaped who I am today
If my life was made into a movie what would it have to say
Life is a feature film filled with emotions and full of twists
Opportunities I will look back on and see what I have missed
My mind holds on to everything I have fed it
Moving forward I must fill my brain with positive thoughts to create a perfect fit
Time to drain all the negativity that I may have taken in
I must replace it with waves of happiness and a positive spin
Although I may not be able to change the past
A wonderful rest of my life awaits and the power within me to make it last

Premium Member Decisions

Decisions that we make every day will shape our future to come
So many thoughts float around in our heads, we need to sort out the ones to pick from
When you get up in the morning you need to decide what to wear
Always a challenge to get the children ready for school and the little ones to daycare
That big meeting this afternoon I still need to get ready for
A magnitude of issues to decide on or at least explore
The old car is in dire need of repair, something needs to be done
Time to buy a new vehicle, but the cost has left us stunned
I need to pick up Pizzas for dinner tonight, but no one knows what kind I should get
Will my decision make everyone happy , Probably not what do you want to bet One thing for sure later tonight I am going to put my feet up and relax
One decision that is make for me every year, time to file my income tax

Premium Member fossils

In a lattice-lit dorm room sits a writer.
A discarded chemistry book lies beside her.
because ideas are hitting off her, like a collider.

Why does writing make her feel alive-er?
Cause it helps sort out the feelings inside her?

Repose is something grinding-study denies her.

Now, rhyming isn't her primary desire
the connections form, almost, despite her
poetry’s at it best when it comes unaware
“Oh,” she thinks, like we’re going there?

What she writes might eventually be shared
with that awareness she vowels with care
picking words when they seem the ripest
shaping phrases like some sort of stylist
she may be less of a poet than a typist

Her default is to narrative - like you read in novels
cause let’s face it - cold-poetry is as dead as vaudeville,
as buried as silent movies, letters and opera,
have I come to dig up Caesar, like a fossil?
.
.
cold = straight up

Premium Member do not open Grandmas Bee Box

Not the bee box! Grandma would say
We heard it each time we went to stay
She had something in there precious for sure.
We knew to open it would feel impure.

Our parents would caution, “Don’t go near that box.”
I thought it held a monster with sharp teeth of a fox.
When grandma passed in twenty-twenty
We had lots to sort out, I do mean plenty.

“Let’s open the bee box,” my sister whispered to me.
I said “Let’s wait for the other siblings” – there are three.
Our brother was the last to come in the door.
It was midnight, we could not wait any more.

We ripped that box open and stared at Grandma’s stash.
That old woman was a pot smoker, and here was her hash.
We laughed ourselves silly, my cousin got sicker than sick.
We could not believe this was our grandma’s trick!

Make All Essential Moments Count

Make all essential moments count,
be the essential part of the living:
this is the promise you must make to yourself!
all generosity starts to crumble if we stop giving...
can music indicate notes without a clef,
or can an unwise guy be smart?

People will trap us into their snare,
it doesn't have to be a stranger,
it's someone we know well and trust;
keep privacy to yourself, sit back into your chair
and sort out the ones underserving of friendship,
of the sacred ideals you adhere to with a firm grip:
learn how to read faces and the untruths they declare!

Make all essential moments count,
it's an event in your calendar;
remember who lent you a hand,
praise who didn't make a demand,
imposing a will that changed your intent...
what an adverse way to provoke anger!

One less friend won't spoil anything,
if he turned out to be a fiend infuriated with envy:
how green was his face showing a contrived feeling?
Shun the evil one bloating with vanity!
