My Shout was Sent Flying

Rushing back with my shout
drinks held aloft skew-whiff.
I was spun all around
like a wild water spout,
     caught by brush
     flush with haste
     shame's a gush
     blush disgraced
     crowd's hush-hush

Hallelujah! I shout

Remember the soul,
when you neglect the past
remember the light,
heaven’s gentle overcast
remember the love,
falling from His spirit, grace
	beyond the whisper of a touch
		in the music, in the trust
			birthed by the beauty
His precious love, oh – what love!!!

Remember the soul,
when everything is gone
remember the joy,
the truth comes from knowing
He is risen and He is giving each of

Things to shout about

He was a pastor of the third generation 
who could sometimes get animated in his presentation

Like last Sunday at the 11 o’clock hour
The spirit took hold and he began to tower

As the choir ended it’s morning song to glory
Pastor begin to recite his holy story


He stood at the mic all clam and composed
As he laid

Beyond the Prism of Aphorisms

An Escarpment of memories 
Distilled into form 
Congealed to moisture 
Before the storm.

I visit vagaries of such places 
where measuring worlds 
Or matching faces 
Upon that inward surface 
Of a glassy eye, 
May bring one tears to cry.

I try to keep them from escaping 
I cannot be their jailer, 
I stand without an argument,
A broken

Man does not die in a shout, but in silent whispers fading into forgetfulness

he does not fall under the weight of hunger, but under the burden of lovelessness,
for his soul is like a flower that knows not the light,
and without the warmth of another's heart, it begins to wither slowly, in silence.

my daughter pushes her own trolley
she's trying to give her brother's shins a wallop

he shouts at her - how dairy 
the trolley is confiscated; we look for the extra strong mints

we pass the ham
my son talks of hamlet

SHOUT!

I’ve often thought that goodness whispers her wisdom softly…
and we must be quiet to hear her words….
while evil has to shout above its ignorance in order to be heard.

But this makes it too easy for ignorance and evil
in our world unconditionally run about….
So it’s time for goodness with its wisdom
to stand up…
find its voice…
and shout!

Let them yell

Face all your setbacks and face them well,
Just mind not what they say let them yell,
Leave them to their shouts,
Leave them with their doubts,
For all you care they can go to hell.

What wonders awaits you out there, the world is bright without fear, the morning and the evening will become one and the heavens will sing a wonderful song.

The birds will play the flute and the violinist will resonate from the sky with a score that fills the earth with passion and spring will slowly fade

Oh Soprano Which Is Duplicate

The cries of those
That lacked leadership
From that time
Till now
That vision of America
That is cried from the
Tears of those who have
Nothing but aspire to
Have
That circle which is centered
From the trust
And believing
Which tomorrow's are promised
From this today
And that eternal trust
Of believing secures the faith
Of those who trust
Backbreaking efforts of workers
Staffs who believe in
The echoes of tomorrow
Stand beside
