Is this the kind of cruelty that God intended?
This is the tale of the fate of a trio, blended.
From the fruit basket, a banana was copped,
thrown in the Osterizer, and brutally chopped.
Also unable to avoid the cutter,
was that poor spoon of pitiful peanut butter.
Finally, horribly tossed, and so hurt,
that smooth Greek, self-styled Yogurt.
This is the way that their lives ended,
as a smoothie, down my throat, descended.

lovers all around us
a place for us to dance
what suited best
and dressed for impression
ah night for lovers
anwsered and questioned
Cupid put the bow to the chello
stummed ah tune for you and me

say your in love with me
sappy sweet full of jestures
Lovers loving
in each and every measure
That Super fine love
Is what I really need

Packed with sugar, fruit, and more,
Waistline stays the same.

Blender was not fully closed,
Everything inside exposed.
Woohoo, smoothie boobs to sit down to sup.
Come on over Ted said groovy Lucy
For tonight I’m feeling nice and juicy
Ted appeared unclothed
With assets exposed
For the sake of a strawberry smoothie.

my daily breakfast
includes blue berries
in my smoothie
blueberry, strawberry, oranges
banana, pineapple,
home made kefir
kale
spinach
wheat grass
macca root
apple cider vinegar
coconut oil
stevia
honey
cinnamon
all blended to perfection
that is my daily breakfast
fit for a champion

One thought is all it takes
One feeling that triggers
A scenario that branches out
Like a tree with multiple branches
The various scenarios that might happen
One thought becomes a bundle.
My eyes swell with tears
As I try to hold them back
Like a dam about to break
To flood the land below.
Unknown voices speak to me
From the "what if" clips
Of the possible outcomes
That may play out.
A thought caused by suspicion
A thought caused by trauma
A thought caused by issues
A thought caused by anxiety.
No matter the subject
Just one chaotic thought
Can create a virus from within
Without warning it'll strike
Making you feel drained of life.
My heart begins to race
My breathing begins to increase
My body begins to freeze
My mind spinning like a wheel.
I feel as though
All my emotions
Were thrown into a blender
A finger pressing the on button
Beginning to swirl and swish
Transforming them into a chaotic smoothie.
A smoothie that had a bitter taste
Then shifts to tangy before spicy
Salty sweet before dreadful disgust
It is a smoothie thats hard to digest.
Make mine a tropical smoothie
My recipe for life
Luxurious concoction
Existence, free of strife
Sweet berries for my breakfast
I’ll bathe as waterfalls
I’ll listen to a birdsong
Until the evening calls
And then some palm tree butter
To glisten sun kissed skin
To lather all my cares away
To suit the mood I’m in
Companions of exotic hue
Will keep me company
And we’ll confide the day away
As we lay by the sea
Ninja is the name of the new juicer I bought
The Smoothies it makes are really top notch
With all kinds of veggies
And delicious sweet berries
My body of an Adonis will make your eyeballs pop

Tutti fruity, tutti fruity,
I just made a creamy smoothie,
Full of fruit of all kind,
What a way to just unwind,
My fruit smoothie is a beauty.
My brother lives a health food life
In Colorado, with his wife.
Breakfast is a smoothie shake.
(I eat bagels, scones or cake.)
Should you want to join his ranks,
This is how – I need no thanks.
Place these items in the blender:
(You’ll be healthy, fit and slender.)
Start out with some chard or kale;
(Spinach, too, if it’s on sale.)
Add an orange (peeled, of course),
Pollen from a beehive source,
Lemon peel, some grapes, a peach,
Mango, kiwi – one of each,
Pineapple – just one fresh ring,
Some acai to add some zing.
Can’t find all the fruits he’s chosen?
Use some berries that are frozen.
If you have a real ripe pear,
Toss that in to give some flair.
One last item from your stash –
Spirolina, just a dash.
What that is, I have no clue;
But I’ll bet it’s good for you!
Press the button – your machine
Will mix it up and turn it green.
Drink it up, just like you should;
My brother swears it’s really good!
As for me, I think I’ll pass
On drinks that look like fresh-cut grass.
Also, other reasons lurk –
Making one is too much work!
