Good Fry Day

A Viet Cong cook with a wok
Was stir-frying rice for his folk
But when Putin spoke
His eyes filled with smoke
The Devil just tagged his own bloke!

Dumped

The angry young man was dump
When he stole his girl friend's red pumps
He struted and swagged
Realized he's been tagged
As a cross dresser and a lame chump

Gifts OCD

Gifts…OCD

Every time around Hanuka
I’m tagged with the same old moniker
Do I get the eight gifts
Or let her get miffed
With just one giant gift to astonish her?

Mary Mary.....You Have Been Tagged.

Mary Duhart
where to start
writes about me for a lark.
"Tag" she calls it
got me good.
Thrilling words
the song of birds
gentle phrases.
As for me
 I sing her praises.

Thinking About Us

My name glued her door like a sticker
Above it was hers too tagged 'Mrs.'
She wrote it with her lipstick,
A kiss stamping both names,
And underneath says
"Us together"
But are we?
You and
I?

The once was a man from faraway
who held life in his hand as the pen did sway
With ink on the page, He left us a daze
And all the the ladies did swoon away!

DOGGIE BAGS

For breeding they tagged him unsuitable
removed them and implanted neuticles
they swing as he passes
impressing the lasses
this “doggie bag” now makes him feel beautiful,

Essence

Blood and bone—?
Am I merely a man??
Possessor of what you might deem
A soul?
Little to my name,?
Tagged as valueless—?
Yet in this scant existence,?
I find a singular truth:
I am yours.
And in that, I am complete.

Just a Kiss (Tagged By C. Devonshire Attempting To Tag....Emily Kroeger

Earthworm-like twins, parallel to
one another
quivering and both equally
yearning to explore

the others skin.

Tension-free, nervousness leaves
in that moment
I remember the Butterflies
and the Finger-tip tickle skinsation.

There once was a Santa from Nome.
From house to house he did roam,
When done he stopped for a beer
And some friendly Holiday cheer.
Alas…… he couldn’t find his way home.

thank you Carolyn..lets see what the chef can come up with...

On Sale For Thee

Playing in the front window
  of your affection

My love became a storefront
  for all to see

Displaying what my heart
  had kept well hidden

Priced to sell, and tagged
 —on sale for thee

Premium Member At Least One Screw Loose

George was a prankster, at least one screw loose
Peed in a bottle, tagged it orange juice
His mom drank it all down
             Then she started to frown
Her face turned red, then white ~ then chartreuse

Let It Go, Donald

There once was a prez, D. Trump by name,
through fraud and fake news, he gets the blame.
All the four years he's bagged
those sly Dems had him tagged.
Why fight so hard for more of the same?

A Toast To Life

We are tagged by many accomplishments,
And bounded by many challenges,
But amidst our accomplishments and challenges,
There is a gap of neutralization,
Where our accomplishments don't seem enough,
And our challenges become a stepping stone to success,
In all these drama, lets toast :"To Life"

Sajdah Al-Riyami You Are It

I carry the torch,
I have been tagged.
I couldn’t run fast enough,
For my pen has now lagged.

But the next victim will be,
Sajdah Al-Riyami.
With his beautiful verses,
Like poetic origami.

Now search the poets,
On this site a little bit.
Search for the next victim,
‘Cause tag you are it.

Lavender Moonbeam

i tagged a ride
up along side
the tail end of a lavender moonbeam

with nary a care
as it darts here and there
effortlessly moving on its nightly stream

i fashioned a kite
made from solar fire
stitched together with starlight dreams

in the design
of cloud #9
on the tail end of a lavender moonbeam

Premium Member Jesus Stole Him From Me;

Jesus stole him from me;
A cleft of my heart went
With my beloved to grand company.
Shock distracted the void -
Grief befriended melancholy
And I tagged along, I admit.
Anger pulled - whispered of mortality -
I regroup my senses
But still, it finds me.
Thank God, forgiveness was created
For also this exigency.
