I often sail where glitter,
stars a dear focus of mine --
a twinkle voyage, fore and aft,
Christ my sure steer rudder --
Like a sinking sun,
Betwixt earth n' sky,
Viz a fallen hero
Crowning melodious charm,
Braze me, to raise
As the phoenix.
A man's grace is to see beauty from the start,
To see love in her face,
And read it with his heart.
Velvety skin
And small rays of his red hair
Pour a river’s warm breath
Onto dampened generations
Bravely giving strength
Can a human heart contain
such love divine,
Wouldst Thou come to dwell within
this heart of mine.
