Your song serenades
A whisper, a prayer
Light as a feather
That's breathing fresh air
Clouds can't discern notes
A pitter, a patter
But they mimic your song
Midst raindrop clatter
Like tears from Heaven
A whisper, a prayer
Light as a feather
That cleanses dispair
Is there still time for us?
vs 1
I wake up to a sunrise,
and a beautiful blue sky,
so many questions unanswered
I'm still left with the big why
vs 2
I see that the earth still turns,
we watch as our planet burns?
will humans never learn?
Is there still time for us?
Chorus
Is there still time for us?
Haven't we seen enough?
What happened to the way we cared
Dear God, please have patience
Listen to my earnest prayer!
Vs 3
I look to the blackened space,
I wish I could see your face,
Our past cannot be re-traced
I raise my eyes to the skies
Vs 4
I'm sure that you're still there,
Help me believe you still care,
I'll follow you anywhere,
Listen to my earnest prayer!
Chorus
Is there still time for us?
Haven't we seen enough?
What happened to the way we cared
Dear God, please have patience
Listen to my earnest prayer!
Chorus
Is there still time for us?
Haven't we seen enough?
What happened to the way we cared
Dear God, please have patience
Listen to my earnest prayer!
Chorus repeat and fade

Without her, life is like a song without notes in the breeze of time,
I dream dreams that shine in someone else's eyes, stars seeking their sky,
She was perfect, like a divine painting in the colors of sunset,
I, just a fleeting moment, a rustle of leaves in the wind, timeless.
It wasn't her fault, no shadow of sin in her gaze,
I, the unspoken example, the story without a page in the book of time,
She passed through me like a sacred prayer leaving light,
I remained like an unfinished amen, an echo in the evening silence.
I remember her smile, a sun over fields of desires,
I, a mere spectator, an unfulfilled dreamer watching from afar,
She, a universe of light and grace, I the shadow of time,
A dream without place, an unspoken word, a closed chapter.
Yet, in the melancholy of loss, there is a unique beauty,
I was a witness to a miracle, eternity in her eyes,
Maybe I'll find the courage to write our story now,
About light and shadow, dreams and realities, an unfinished amen.
What is This?
nothing can be said
apparently
no time and distance
for figuring This out~
language opts out
without subj and obj~
nothing makes sense
nothing to explain
so say nothing
which is everything~~
Summer stares, graceful
as the quiet chirps
birdsong, let’s sing along…
joy unfolding, on wings
listening for His voice
in the heart, the soul, anyplace
growing old, while the summer
restores the heart, the soul
breaking out in sweats of golden
sunlight, bursting from the heat
melodies so sweet…
gently playing against the ache
of a silent knowing,
His love unfolding, like a distant
star, reflecting all the wonder
the wonderful in His call…
calling us all, to believe
to see the music in the leaf
to see the dusty melodies
beyond the grief…
the seeds of hope He’s planting
between the darkness and the need
to be the light He shines through each
heart who believes, He is
the music, the notes of grace
the peace that is everlasting, forever
praising, with each fading prayer…
like the birds, on wings
instead of harps, singing melodies
of love that will forever pour from the heart
love that will always protect me
love that will never forget me…
the music in the song, He’s always – eternally – so I’ll sing along

I hear the birds speak
I wonder what they say
Perhaps it’s a song
Or a prayer strong
To welcome golden day
The sunshine glows
And wouldn’t you know
By their cheerful chirps
Perhaps they’ve learned
To get the early worm
And whistle while you work
I lay here nude
Enjoying their tune
Of rainbow inflections
Tan ceiling fan on
Creating my own song
Sunny disposition suggestion
Good morning soupers
May you all be troupers
As you earn that early worm
May you keep hope
With or without clothes
As the world turns
leaves dancing
echoing prayerful winds
stories written in heaven
songs playing, surreal dewdrops
blessings arising
hearts breathing gently
painting shadows
dreams composed of light
times melodies

heaven in written stories
winds prayerful echoing

Breezy,
break away free bird,
as free as easy as the wind
wanderess go onward
~ through life~
with an incessant need
to find solace
and meaning
back in god’s grace
It’s penetrating places you roam
and journeyed from
Free bird without
a home, without your flock
Once wings spread across
golden honey horizons
then held still on a dock
Cries o’er the retched waves
drenched in its chunder

yet, naïve waif,
like a seagull in the skyline so free,
inside is a breezy pathfinder
Blowing are the winds o’er the sea
facile and carefree
Jagged are rugged roads that block,
all paths ahead obscure
bone trails lead downward
Mountain lions abound stalk,
smell the desperation on sweat
dripper of hurt, rebellious
When ships pass in at night,
they speak in the darkness,
disappear in the vastness
Free bird fly far—far away,
never to return again
A tempest moves the wind
wildly through the trees
s~h~a~k~ing sands
Put your hands together
Wanderess,
be still, runner
contend a prayer
come into sense
come home ~
Rest in His grace, breathe in His light
softly glowing through the spirit
who knows Him as the way, the truth, the life
realize, beyond this world, there is eternity
a whisper of His love, His peace
found in the Savior, the One we know is everything we need
Rest in His gentleness, a song of faith
brought to hearts who hear His voice
souls who know the One who writes our name
inside the Lamb’s book of life – He’s our soul sacrifice!
in the light of moon and sun, roaring boldly, our faith has won - our love He will never shun ~ by poet
walking by the creek, who murmurs in her steady pace
reflections of the joy, laughter stirring the stars in space
feels just like a song, promising the sweetness of grace
delicious moments in heartbeats, blessings to embrace
warmed by the sunlight’s glimmers, coloring gentle dawn
so life seeks to reveal the beauty and wonder before it’s gone
breathless praise comes on wings as they fly on and on
revealing the secrets of God’s blessings – to angels we are drawn
will life soon learn this story that once encouraged our song?
celestial choir
voices soaring heavenward~
a prayer for peace
Bless the peacemakers
Filting through the clouds
Where an undying storm
Tempts our spirit- souls
To fall to the ground
For we are all put to the test
To hold Faith and manifest
A heart of gold where hope avail
To kneel in prayer
Where love prevails
All Glory Be To The Holy One
Twining and stiching all the love found
To build a fortress sacred and profound
To guide the weary hearts
In a mission bound
Agape Love
Through the long Winter chill
Through the sunlit days of Summer
Let the banner unfurl
Your love endless and ageless
A loving story
Of faith and commitment

Vikings in their sailing ships.
The ocean is their home.
Another of their ”buisiness” trips.
To new lands they will roam.
Hoist the sails, pull the oars.
Hone the axe and knife.
Brand new places to explore.
They love the viking life.
And it’s hey! Ho! Away they go!
O’er the horizon and gone.
The tide will ebb, the tide will flow.
Still, they sail on...
Vikings on their vessels true
Under cloudless skies.
The lookout cries, “Land in view!”
Sleepy sailors rise.
Beach the boat, jump ashore.
The village, yonder, waits.
Then say a thankful prayer to Thor.
The viking life is great!
And it’s hey! Ho! Away they go!
O’er the horizon and gone.
The tide will ebb, the tide will flow.
Still, they sail on...
But it is not all games and fun.
The captain can be a jerk.
But after all is said and done
They still love their work!
And it’s hey! Ho! Away they go!
O’er the horizon and gone.
The tide will ebb, the tide will flow.
Still, they sail on...
Hello Father, my old friend,
I've come through prayer again,
Your visions planted in my head,
To voice in His great stead,
An agenda that is for us all,
Jesus' call,
Within the Love of God,
In restful dreams, I walked bold,
Down the streets of gold,
'Neath the warmth of a light,
Your love gave me flight,
Now a view of your wonderful throne,
Made of stone,
And touched by the Love of God,
And in the light, I saw,
A place with grace for us all,
Then I began to wake,
Glorious dream I could not make,
And the vision that was planted in my brain,
Still remains,
Cause the Love of God,
"Christians" said I "You must know,
Our Father's love grows,
Hear His words that He may teach you,
Take His arms that He may reach you,
All His words, come from above,
And echoed our Father's Love,
And the people knelt and prayed,
In awe of what He made,
And the love rushed out it's warming,
In the words that it was forming,
The good book has said "The end is near,
With none to fear,
Within the Love of God.
