Thought of the day

ego evicted
looks at our soul
as a shadow does
subservient to light

the snake has shed
its lifeless skin
the carcass
released

By Any Other Name

A watch is forever subservient
to time

As each day bows down
to the sun

Remeasuring infinity
from end to end

Orphaned between
—and left to beguile

Trump Wants Us To Be Subservient

Trump Wants Us To Be Subservient

What we did find after being observant,
He had wanted us all to be subservient;
Better Beware;
Is everywhere,
And big display of idiocy was his intent.

The Moment At Hand

Living an eternity
  within each given day

The calendar subservient
  to the present foray

The moment at hand
  the only timeframe ordained

Exploding at once
  —over and over again

Time and Gravity

Time and gravity conspire to remind me I'm mortal and subservient to death its approach heralded by wrinkled skin, aching mussels and creaking bones, anticipating its arrival, I wonder which breath may well be my final breath. (Threesome) (01,05,2020)

A Holy Hope

Bags Of Rice
 In my Courtyard
The One I Struggled Lost to the capriciousness
The nest of the fuddle Nightingale-
A Suspicious Saying of the sage.

 So sonorous is this Whistle
 That passes by
 IF not covetousness
 It will be inclined.

 Memory of the past
 Archimedes, Aristotle and many
 Memory drained superlative subservient.

 A Holy race
 So secured everywhere.

My Country, My Canada

My
country
Canada
True North, strong, free
a land of beauty
prosperity, riches
subservient to no one
welcoming to just...everyone
but please don't mistake our kindness
for passivity or submissiveness.

Willow

Loose green tendrils hanging low
kiss the soft green earth, the bough
kneels with the wind as if in prayer,
a penitent so humble, so subservient.
A pliant bow that's unreleased,
and like to spring to heaven with a swish,
a stately, monumental king
of meadow and a murmuring stream,
in haze concealed, a misty dream,
a graceful monolith 'twould seem,
cloaked in the blue-grey hush.

Sole Rider

Sole rider in the cold night air, sky looming as town expands.
The silent shuffle of snowy hooves — subservient, rough lands.

The cowboy freezes alongside a cheerful amber window.
Clang of his rustling spurs silenced suddenly...he’s come for Joe.

Cul-de-sac of frontier buildings frame the vengeance of his mind.
Whiteness of streets balk at death of the young — simpletons close blinds.

Human Rights

The Untouchables
Above the Law
Only the subservient
Adhere to the rule of Law
The Law pays no heed to the victim's
Human rights
Is a criminals charter
A Guilt edged 24 carrot get out of jail card
To be called upon when caught
Currency for Lawyer's
Willing to defend the indefensible
For the price of silver and gold
Any lie or defense told
For anyone any crime
They are willing to cross any Grey lines

Ocean View

the moon in full bloom gilded beams dance on water... gleaming tides rising. Rolling waves of cobalt cascade ashore subservient to time and nothing more. And the boom of crashing breakers punctuates the deafening silence. Liquid onyx curls color the reef; in gradient shades of ebony. Night steals the light like a brazen thief, acting purely out of jealousy; darkness... its eternal destiny.

Abused

I am in a constant state,
for my mind has been bruised,
infected by a continuing barrage
intended to keep me subservient.
I feel as if I am lost,
disbelief has set in.
What cruelty will I endure
before I am broken?
Scars are hidden by my own shame,
unwilling to seek comfort
from the one's I cherish.
What have I become,
allowing the horror to fester,
this terror that controls my life?
This all has to end,
NOW!

The Multiverse Me

The multiverse me

Somewhere, out there,
In the multiverse, they say,
There’ll be, another me,
Living life, a different way.
Enjoying, un-annoying,
My days, when at school,
Attentive, un-inventive,
Never question any rule.
Robotic, hypnotic,
Subservient, a chump,
A yes man, depressed man,
Asking, “How high should I jump?”
Somewhere, out there,
In the multiverse, there’ll be,
A man with my name,
Who is nothing like me!

Sacrifice

Sacrifice Sacrificial solitudes traumatically trapped thru out time Sabotaged souls subservient to the Necronomicon night A selfless surrender sanctioned with a calamitous climb Penal punitive pondering of the marauding mind's abyss A slave seducing deviation from the mantra morals amiss For infinities infraction the absorption of a stigmatic smite. Fear

It’s
Overdue

It’s time
To face

Your
Biggest
Enemy

It has caused
You to take a

Subservient
Role

And not meet
Your goal

Because you have
Allowed it to
Rule

Where are your
Leadership
Skills?

All things that are
Accomplished

Are due to your
Will

I will do this
I will not
Do that

Paralyze your
Fears

So that your
Vision is
Clear

Tell fear to take a
Seat

And only stand
Out of
Necessity

Equus

Beneath the forelocks shady shroud
 and chestnut lashes low,
A gaze to halt the human heart
This creature can bestow.
Apple breathed indifference and
Wistful, fearful grace
Can catapult the senses beyond
This earthly place.
Mankind made him subservient
And service he knows well,
Historically, such willingness has
Grazed the gates of hell.
Natures' magnum opus,
Of evolutions course.
Majestic in his countenance,
Noble, hypnotic Horse.

Lone Coyote

I call to all the spirits of the earth.
Those that bring us sadness and mirth.
I send a greeting to those in the sky.
To the specters placing the clouds up high.
All the past and future ghosts that be.
To all far and near that can hear me,
listen to my humble melody.
I dwell among the living in harmony.
I am thankful for another day that I live.
My subservient self to you I give.

Copla 112 Resolution: This Bad Guy World

COPLA 112 RESOLUTION : This Bad Guy World

Cowardly criminals hide behind wall
Make certain the Good Guy’s all alone :
Then strike him dead

Helps to boost ranks raise walls tall
Courage grows when faced with arms of stone :
So they spit lead

But first they concoct a « just » cause
By branding the Good Guys as « anti-them » :
How convenient

One by one their victims they louse
As World looks on helpless to condemn :
Subservient

My Mother, Earth

On a misty evening,
As the sun goes down.
Cold air rises from the water,
I want to be there with you.

The wind works through the trees,
Rustling and enjoying reviving.
The sun warming the earth’s skin,
I want to be there for you.

When the rain cools baked soil,
Feeding its malnutrition.
Waking her subservient followers,
I want to be holding you.

To dust the earth will travel,
As time predicts, it is inevitable.
The universe won’t notice her absence,
I will still be there with you.

WhiteWashed Images

PolyPanTheistic minds
find faith in wealthy synergy,
where multi-organic bodies
experience therapeutic hope
for sacred Earth's healthiest
indigenous integrity.

MonoTheistic minds,
not so much;
more monoculturing bodies
experiencing supremacy
of Great White Father
jealously
and zealously reborn
in from-above missionary positions
reflected in AnthroSupremacist mirrors,
images,
iconic
and narcissistic

MotherEarth subservient
subjugating wildly inhumane imaginations.
