Speak Up!
Pity for the lost; joy with the found
Acceptence of alll races, sexes, etc.
Willing to communicate
The truth - and nothing else!
Solid rock in changing times
Stamping out pride; winning souls...

Thinking About Us
My name glued her door like a sticker
Above it was hers too tagged 'Mrs.'
She wrote it with her lipstick,
A kiss stamping both names,
And underneath says
"Us together"
But are we?
You and
I?...

And we laugh like jellybeans
When our song-name isn't heard
Stamping feet and brothers in crutches
We no longer remember being out of sadness

The diamonds of joy and rising union

When I Come Home
Well, you’re at the top of the stairs
Completely Sincere
I hear you stop and listen
And you giggle like a dolphin

Stamping bare feet,
Insisting,
Both of us that is,
I adore your smile
When I come home

July 19th 2017...

Crime Don’t Pay Limerick: by Miracle man October 5 2021 I once knew a man named Billy Bob, who would borrow, five finger, and rob. Apprehended with this loot, he donned an orange suit, stamping car tags is now his day job.

Premium Member Florida Man 12
A Florida man missed his mates,
decided that he’d hop the gates.
‘Twas a poor decision,
for this was a prison;
Now they all hang out stamping plates.

—————

A Florida man was arrested when his clothing got hung up trying to climb a fence into the prison to visit his friends…...

Let's Dance!
Feet stamping, you hear
Arms swinging in cheer.
Hips invite, turn 'round
Lose yourself and found
Different beat of sound.

Meet your heart's dear,
Empty your fear.
Let your mind sway,
your spirit stay.

Excitement
You feel it
Live with it!

Let's groove!
Chance to

Dance!...

Stamping On the Bullies Heads
Swirling and twirling,
reasoned as beasoned.
King of viciousness
Hence this example.
Longing the castle.
Defending and crushing insults
Head2Head destruction
Stamping on your deformed heads.
I will destroy your eyes
Dark like the backside.
Don't come to me
You're over.
I control it....

Premium Member Two Sides Would Be Wonderful
Some people had two sides; Natalia had at least six or seven.
Attempting to nurture all of them simultaneously was impossible.
She tried to encourage one side at a time.
Other sides waited their turn; some were stamping their feet.
Having two sides would be a relief, and a breeze, she thought....

Bull-black boots
stamping
like beating skin-tight drums
steel capped

with arched hands
clanking castanets
with crimson coronations
like a goldfinch neck

A guitar's fevered fret
crescendos
                 a rite of spring
 kicking dust from bloodied boots

stomps off the romany's yoke

Crow Calls
fourteen hundred children woke up and died
the squatting crows watched and waited
soon the many feet stopped stamping
stopped running
a cold clacking caw went up
black wings flew then hopped
amongst the burnt and disfigured
the guns stopped spitting
women came and went
their screams scattered the crows...

Black Orchids and a Gypsy Moth
Black orchids and a Gypsy moth
a purple haze, a velvet cloth
a table set with cheese and wine
two figures waiting to recline
   Midnight on the Nature Coast
The clink of glasses in a toast
   Crimson lips and silver spurs
a whispered promise - his and hers
   stallions stamping on the stone
The stars, the sky, the moon, alone...

Tantrum
Tantrum
We have all seen someone have one
Man , Woman , child , drama Queen in you
little tantrum like running up the stairs
slamming doors , grumpy looks , folded arms
two thousand words a minute tantrum talk is quick
stamping feet on the ground slamming hands to hips
I have to say I find so funny watching tantrum unfold
that little monster drama Queen such a funny seen...

Apologising to spiders
A web is flung in airy places,
lines tossed to the wind;
I have broken these silken, silver cords
in the garden and the bush.

In rooms where Rumplestiltskin weaves
I find myself a clumsy giant:
muttering, pulling sticky threads,
apologising to spiders.

Stamping down a sandy trail
I did not see your castle loom;
your fancy citadel of dreams
is torn and clinging to my hair.

Stamp your feet 1-2-3
Stamp your feet 1-2-3
1-2-3 and stop!

Stop it I say, I say to the moans of the pounding core.

Stop the torture of your stamping, pounding directly to my hole.

Stop looking and stop the finding, for I am just here alone waiting for someone that will bring the key to break me free.

Stop it I say, Stop it I pray.

Stop the the stamping of your feet in my doorway!...

Ogre
His voice like thunder, booming out his threats,
the stamping ogre towered, broad and square;
the trembling, sobbing woman prayed and begged -
I saw no pity in the monster's glare...
and hid. A knight, afraid of fighting fiends!
Ashamed, I rushed at him, without a care.
The giant, nostrils flared, took off at speed,
returning to his castle in the air.

written 25th March for Constance's O words contest...

Premium Member Our Little Briar Rose
Diamonds on her fingers. Diamonds in her nose.
She’s dancing in the street, our little Briar Rose.
Her hair is a twirling, as if it is glittery and on fire.
Her energy is amazing; she will never tire.

The neighbors are smiling, and stamping their feet.
They love our Briar Rose, her clogging can’t be beat.
Some run out to join her. They are having so much fun!
It’s amazing to watch our daughter turning everyone!...
