Abc - Poem About Love

Arms around each other.

Bed of roses he laid her on.

Caressing each other so fine.

Desired from day one.

French kissed n made love.

Uncertainty

Uncertainty

Uncertainty beats,
Traverse through chords of my heart,
Mind keeps pulling strings,
Apprehension overwhelms,
Firm decision sets the rhyme !

Doppelganger

me and my doppelgänger
always fight with each other
one is reasonable and
other - eccentric

one is drunk - in poetry
other - sunk in business
the fight continues - but still,
both go hand in hand

Jekyll and Hyde - Doppelganger

bright eyes gleaming with mischief
gentle compassionate views
determinedly ambitious
me sober and free

glazed eyes full of hate and fear
anger mixed with self pity
high drama - no coping skills
alcoholic me

Dodoitsu Doppelganger

A man stood there at mirror
Mirror gave him the horror
Himself and his duplicate
He saw two images

So he replaced the mirror
And then stood with his head down
The result remained the same
Images did not wane

Treason - Doppelganger

Doppelganger

Treason

Creeping in total darkness,
No wait for any sunshine,
Day he betrayed my true love,
passion bled to death.

All yearnings laid to rest,
bliss was only a deceit,
Wreathed my soul, whipped unsaid words
of treacherousness.

Trouble Maker

She seems to come from nowhere...
she appears just like a song...
It seems she somehow knows the
other side of me

I see her in rain puddles
and I'm troubled, just to know
that I am never alone
even when she's gone

Grape Fruits

slightly sour juice squeezed
from succulent small grape fruits--
this wine smells better

slightly sour juice squeezed
from succulent small grape fruits--
vine has more of them

slightly sour juice squeezed
from succulent small grape fruits--
raisins made for me

Love Is Strong

Kindness moves quickly between two lovers Love is strong, the incense does waft through them Mastered the heart of the rose they blossom Never did they think they’d love like a gem Great is the love seen by the romantics

They Should Meet

A middling, one-eyed person,
yet one thinking she's sexy,
seen cussing a too fast car
in Carson City.

A one-eyed, middling person,
yet one thinking she's sexy,
seen cussing a too slow car
in unknown city.

Love Was Our Juice

It felt like a revolution. Love was our juice, romance our fuse, our union, an evolution. It felt like a revolution... you were the only solution, i never offered an excuse. It felt...like a revolution. Love was our juice. Romance our fuse.

Moonbeams

The moonbeams crossed the horizon
Carrying the sun in its wake
Soft light 'pon the grass like diamonds
The moonbeams crossed the horizon
Caressing each scrutiny wizened
Opaque hopes and moods forsake
The moonbeams crossed the horizon
Carrying the sun in its wake

Do You Love Me

You told me simply we were friends But you conceal your aching heart My love for you it never ends You told me simply we were friends Dreaming of you my heart ascends Forbidden love keeps us apart You told me simply we were friends But you conceal your aching heart 09~26~14 Written for One New Triolet Contest Sponsored By Alfred Vassallo

Guilt

She begged me to make love to her
I could not look into her eyes
I wanted to but would not dare
She begged me to make love to her
I knew deep down it was not fair
To lead her on with lust and lies
She begged me to make love to her
I could not look into her eyes

Trust Me - Tanka

Dejected in love
                         I act in defiance of,
                          yet face the music
Why not look into my face,
                      Embrace panoptic passion !

Apple To Eat and Compute

In its bite and byte I find cheer
having it, my life is sweetish
active and agile you get sheer
In its bite and byte I find cheer
between eat and compute I steer
Apples in these place I relish
In its bite and byte I find cheer
having it, my life is sweetish.

Both Sides

We hate the rain on our parades,
but bless it on those scorching days.

New love blooms with our delight.
Love lost tears us up inside.

Life is good when smooth roads traveled.
Wrong paths make it come unraveled.

To everything there is two sides;
in the middle, reality hides.

Deemed good or bad by our experience;
its' effect on us we hold as evidence.

Summer Days

Summer Days Summer days brings us very hot weather But the days cool down 'gain when it depart. Hear birds, see the butterflies, and heather. Summer season brings us very hot weather. There is fun and lots of sun altogether. Enjoy sunshine very bright for most part. Summer days brings us very hot weather But the days cool down 'gain when it depart. Why You Left

You departed, my Motif, but why did you?
Unfinished, my carpet lies, colors awry.
In the weave of my days, you were the light.
You departed, my Motif, but why did you?
Absent your Taleem, I'm lost in the night,
My heart, your target, where arrows lie.
You departed, my Motif, but why did you?
Unfinished, my carpet lies, colors awry.
